A great app, but a small request
Hey Miroslaw, Loving the app so far. We are running a walking competition/event for 400 people on the app right now! We would absolutely love some sort of share/download that just grabs the text of your full leaderboard for the selected time range. This would make totaling things up and sharing progress to the team of 400 much easier! Thanks for the consideration.
This app reminds me of a certain tech billionaire
Why? You might ask? Because it’s low information and cruel! Thought this might work for my Nordic skate skiing, so I tried it out since it promises to work for running. Got back from 75 minutes of skiing only to have the exact same inaccurate pedometer information as in my health app. Not only that, when I clicked for more information, the app informed me that I was lazy! So profoundly unhelpful! I deleted right away. I might not have written a review if it merely didn’t work.
Great app but…
I don’t mind there being ads but every so often the ad is in an Asian language and there is no way to close it down. I got to the feedback screen, that was not a choice but one said the ad covered the app so I chose that. Now I have a blank screen with the notice that Google closed the ad which is hidden under the top black strip. If that were fixed, I would give it five stars Done it again. This time showing an app I don’t want and cannot get rid of.

App has cool features but one major flaw and a concern. Flaw: add pops up and you can’t close it out cause the X is tucked up high in the corner. You can’t tap close it. That makes this app useless. Concern: getting friends requests from strange people aren’t using the app for it’s intended purpose, if you catch my drift. 2 stars and will likely delete.
Looking for something better
It’s great to be able to compete, and it’s very frustrating to suddenly loose 10,000 (!) steps every now and then.

Doesn't do anything right
Doesn't link with Fitbit or another devices. Can’t manually add in steps when it's not tracked but has from your watch.
New problem!
I have had the app for a few months and it was working fine, but this week it won’t let me see my friends steps and they can’t see mine, update needed?
Something’s broken
I was 1 in my area the day before but now it’s Sunday and it says my week value is same as today like maybe that’s the day that it resets but the weeks 1# person has 10x there day number so I’m confused also there is no chance the number one person in on the app did 140 miles in one day they would need to be doing near 6mph for the entire 24 hours for that
Not Accurate
I started out loving this app for 2-3 days, but I noticed a few steps were missing which wasn't a huge deal but then yesterday it was off by over 3000 steps. Now it's a huge deal for me because that's a lot of steps that aren't being tracked. I reached out to support and my settings are all correct, not sure why it worked great for a few days and now it's a fail. Today I noticed that I had 89 steps, opened the app and it read 81, then it refreshed and when down to 29 while I was looking at it, weird.
Love this walking app
Walking is my favorite exercise! I was paying to track my steps. Now I can compete, train and enjoy, tracking my steps!
Still crashes, even with the update
Nothing has changed with the update. It still crashes shortly after opening. You can even see when: there is a loading bar on the top of the screen. Usually once that’s coming to a full it crashes-sometimes even before that.

Downloaded this app to challenge friends and family but it rarely works. I read how the manufacturers updated it a few days ago, but mine hasn’t worked since. Smdh
Sometimes the distance result are wrong
I have used this app for a long time and am happy most of the time. However recently the distance results are off often, like it shows I walked 10000 steps, but only 0.2 mile.
Takes steps away :(
I downloaded this app to compete with my husband and friends. Everyday I walk between 15000 and 20000 steps…and it shows on app. But as soon as it hits midnight over half my steps disappear. I thought maybe just one day but it’s been everyday for a week .
Friends search shows error
Doesn’t work with friends invitation. Wanted to compare activity. Shows error when searching the friend up.

My steps on outlook are considerably lower than my Apple Watch. There is a synch problem. I have reached out to developer and received no response.

Connection Issues
The app very often “Cannot Connect to Outwalk Server”. I don’t know why that is, I keep restarting my phone and nothing works 🤷🏾♀️

I like the app, when it works... it only works while I am connected to WiFi, and if not, the app crashes right away, or just won’t start. And YES my cellular data is turned on for this app

Does not sync with Apple Health
I really wanted to like this app but the reason I downloaded it was to count steps and challenge friends. I found I was losing 100’s of steps per day because the app will not sync with Apple Health so the step from my Apple Watch were not being counted. Also the App is beautiful and has a lot of information but the information is confusing. My friends have negative steps instead of just giving a daily count. Before writing the review I tried contacting the developer to see if there was something additional I should do other than turning the data source options off and on and reinstalling the app but unfortunately I didn’t get a response.
Why I gave you a 3
I only gave you a 3 is because I’m only in middle school so i use my devise for school resins so my devise dies all the time and then when I charge it it doesn’t collect my steps

Always have to start over from the beginning it should be a way to log in with your email in case you delete the app accidentally or get a new phone.
Lack of Server
Little to no network service. The app continually comes up server network error. We have a strong Wi-Fi and Internet signal so not sure why your app is lacking and unable to find your server. It has not ever matched my iWatch or iPhone steps, distance, etc. DJ
Not always accurate
Was super excited about this app. Thought it was awesome to be able to challenge my husband and family/friends. However, it does not sync properly to the Health app. So frustrating! I’m always short steps on Outwalk and not just by a little. Hopefully this improves eventually. If not I’ll be deleting the app.

Taking steps away, I had almost 3000, some how I only have 890 now not cool!!!!

Not very accurate. I do the exact sam course daily and it varies between 6.0-7.8 km. How bizarre
Despite
Despite what the developer said in their responses I find it hard to believe “it’s not possible” to pull the steps for the iwatch consistently. There are other apps that do it.. like Pokémon Go.
Not Syncing Properly
App is not reflecting steps correctly. My Health App is reflecting 4K more steps than the app (I also use an iWatch which mirrors my Health app). I’ll give it one more day, and if it does not sync correctly it will unfortunately be deleted as I monitor my steps daily, Hence my 2 star rating.UPDATE App still not calculating steps correctly on second day of use. Approx 2.5k difference. Unfortunate! App seemed pretty decent otherwise

Meh
Despite having an app for Apple Watch, the app doesn’t count steps taken wearing the watch without carrying the iPhone. The number of steps on app is always a couple thousand off of what the Apple activity tracker reports. I figured it out that since I have a series 3 LTE and often leave my phone at home when I walk or run.
