Diseño antiguo
La app sigue fallando en su diseño anticuado y poco intuitivo. Sigo esperando el gran cambio que habían prometido

Traspase de datos
Ya que no hacen GPS para los ciclistas, podían llegar a acuerdos con otras plataformas para importar sesiones de bici, y así tener los datos de correr y bici juntos en polar flow,
Aplicación
Creo que se podría mejorar mucho la aplicación, tiene muchos defectos. Y una cosa que no me gusta del sensor, es que de vez en cuando se desincroniza el solo.
Completo y profundo seguimiento
Llevo años registrando mis actividades con Polar, no puedo estar más satisfecho. Control, precisión, estadísticas, todo bajo control.

Aplicación bastante completa
Aplicación con información muy completa y detallada y además bastante certera. Cuando hay cambios de ritmos intensos quizás se queda atrás, los calcula tarde o directamente no los registra. Pero en general bien.
Buena app pero muy mejorable
Llevo tiempo utilizando Polar Flow y creo que es una aplicación con mucho potencial, pero tiene varios aspectos importantes que deberían mejorar. El principal problema es la interpretación de la carga de entrenamiento. Con demasiada frecuencia la aplicación califica un entrenamiento como “bajo” o da la sensación de que deberías volver a entrenar, cuando en realidad puedes estar en una semana de descarga, en un periodo de recuperación o siguiendo una planificación perfectamente estructurada. Esto puede enviar un mensaje equivocado, especialmente a usuarios principiantes, que pueden acabar creyendo que siempre necesitan entrenar más. En ocasiones, descansar también es entrenar. Echo en falta un análisis más inteligente y contextual, que tenga en cuenta la planificación, la evolución de las semanas y el objetivo del deportista, en lugar de valorar cada sesión de forma aislada. También mejoraría otros aspectos: * Más métricas avanzadas y mejor visualización de tendencias para quienes quieren analizar su evolución. * Mayor personalización de los objetivos y de las recomendaciones. * Integración más profunda con plataformas de entrenamiento y análisis. * Explicaciones más claras sobre qué significan realmente las métricas, para que un usuario nuevo no saque conclusiones erróneas. Polar tiene muy buenos dispositivos, pero la aplicación debería evolucionar para interpretar mejor el contexto del entrenamiento y ayudar al usuario a tomar mejores decisiones, no simplemente a entrenar más.

Bien, pero debería ir más encaminada a la salud y tener ESG, medición de la presión sanguínea, oxígeno en sangre,…

Muchos problemas para sincronizar mi Polar Pacer, hoy no lo he conseguido. Otros días había que intentarlo 10 veces hasta que funciona. FATAL.

Para tratarse de una de las mejores marcas mas fiable y recomendada del mercado, la app es muy poco intuitiva, la sincronización del reloj falla repetidamente. Muy difícil el manejo de la aplicación en comparación de la gran calidad y facilidad de manejo del reloj.

El hecho de que tengas que esperar entre 1 y 10 minutos para que el reloj se sincronice con la app me parece honestamente una vergüenza, estamos en pleno 2026 señores. Es un fastidio tener que hacerlo, hasta el reloj más barata lo hace. El reloj en sí está bien, es cómodo, muy buen diseño, y registra la mayoría de cosas bien, a excepción de que a veces se inventa entrenamientos…

Me gustaría que la apps fuera un poco más fácil a la hora de ver los datos y fuera más accesible el modelo que tiene la aplicación es muy imcopleto y difícil

As soon as you open the app, you have to start guessing what you need and where to find it. I would really appreciate a easier to read information. Lots of potential as a gadget, but need loads of improvement.

After reading many poor reviews about the app I still decided to get the device because of the heritage of the company and thinking it can’t be that bad, and hoping the app interface will be improved, simplified and modernized. The app actually IS very bad. Still waiting and hoping Polar will deliver. Come on guys! I trust in you.

More functionalities would be welcome
Other watches apps detect automatically sport activities, for example when walking quickly long time. Also, inactivity alarms should be more evident (it is easy to miss them). Sometimes my training is walking and running by phases and I would like to analyse the running phases before finishing the training (partial synchronisation of sessions would be appreciated. Connection with the phone for emergency call would be great
