Too many Calls
The fact that whenever I open the app within the five minutes, I get a call from their side, which is not really what I want. I am using the app because I don’t wanna have a conversation!
Irritating
All good I have been using for years but every time I open the app I got call... Like I am not infested on a particular offer but they keep on explaining it to me.Is it so hard to understand I don't want?

Very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from PaisaBazaar. I was contacted by a representative who informed me that there was a negative account appearing on my CIBIL report related to a loan of ₹3,000 that I had availed in 2020. I was told that the current outstanding was around ₹18,500 and that PaisaBazaar could help me resolve the issue. Before I made the payment for the service, I was clearly informed that your team would assist me through the legal team, coordinate with the concerned lender/banker, and help me resolve the matter by negotiating and settling the amount related to the original loan. Based on these assurances, I made the required payment two days ago. However, after making the payment, I have not received any call, update, or proper response from PaisaBazaar. My messages are also not being responded to. This is extremely disappointing. Before receiving the payment, I was contacted and given multiple assurances regarding the support that would be provided. But immediately after making the payment, there has been no proper communication or assistance. I have never experienced such poor service from a financial service provider. If the promised service cannot be provided, I expect a clear explanation and an appropriate resolution, including a refund if applicable. I request PaisaBazaar to urgently look into this matter, contact me, and provide a clear update on the assistance promised to me. Very disappointed with the service and the way this matter has been handled.

I was looking for instant personal loan for some emergency & paisabazaar app help me to quick disbursal of loan in my account in just few hours. I found the app very useful where I can check credit score free & recharge mobile in a single app. Very helpful to use this app for all my financial needs.

Is paisabazaar developer out of mind I receive continuous notifications thought day for credit card offers and personal loan offers Worst app to even give data to just register and you start receiving spam calls Dumbass developer team

Can check score from CIBIL equifax crif and experian which other platforms don’t have and you can refresh score when you want
Bad experience
Very bad experience with home loan BT. They have tie up with NBSC so forcing me to go for BT with NBSC and that too when I live in good location. They are saying i don’t have any other option.
Felt like a scam
Took money from me for a service to increase my CIBIL score and I followed each and every step as guided by their representative, they assured it will be done within 15-20 days. Nothing got changed even after 2 months I am still at the same cibil

Credit Pro no after service
Really pathetic service from Credit Pro by Paisabazaar. You pay around ₹1,300–₹1,400 for the service, and initially they speak to you once or twice. After that, your calls are either not answered or disconnected, and there is no proper response on WhatsApp either. If you are charging customers for a service, there should be proper customer support and accountability throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience with Credit Pro has been extremely disappointing and a complete waste of money. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before opting for this service.
Third class private app , trying to loot people info & money
They are no.1 dalal app with no real outcome , you may get hardly any loan , even if you get loan interest rate will be like pre independence india , sahookar system ~ 48% ( monthly 4%) 36% ( Monthly 3% ) 24 % ( Monthly -2%) Govt of India or RBI should ban these type of fraud app , you will get instantly call from these frauds if you just open the app , because they hack your mobile also .
Misinformation
Never use this app, false claims, misinformation, and never use fd back cards in this app.
Loan Page issues
Not able to see the pending amount if I click on pay now the blank page loaded if I click on back button then it keeps redirecting me on the same all the time I have to exit the app the support provided email and phone numbers are invalid
