Axos is awesome. The app is super easy to use. Easy deposits. Easy transfers. Easy to activate cards and turn them off when needed. 10/10
Do not bank here!
Made it very difficult to move money in and out of account. Says they have 24/7 customer service but not for business accounts. Have never dealt with a worse bank in my life 0 stars if I could.

Crashing when trying to move $$$
I appreciate that you guys are working to make the app better. But for the past week transferring money between accounts cause the app to crash. And every other week when I need to interact with the app it’s down for maintenance.

App is not working a lot
I’ve had this bank for about three years now maybe more and the app still doesn’t work. It’ll take you multiple times to reload the app in order to get into your account to even see the accurate numbers. You have to refresh the app multiple times in order to see the accurate numbers sometimes reloading doesn’t even help. It’ll just tell you your account is unavailable and not let you see the numbers at all. I gave this bank a shot because I thought it was brand new and they would fix the but they didn’t. You will also get notified of all your transactions multiple times via text and via the phone multiple days later which will confuse you.

Transferring $ into or out of Axos is too limited. Caps out @ 15k/day. I oftentimes need to move much more

I'm having trouble clicking on move money, anytime I click move money, the app closes. I can't make transfers! Please fix!

Transfer time
It takes a while for money to be transferred in to the account most times it takes a week or two sometimes longer before it gets to the account and it does this constantly. This has caused delays in things and they refuse to fix it as many users deal with the same issue so clearly the developers do not care or listen to the users as they continue to ignore this issue and do nothing about it. This app sucks don’t use it

Misleading
Wanted to setup an HYSA because of their offered rates. Wasn’t until after creating the account that the full details of the rates was listed which didn’t originally entail having to have 1500$ deposited monthly in order to qualify for more than 1% interest. App is great, company is a typical dishonest bank
Easy to use
All in one. App is easy to use. Transferring money is easy.
It took a week to deposit a $50 check.
I normally use BECU as my main checking account but I had some fraud and couldn't use them this time so I decided to use my back up Axos. Normally I am used to a $50 check being available instantly because BECU trusts its members and isn't so cheap that they are afraid to risk $50. It has been a week and still nothing.

Axos is everything one would want in a full service bank at your finger tips. Professional and customer oriented.
Constantly over drafting my primary checking account
I have a loan with this bank which I set to auto payments. Every month they have over drafted me twice the amount owed. It pulls from my primary bank account and I have to call the bank and fight with them every month to get refunded. I don’t understand why it keeps taking double payments. Also the app is slow to reflect pending payments or transactions. When you call they never take care of the problem same day. I get passed around to three different people every time.

I have a few different bank accounts and banking apps and this one is very easy to navigate and use.
Move money Crash
App crashes when I try to move money. Seems to be a common thread among reviews. Works sporadically. If this is a known issue why isn't anyone fixing it?

The App is a fantastic seamless wonder of technology! It works every time I care to use it and effortlessly easy. Watching and moving my money safely and securely with the Axos app gives me piece of mind in an otherwise mad world!
