I wrote a review what I’m very very sorry about please don’t sue me and I think this is a good app but it not for me and it might not be for everyone I’m disabled I don’t known what I write about sometimes because I forget things but this is a good app for wnating to watch keeping up with the Kardashian’s I take back my other one because what I wrote was wrong and not the truth this app is good for watching stuff and it doesn’t glitch or anything I just want to clear it a ok app it not for me please don’t sue me for what I wrote before because it wasn’t true I only wrote that out of anger
Terrible designed app
I love the content on here but I hate the app. It’s poorly designed and when you download something it just likes to completely delete it self within 10 minutes of just downloading in. It really needs a re design or something the app is so glitchy
The ability to make more then one account to watch from💕
Absolutely LOVE the content! Been watching housewives for a long time and happy to have finally found an app where I can watch all the franchises in one place!! The only thing I have to say that I would love to see improve in the future is the ability to add multiple accounts so I can create one for my family and friends so we can all enjoy the housewives goodness!!
Could be so much better
Unrealistic, laggy and inconsistent Functionality far behind common apps like Netflix. It randomly won’t open on the tv and randomly logs you out. Surely put what you are currently watching near the top of the app so you can keep watching. Forced to use to catch up on older series. Won’t be renewing
Very glitchy app
Downloaded the app and signed up to the subscription, thinking everything is ok. But as soon as you start watching something the app is having errors. At one point the app became so glitchy that it’s forgotten that I’ve already paid for subscription and decided to log me out after a minute. When it came to logging back in again it took forever to sign in. I just wish the creators of this app actually fix the problems (as it’s seems to going on for years) don’t get me wrong a brilliant concept but the most stressful app I’ve came across

Terrible download capability
Don’t subscribe expecting to be able to use the app to watch offline. The download capability is horrendous, unreliable and fails 9/10. More often that not I open what I think is a downloaded episode to find it’s unable to play.

Great selection of shows… but we gotta talk about the app!
Hayu… PLEASE work on your app. We’ve been here before with countless bugs! Was working great for a while but on the back of a recent price increase…this is getting ridiculous. If you’re going to ask viewers to pay MORE $ for an app.. please make the BARE MINIMUM of a working app worth it.
Unreliable
I love the shows on this app but the app itself is unreliable. It constantly logs you out of the app on its own and when that happens it deletes all of the shows that you’ve downloaded. By the time I realize it’s happened I’m in a no service area and can’t redownload them.

The app keeps turning my TV on and playing random programs after I have used it and turned off. Have to unplug my TV every night to stop it turning on randomly in the middle of the night. Please fix this!!!!!

Buggy app
I gave it 3 stars because I love that it has all the housewives series and episodes with a good range of shows The app is just VERY buggy when casting to the tv and I need to recast frequently because the playback bugs or it shows error messages for no reason

Too many technical issues with the
Awful App
The app never remembers where you left off viewing a show on one device, let alone should you dare to watch on a smart TV and then try continuing on a mobile device. Downloading shows to watch when you are offline is also infuriating. You download a few episodes of your favourite show and then the app randomly deletes some episodes so you cannot continue watching them in the intended order. I want my subscription fee back !
Good content but app is a little buggy
Overall this is a good app with good content, layout, etc However, there is a need to fix the app to allow full screen viewing. I hate that it still has the black bezels like I’m on an iPhone 6. Also, sometimes the sound disconnects when wearing headphones or just stops playing.

Full of bugs. Will this ever be properly fixed? Are you aware of the bugs? Quite bad really. Many other video streaming apps work, what can’t yours?

