Decent App
Overall very good, but can load very slow and sometimes not load at all when cellular connection is weaker. Compared to other banking apps like Regions who will load fast almost all the time except when cellular connection is very low
Insanely long addendum to account that had to be signed
Are u kidding about the extremely long thing I just signed? How about a summary so I know the gist? That was ridiculous. I have no idea what was in there.
Great app needs 2FA
The app is easy to use and does everything I needed to. I just really wish it had two factor authentication to make me feel a little safer.
Great online bank option
We have been using EverBank online for about 9 months now. Interest rate is super competitive and the app is easy to use. We have several accounts open at this point for various savings goals. Thank you!!!!
Do Not Recommend
I applied for a savings account and sent them my verification details, they accepted me and I trusted them so I transferred a few thousand dollars to my Everbank savings account. Before the money was fully available, I ended up not being able to sign into my account. I contacted them and they told me my account was getting closed because my social security # didn’t come back as me!? Now I needed to transfer all my money back into my Wells Fargo savings but through the Wells Fargo app because I wasn’t able to sign into my Everbank account. I asked for them to do a wire transfer or send me a check and they refused because of the ‘banks security’.
Go for it!
It’s pretty good for savings. I use it for the high yield savings account and it has a good interest rate. The only issue I have is that it takes a while to see it available In your account.
Outdated
App is so outdated and slow!!!!! Takes forever to log in and not user friendly once you’re in the app. Multiple hoops to get to one thing
Needs Performance Fixes
Decent app overall and gets the job done for the most part, but tends to run slow and crashes whenever I try to use Zelle.

Stop making me update every time I need to use the app
Another update: They keep updating the version and it deletes all the 1 star reviews and… there’s a lot. The app NEVER works. Like ever. Constant struggles to get in, access my money, and constant updates required. It is actually the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Actually looking forward to switching banks purely for a better user experience and better customer support. Update: Coming back here on my knees begging. PLEASE STOP MAKING ME UPDATE THE APP IN ORDER TO ACCESS MY MONEY. ITS NOT COOL, INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING, and makes me want to consider switching banks. ———————————————- No complaints about the bank yet, as I’ve been with them less than a year. But the constant app updates and the inability to access my account unless it’s updated is ridiculous. Ridiculous to the point I would consider switching banks. Fix it.

Improved, but far from perfect.
This app is a lot better than anything TIAA had, however, there are still some issues: 1) There are no push notifications for debit card or bank transactions (ACH, wires, etc.), only text alerts seem to happen in real time. 2) External accounts cannot be deleted online. 3) When tiles are expanded, the amount on the first tile appears smaller than the other tiles, which seems like a quick fix. Tiles should also remain expanded when logging back in. 4) Wire transfers should be available directly from the app.

The app and website is worse every year
The website no longer has a functional Quicken download. The app check deposit site requires me to sign off on using the camera for both front and back of check each and every time I use check deposit feature. Who tries to use a check deposit feature on the app but doesn’t want it to use the camera?
Comment/Note on transaction
This would be very helpful if I could leave a note on the transfer to or from my account.

Slow transfers
Good overall, but for some reason whenever I transfer money to EverBank from my previous bank, it takes a full week for it go through. It says 2-3 business days, but it always takes at least 6 days for the funds to become available. Also you should add a PIN sign-in option so I don’t have to type in my password every time I want to check my balance

Zelle application is crashed
I can't use Zelle in app.crash happens in my iphone SE.please update asap.

Update required insanity
I downloaded the app and two days later got a Update Required alert that blocks you from using the app entirely. Automatic one star for me. Fix this and I’ll change it
