What people like
- Watch battery life is amazing.
- Easy to use for beginners.
- Tracks sleep and steps well.
What they complain about
- Bluetooth won't connect on iPhone.
- Heart rate readings are totally wrong.
- App crashes constantly or freezes.
Excellent interface
The app interface is smooth and informative
No Macro log in option seen
As mentioned on the app store , food log in option is there on the app . But cant find that anywhere on the zepp app .
Strava
I am in general, so happy with the Zepp app and the amaze fit watch, but it seems so shortsighted to not be able to import Strava activities into the Zepp app
Subir escada
Falta treino de escadas
Watch needs to pickup the exact timing of each Mile.
The watch needs a clever way to track all speeds and distances using maps.
Definitely worth it
The best app ever
App refuses to connect to watch every couple of days
App is unusable if it cannot connect to phone.
Outdoor Biking
I like to ride Newport to Bolsa Chica, CA Boardwalk. 1/2way through, I stop, stretch do some yoga for 30 minutes. Watch DOES NOT pause automatically when I stop, like other biking apps do. Really annoying. But, it is great for Tracking steps, heart rate & sleep.
Not pairing
Complicated. Not allowing to connect with the watch even if it says is connected
Balance Watch
Balance watch looses connection to my iPhone often.
Zepp
Great app I love it!
Sign on trouble
I can no longer sign in to Zepp on my active 2. I cannot reset my password, I cannot get a code in my email! I am having difficulty getting help or who to call thanks for listening and hope I can rectify this before I purchase another watch and not yours if I can’t use this app anymore!
Please try to add more sports and fix the steps tracking number
Include the sport like golf, soccer, etc. Also the step count in never accurate is skips a lot of the steps a do I my day to day can make it sensor the steps taken more. Thanks!! Love the thooo
Troublesome app
Can’t connect to BIP6 even after factory reset.
Battery consumption
Consumes a lot of battery
Thanks
Perfect
Bluetooth pairing issue on iPhone
The app does not request Bluetooth permission on iPhone. It asks for Location, Health, and Notifications permissions, but Bluetooth permission is never requested, and Zepp does not appear under Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth. My Amazfit Verge (A1811) is detected by the iPhone under Settings → Bluetooth as “Amazfit-61C4”, and the watch pairs and works perfectly with the Zepp app on Android. However, the iPhone Zepp app keeps showing “Phone’s Bluetooth turned off” and cannot find the watch. I have already reinstalled the app and reset Location & Privacy settings, but the issue remains. Please investigate the iOS Bluetooth permission/pairing issue and fix it. This makes the app unusable for existing Amazfit users on iPhone.
Strong basics
If you like privacy, and want the basics of healthy living without 100 screens, this is for you.
Needs fixed.
I’ve been using the app/watch for 3 years. Love the watch faces. It counts most steps, if you are keeping an even pace. My problem is I wear the watch pretty tight, but it still rarely gets my heart rate even to close to what it is. I can be at max exertion, sweat running down my face and it has my heart rate at 98.??? It also doesn’t count calories burned close to what it should be. My treadmill keeps track. The watch gives me 1:5 . Disappointing!
App
Need more work it
A good starting watch
This watch is super easy to use and the mobile app is easy to use as well. If you are looking for a watch is easy to use and a starting watch this is the watch!
Awful on Counting steps!
Apple store censors all bad reviews, very corrupted system. However, if some it gets seen or read somehow, just expect at least 40% of your steps not getting counted! Especially if you get on walking pads or treadmill
No notes
I love the app but i hope we can put a notes on how our day went rather than having a fixed status to choose from
Relógio
Eu não consigo conectar mais meu relógio no aplicativo ?
Sleep tracking not accurate for odd sleeping habits.
Bugs still being worked out.
This watch and app do everything!.❤️
This app is so easy to use and they offer so many choices for tracking all your goals. Free!! Very User friendly. I have the ability to track everything I need from food tracking to heart monitoring. Can’t say enough good about the watch and app!
