I enter my user id and password and it did not log me in ! Keeps sending me back to log in😡

The app can be slightly confusing at times but generally but the help line has fast connections and makes it much easier to navigate

Bring the old app back! This one is way worse!
Takes getting used to
I am not enjoying the screens, the transactions are listed, it seems like more steps to find later transactions. It will become routine, takes time. Change is good when there’s a purpose.
Great customer service
Great bank . Customer service is always great and their app is easy to use. Very convenient. They are always ready to serve one’s banking needs.
Terrible bank.
I’ve had too many problems with the bank. To start with, the app doesn't work properly, and sending money via Zelle doesn't work either; it’s also a hassle for anyone to send money to me. Check deposits are even worse: I deposited a check via the app early Friday morning, and now they’re telling me I won't get the funds until Thursday—and when I asked why, they couldn't give me an answer. I’m going to close my account with them this week and look for another bank.
Good but can be even better
This App has come a long way! Much better but still work to do. Functionality, stability, look and feel can all be improved over time. Really like the “my offers” section where users can see customized helpful content like pre approved auto loans etc. Zelle features are now easier to use, and payments are easier. Look at Citi app for other ideas.
New system (for 2nd time in 3 years) sucks for Bill Pay
For the second time in 3 years they have completely changed their front and back end system, each time making things that use to work and be easy suddenly not work the same and/or not be easy. Bill Pay has suffered yet again. Major companies that worked flawlessly as electronic payment in the previous systems must be done by mailed check now. And what does it ask for the date when you go to make a Bill payment? It first shows the send date. For a mailed check, none the less! Nobody pays bills by send date, especially mailed checks! They pay by expected deliver date. Due date, anyone?! If you select a random date then it shows you the expected delivered by date. It has a little selection bubble next to “Deliver by” as if you can click it and just pick a deliver by date, but no you cannot select Deliver By, you have to keep picking Send dates until the Deliver By date matches when you need it delivered by?! Who thought this was a good way to do Bill Pay?! At least for Bill Pay this new system in the app is a poorly thought out step backwards in terms of basic functionality. I am scared to even dig into the rest of the app after that experience.

Not a great update
Always had Zelle as an option for my business account through the app and after calling, they told me that Zelle is having an issue linking to business account. If you have a business, you know that Zelle is crucial, no idea when it will be back up, but it is making it very difficult.
Terrible App, especially after the most recent revamp
This banking app is terrible. It’s been terrible, but they just, yesterday, revamped their app & online system & it’s even worse!! Now, I have to delete the app & reinstall it to use it at all. If I try to open it a second time, it just sits on a blank white loading screen indefinitely. It also maintains a location connection until you hard close the app. And I absolutely hate the format of the transaction tracker. Just terrible. Not to mention how difficult it is to speak to a support person for any assistance.

Big time disappointment
Why why why did you change the app I have been trying to get this app for a week all it does is buffer, I went in to get help and he couldn’t get it to work instead a get a small piece of paper with instructions on how to and what to do . I’m leaving for vacation and still can’t access my account, this was a poor decision!!!!

I filled in all the correct information and it wouldn’t register me. What’s going on here? Maybe it’s time to take my money elsewhere.
Not great
After having this app for years all of a sudden it is making me enroll in Face ID again. Makes no sense.
Bank app
This updated new version is way better than the previous one
503 error no access to my account
Ever since they updated the banking system, not only have I had issues logging in and having access to my account but now I continue to get a 503 air which I stayed on hold for an hour to resolve and they said I was the only one having this issue and they did not hear of any other outage or complaints There is no way for me to even move to a login page. Now i’m being advised to go to a bank branch to get my statements for escrow. This is happened throughout my whole experience with escrow and I just wanna take everything and leave to a new account. And a new franchise.
New and improved interface!
Finally they revamped the interface on this app. It shows a summed total of all your accounts and is much more user friendly!
What a joke
This updated app is junk. I can’t log in unless I verify my identity but when I go to do that I get an error. Piece of advice: if it works don’t change it.

This update doesn’t know my credentials and I am unable to reset my password or talk to a live representative to resolve the issue over 3 days and on hold over 2hrs. No reason to make any changes in the first place.
