Deceptive privacy settings
Good luck disabling marketing cookies. Deleting the app after being unable to tell how to disable their over 90 cookies.
Hide title option
I’m tired of seeing certain serious multiple times, especially series with many seasons since they get posted individually. I’ve used the ‘dislike’ button to not see them again but don’t like the idea of that, it just bothers me seeing same titles over and over again.

Great service - terrible scrolling
I love this app but the scrolling on my watch-list has always been so bad. It stutters and jumps about after you've scrolled a bit through a long list. It's the only app on my device that does this. Maybe you don't test on long lists so don't realise how bad it is? Also, as others have requested, having a list of the new additions from your list that have become available would be great too. Basically just the list of notifications you've sent. Otherwise a great app.
Life Saver
Especially for stoners, who have cable🙋🏻♂️ and can’t ever remember/know what shows I watch online🤷🏻♂️ 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Hard to use
So many ads popped on top of what I was looking at I struggled to use the app to search for a show. Kept needing to close an ad to see anything. I recommend using the web site instead.
Sound Control
Great App, but could you please stop turning my music off when I use it? Keeps me away from the app when i got my earbuds in listening to music.
Inaccurate
Unfortunately this app used to be great, but the accuracy of what shows are available on what services (at least in Australia) has been absolutely terrible for more than a year now. This is what the app is all about, so pretty inexcusable.
Please get rid of the video ads!! 🙏
I’m a long time user and lover of this app, but the video ads are killing me. I appreciate that the sound is muted, but not having a pause or disable option is insane. They slow down my iPad instantly and make using the search extremely frustrating. I can search maybe a handful of things before the app freezes up from having to load in the videos on every single search result page. No pause or disable option sucks from an accessibility standpoint too. And as always I am begging for y’all to figure out a way to exclude the freebie episodes for tv series that are behind paid subscription add ons. I have prime, I don’t have amc, mgm, Brit box, etc. I don’t want to see shows from all these services in my feed just because technically prime offers you a single episode for free and then the rest are locked behind an add on sub. Prime was the worst offender but it’s popping up on other services like Roku now too. It’s making browsing tv shows increasingly more frustrating when half the stuff that comes up isn’t actually available on my selected services.

Abysmal UI
This app has one incredibly simple feature / purpose for existing, which is to tell you which streaming services have a particular show or movie that you search for. Bafflingly, they’ve somehow managed to over-complicate and screw up the UI so much that it cannot even reliably do that. You’d think it should be as simple as: search show/movie -> receive list of matching streaming services; evidently not. There are now promoted services that often don’t even have the searched movie (maybe they’ve fixed this, but it’s happened to me before) and apps that do have the movie are often omitted. I’m pretty sure this is mostly technically user error, and if I sat down for 20 minutes to thoroughly familiarize myself with the interface I’d be able to use it effectively, but there’s absolutely no reason whatsoever that this shouldn’t be the simplest and most straightforward app/feature on the entire planet! I shouldn’t have to go in and set which services I have before you’ll show me if that service has the movie; just show all matches by default and have an option to omit them for people who want it. I know every app/site on the planet has to be inundated with junk and ads and promotions and whatnot so they can make money, and also I’m sure this is technically my fault (subscribed to Hulu to watch a show that’s also on Netflix, which JustWatch neglected to mention), but my point is that this concept is so exceptionally simple that it literally should not be possible to have an ambiguous or unclear UI that is anything other than exceptionally simple and intuitive.
Very Good App with Great Potential
The idea of this app, which allows me to view new release movies for rent and added to streaming platforms, and to choose year of release, is critical to my function of work. But it has room for so much improvement too. -Almost daily, several movies are either not linked or incorrectly linked to IMDB titles -The year of release slider doesn’t appear to work as movies released outside the range I select still appear and when checking the time range selected, it always reverts to 2026-2026. This would be better being a manually written field rather than a slider too. -The option to remove movies leaving streaming platforms to view only newly added ones would be very helpful -The app also experiences temporary hiccups, such as not displaying movies for a selected streaming and renting platform for a period of time, but these are resolved at present and usually are some weeks after I report the problem. Cleaning up these easily fixed app issues would encourage me to consider paying for Pro in the future.

On iPhone especially the small magnifying symbol at the top of the screen is very difficult to get to and use. Would love to see it enlarged and maybe placed near the bottom right corner of the screen.