Too many hickups
Failing in every way since the last couple of updates! Having to log on and off or deleting the app and installing it again to see the shows. And NOT liking that you put up «fresh from the us» and it’s still not possible to actually see them yet. I’m loosing track of what I’ve seen and what I haven’t 🤨
WTF this can’t be legit!!
I can’t believe how poor the Hayu app is!! It’s got great content, but here are the issues I’ve discovered in just one hour: * Downloads disappear. * I was given a 7-day free trial but still got charged £5.99. * Customer service claims I haven’t been charged… well, Monzo doesn’t lie! Honestly, what a joke! Do the developers actually work on this app, or do they just check in once every 6 months? Judging by the constant negative comments, I’d guess it’s definitely once in a blue moon!!
Could be better
This app is not too bad, good shows. The app itself crashes sometimes but the biggest annoyance is when you go to watch a show it automatically sets to season 1 instead of the current season so you’re constantly having to change the season to current. Would make so much more sense to have it automatically go to current season and then you have to scroll back to past ones if you need to.
Problems with video
Videos will often restart if I start to play them again after stopping mid way. This is a frequent issue for me with the app, I do not recommend if your not willing to put up with buggy app features
What happened?
Seems very glitchy keeps cutting out when watching on iPhone which is a new thing. Before most excellent and staple of all my devices lol
Download Bug
I love Hayu and its content, but the app is just totally unusable. Every time I try to download an episode, I come back to watch it and the download disappears. This is incredibly disappointing especially when I’m wasting mobile data every time.
Love the Shows, but App can be Choppy
I love the Bravo shows so much and Hayu is an amazing platform for that and at a reasonable price, but lately the app seems to be crashing an awful lot and its making it hard to keep up with the latest episodes and such. Great service though!
Broken app
Went from being an ok app to being unusable. Can’t watch a full episode without the app crashing, doesn’t work at all on airplay anymore

Genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve used in years. Unsure how a platform that has such good shows performs so bad. Better off using Amazon prime.
Love the content, hate the app
I love your shows! But can you please fix all the buggs in th app? If you download an episode, and delete the episode. It seems like it still takes up storage on the iphone/ipad. I constantly need to delete the app and re-install it, because it dosent seem to actually delete the downloaded episodes? My iphon tells me hayu takes up 15gb even tho i have deletes all the dowloded episodes. Aside from this, love the shows!

Love the app an the variety but it’s so annoying when it crashes then keeps saying error, or it will pop up saying 22 minute remaining and then it won’t disappear of my screen so I close the video down and it crashes!
Downloads are pointless
I have pre downloaded multiple times over the last year just for the app to delete them once you’re offline. It’s such a major bug and makes the app pointless for holidays/plane rides
Clear “continue watching”-field
I would like to be able to clear out the “continue watching”-field, cause if you finishing watching an episode/series without a next episode/season, a random episode from a random series starts playing. It’s just annoying that you have to scroll through to find what you want to watch.

Content great but the app is terrible, asks to renew even when have an active subscriptions, constantly freezes and crashes - such a shame as content great!
Just stuff
I like this app because I've been watching KUWTK but sometimes the voice its not synching and I would have to restart or something so I could enjoy it but I tell you, its really hassle for someone's who's watching but theres like a bug or error everytime. I have been subscribing and spent money but I hope you get to fix it so I could really give it a five star rating. Thanks!
Programmes great, app awful
As above. Love all the programmes and reasonable price for subscription but having to restart (by turning on and off) iPad every single time I watch something is rubbish. No other streaming app is like this. It’s always error messages, and so unreliable. Such a shame great programmes spoiled by poor software.
Constantly cutting off and logging me out
The app often crashes and then when I reboot, I am logged out. Once I log back in, all volume is set to 0. This seems to happen all the time and it’s so frustrating

The shows are amazing, but the app is so hard to use as it continuously freezes, flashes, won’t load ! It’s so frustrating. It’s the worst app I’ve ever come across for streaming
iPhone X
Love the app, but would appreciate if it would work better with the iPhone X. The videos can’t be stretched, and the home bar is visible at all times.
Buggy app!
It frequently crashes out on mobile, iPad and TV. It’s so frustrating and annoying. Please fix these time out errors and problems! It also puts me on the wrong episode if I have watched on another device. It seems to only remember the device you’re on and not your full account history.
Please work on your subtitles
It’s a great app with a great range of programs. But your subtitles are atrocious. They stay in time for about 3 seconds then ur basically reading into the future and it doesn’t line up at all.