False info and fake notifications
The app will give you a push notification saying your stress level has increased. I haven’t worn my device in days. This is fraud.
Good tracking device
Keeps good accurate pace info and also accurate food calorie count. Not sure why they removed “sleep mode”, but all else is very useful.
worthless app
first of all there is not food log options for india and its AI of no use it can’t tell your recovery your hybridcharge or anything it says it doesn’t have any data available
Believable?
I just got a stress notification showing an increase in my stress levels while my watch is charging at home. Not sure how believable some of the metrics or information is.
Great sports watch
Battery life is outstanding. The watch has been very rugged and holds up well. Great alternative to an I watch.
Zepp Flow ruined it
Zepp Flow update took over the watch and cannot be turned off. It is constantly listening and speaking to you. It runs the battery down in less than 48 hours from what used to be 7 days.
Include us!!
Please include the perimenopausal women. Our bad sleep is not because of alcohol, stress, etc. We wake because we are hot/cold. It’s horrible and I would love this to be an option to choose from under the sleep section. Thanks :)
Não atualiza
Após 4 meses de uso ele parou de sincronizar. Parece que tudo funciona. Removi o app, instalei novamente e não adiantou nada. Estava muito feliz, mas agora estou arrependido. Acho que vou para o fitbit.
Good but buggy
It will turn the watch to 10% display randomly. Can’t even read it to fix it. Went to battery saver yesterday and turned off the heart monitor with 46% battery life.
Awesome!
Love it! Only issue is sometimes it doesn’t record my sleep properly, but other than that it’s awesome!
PAI update is wrong
In the latest version of the app, I believe there is a bug in how the PAI is updated. I’ve exercised a lot today and I’m pretty sure that the PAI should increase by at least 20. But in fact, the PAI didn’t change at all. This is wrong. This only happened after the latest app update.
Amazing but a little confusing
The app is amazing but there are so many features for each tab that sometimes I get a little confused.
Zepp Coach
Everything is good except Zepp Coach. Please improve the zepp coach as it contains many bugs. My current week fartlek session workout is appearing in next week session also and with scores shpwing there. Also if the training is getting extended it concludes on time itself which was set on starting time instead of ending on extended time. These are really frustrating . Please fix this asap.
It’s good but can improve
The app is great but I think the interface and ai reading could improve further. Take cues from whoop ecosystem.
This app is awesome!
I just can’t say enough about how much I am enjoying this app and how it pairs and works with my watch. How the heck did they think about making this all possible? The only thing missing is blood pressure tracking. I know it is not allowed to have a watch attempt to take your blood pressure here in the US… It would be nice to be able to manually take it and input it on the app though. Thank you so much for such a wonderful app! I use it multiple times every day!
User friendliness
Your wearable iPhone app is incredibly difficult to figure out. Either your directions are difficult or the product (Helio Core Pro) just doesn’t really work.
Good but could be better
I like this app a lot, but the camera control app doesn’t work properly
Faulty Period tracker
There is some problem with the period tracker. Based on the cycle length and the date, it never comes up with the right prediction, its always off by several days though it’s such a simple calculation. Hence2 start for now. Please fix it.
Great Watch and App
The watches are just perfect for tracking sports activities and sleep cycles and the app keeps track of everything. My only issue with the app is the watch faces, too many paid watch faces and no options to try before buying.
Great app!!!
Love this app!!!
Not the best
I have contacted support on some occasions because the ring was not reading correctly nor my sleep was being recorded. I dislike that I cannot share my information with another user and the app doesn’t pull workouts from Apple health. The app expects you to manually enter the information which makes the app useless!
Music app missing
I need you guys to integrate music app like Spotify in the watch or either mirror any other music app from which we are playing because while long runs it becomes boring.

Glitch in my app not able to connect my watch
Zepp is not working anymore with the new upadte version of apple i tried it with two devices, how ever it gets connected with android please fix the issue. I have been using zepp from last two months, it was working properly but from the morning i am tired of connecting my amze fit verge watch to zepp app with scnner but nothing helps. Could you help with that
