you can’t use this app if you only have their hysa. hopefully they can fix that in the future
Access for high-yield savings accounts
You can use the app for savings accounts, but the link is buried! You have to click "Forgot Password or User ID," and inside there is a link that says "Have a High-Yield Savings Premier account? Click here." The app works fine after logging in from there. No idea why they put it on the password reset page. Knocking off a star for burying the savings login link in such a weird spot (that *many* people aren’t finding, based on the reviews). It really does need to be moved to the front page.
App needs some work
You can access your high yield savings account through the forgot password button. Then you click a hyperlink that leads to a page that’s almost identical to the website. In my opinion the app is not worth downloading because it doesn’t offer any extra convenience over going on the website. Some nice features to add would be an obvious way to access the high yield savings account and the option to use biometric authentication to sign in. I am tired of typing in my password and having to get a security code every time.
Doesn’t allow login
Got stuck with WA bank when they bought my mortgage. Now I’m stuck trying to use their app, which doesn’t allow me to log in or function properly. Their customer support is non-existent, and I only have so much time to waste trying to get their technology to work. Every other bank seems to have a functional app…choose another institution if you can.

sadly, the saving accounts are not available on this app, but making this app totally useless for checking in with the account of your savings
Instant Regret
I opened a high yield savings account after some research online. Found the steps to open the account and link from my other bank to do transfers pretty easy. BUT then I downloaded the app and attempted to log in. Constant invalid username/ password notification. After reviewing comments on this app I learned I must click forgot username/ password then look for link to sign into hysa. This is stupid and a waste a time and no Face ID option. I am closing the account.
No support for high yield savings account
Echoing another review - why would you not enable HYSA account access in the app?
Horrible app
This app sucks!! When you try and sign up for a new account, the page doesn’t let you scroll to the bottom so you can click continue. The app is not phone friendly at all!
Still not ready
Still doesn’t work. Using the same username and password doesn’t get me in. The help section is poor, and none of the resources are hyperlinked.
Worthless
Completely worthless app. You can NOT sign in using the app no matter how you try. Just don’t even bother downloading the app. Just sign in online.

I’ve tried signing in multiple ways and times over the last few months and it does not allow any type of sign in.

Will not let you access high yield savings account on the app. Do not recommend if you like convenient banking options. Extremely outdated and bad tech.