I’m a convert after TV Time closed. I had some problems importing my zip file but after contacting the help service, they quickly and efficiently solved my issue.
Intrusive Third Party Access
I have used this app for a long time and found it to be one of the best, but recently the app wanted to access other devices on my network, and the app sought approval to plant cookies for 98 (yes, ninety-eight) third party vendors to access all kinds of information on the device. It's now deleted.
Used to love it until they started making included features pro
Don’t bother if you want to use it for anything more than tracking what you’ve watched. Anything else that used to be included is now pro so you may as well just use paper and screw them out of any ad revenue
Crashed
Was working, crashed, wanted new account set up. Cannot see all previous list and settings. Update: later appeared to rectify after forced to create new password.
Great app but why did you increase price!?
I’ve had this hat for a long time and it was only $2.50 a month but they’ve increased price and now I’m not going to pay that amount.
Terrific App and Amazing Customer Service!
I’ve had JustWatch for years and primarily used it to receive notifications when movies and shows on my list were available on my specific streaming services, which is a feature many tracking apps lack. I was using TV Time to actually track and rate what I watched because I liked the community comment capabilities. With TV Time shutting down, I didn’t want to lose my watch history. I imported my data in a few apps so I could decide which one I liked as a replacement, but the wait time has been extreme. On one app, I was 33,000+ in line to have my data imported (still waiting 6 days later). I found a Reddit post saying you could email JustWatch with your TV Time zip file and JustWatch pseudonym ID and they would import it for you. I didn’t really think it would work because it sounded way too easy, but I got an email back from a team member named Steven literally two hours later that it was complete! I doubled checked and sure enough, all my history was there. I then followed up with another question and he got back to me immediately. This kind of fast and convenient customer service is near impossible to find today, especially considering how much extra traffic these apps are getting with TV Time closing. I highly recommend giving JustWatch a shot if you’re a fellow TV Time widow(er), and especially appreciate my experience with their customer service!

How come now i need to create an account? So basically the app is just holding my watchlist hostage, trying to force me to create an account when i was able to use lists for YEARS without one? Thanks but no thanks.

The best thing about this program was keeping track of what you’re watching, “continue watching” does not work anymore.

Unreal how greedy - now you have to pay to see what’s new?! Been using this for years but no more. Sucks that you have to pay for the least little thing. Not everyone wants a million paid subscriptions.

Prime shills
This app used to be great but lately it erroneously says everything is available on Prime when it’s NOT. I’m certain they’ve made some kind of deal with Amazon to always offer Prime as an option.
Really Helpful App
Made a bit of a mess with tracking vs watch list. Reduced features too with some being restricted to premium. Still really useful for keeping a list of interested shows/movies and finding where to watch them.
Switched from TV Time
Now that TV Time is ending I was looking for a good replacement and what attracted me to JustWatch was the fact that they had an import function where you could move your history. I tried doing it on my own but kept receiving error messages so requested support. They responded quickly and resolved the issue within hours. Excellent service and I will be a user of this app as long as they have me. Steven was great.

It’s a handy app and saves endless scrolling. Only is it’s missing HBO Max in Australia. Max has been here for about a month now and still no update from JustWatch

Sometimes I click on “Skip Ad”, the show starts for a few seconds, and the ad comes back on. It does this continuously and I have to close the app.

Been a long time user and love this app. Completely worth the cost and they are only getting better. Customer service is also Five Stars (talking to you Steven!!).
Wants way too much data
Like the title wants way too much data for an app that just tells you where to watch something. Started it up and it like is and our 98 third party providers. You have lost your mind if you think this is okay. Saw that laughed out loud and immediately deleted the app.
Good but no HBO MAX
Useful to keep you informed about the best streaming contents available. But O noticed they don’t have HBO MAX in their list of services. That’s a big letdown they need to fix.

Very useful for keeping track of my shows and movies
Needed to migrate my data from other tv tracking app because it’s shutting down and they did it for me very quickly. Got all of my shows and movies back, I can follow everything and create watchlists. It’s got good support from the developing team!

This app is impossible to like. It’s wonky. The UI stinks, lists disappear, there is no update support or development.

I mean, it’s okay, but once you’ve caught up it completely gets rid of the show you’re watching on your list and i honestly find it extremely difficult to navigate and put things in order. Also buggy.. I’ve added so much to me list and a lot of them are missing.. i don’t know. Needs a lot of work to catch up to a few other apps that are way more structured
