Not what I was expecting
I needed an email account that allows me unlimited emails for my domain. To run a blog with forms and newsletters. I’m not paying for each email I need under my domain. Asking for a refund

Good email app & services
App needs work!
Open app and get message “ ZMail Admin has been locked, Tap any where to authenticate”. Tapping any where and everywhere produces no effect, will need to uninstall and reinstall app, maybe that will fix it. This will be second time needing to reinstall to fix app. 👎

Unable to send emails for 10 days and no customer service response!!!
If anyone from Zoho’s customer service team, please explain why I’ve been unable to send any emails for the past 10 days, despite no apperant blocks or restrictions on my account??? Also why hasn't your support e-mail responded to help me or explain the issue??? For anyone considering Zoho Mail, think twice! Because when you have an issue, you will be on your own!

This app works better for laid subscriptions, you have a free subscription you can’t be too picky m, but other than limited functions it does has the potential to be a great app I’ll give it 4 Stars... but I rather go back to the normal zoho mail app
Good idea, poor execution
There are several bugs and poor attention to detail. The status bar uses black text on a nearly-black background so you can’t see the time, WiFi signal, battery status, etc. You can configure your email aliases, but selecting any domain except the default one doesn’t work, so it always creates the alias on that default domain. This app needs a lot more care and attention applied to it before it could be considered truly useful.
Better GUI, but some functions don’t work as well as web-based interface
The look and feel of this is similar to the web-based interface, but better formatted for the iPhone display. But the web-based interface allows more control. Some verification tasks seemed to not work unless done through the web-based interface.

Tapping the login button does nothing. The app is unusable.

It would he useful if you give us quarantine option to otherwise this is fantabulous
Receiving unnecessary notifications
Have been receiving notifications for more than a week now to update my SPF on my domain even though they are configured correctly.
On-The-Go Admin
Most of the negative reviews are due to a lack of features—which is admittedly true. The Zoho admin app appears to be designed for "on the go" tools in mind rather than a comprehensive feature set; however, even from that point of view the app still probably has a generous estimate of about 3% of the web features. With that said, the app does run fairly smoothly, and there's no harm in downloading it for some quick adjustments.

Good start. Just need to be able to release emails from the quarantine and its pretty much done.
Pointless
Pretty pointless. You still have to go into the web interface to add or change any details on users once added. Just use a web browser.

Missing important features
Can't access my blocked addresses from the app. Also can't get to them from the mobile website. Zoho has some serious work to do if their websites don't work 100% from a mobile device. Requiring a PC to admin my account when I need to do it on the go makes it impossible. 1/10, can't recommend even though I've been a customer for years. Looking to leave Zoho because you can't manage your account on the go.

Clear, concise, and a clean all inclusive system. I’m so impressed with the versatility of Zoho as a whole I’ve actually watched the free training courses… and they Work!!! Stellar service for all levels of a company.
Can’t log in
Once my credentials are in and click log in the app just logo just spins in circles as if it was loading. Been trying for over a month, and yes my credentials are correct. Help?

The app does a good job eventhough it has limited features.
This App is Absolutely pointless.
The App won’t even open. Did Zoho even bother to Beta launch this app? I just don’t understand how a company so large could continue putting out new products that lack so far behind in performance. This app like so many their other apps are great, conceptually, however performance leaves me frustrated and distrusting of the company over-all. Yet I continue to hang in there hoping that Zoho one day hires a competent Quality Assurance Control Engineer. I wouldn’t mind paying for their SAS, if it’s operating integrity met the necessary standards. It would be great if I could set up an email account, that hacked as soon as I got it set up. One of my first emails after switching to their server two years ago was a hack and it hasn’t stopped yet.
