Love the app.. Hate the ads
Too many ads
Used to be a good app now l just get bombarded with adverts
Supreme Fleet Triple OG
So far it’s keeping me ahead of the game with awareness alone.
Unable to connect with wearable
I have tried on several occasions to connect my Fitbit Versa 4 to your App but have not been able to do so as all that appears is the words forbidden 404. So disappointed
Still flawed
Still doesn't calculate accurate total steps once I sync my Garmin watch to my phone. For some reason, they want to use Apple Health as the source but I don't even use Apple Health. I use Garmin to track my steps. The directions they give you don't work either. Garmin is listed above AH in the settings yet this alp so can't get the step count right.
Family fun
My brothers and sisters live all over the US but we all connect through this app. My brother says he’ll buy dinner for anyone who can beat him this next month. I’m going to clean his clock!!!💪😉
Horrible
Not accurate. Freezes and doesn’t record steps
Freezing up
Every time I log in it works for less than a minute before freezing up. I close it out and the same repeats. I have deleted and redownloaded but the same thing happens.
Almost perfect
Please add photos/gif availability to chat for challenges. Otherwise it’s virtually perfect
Bugs
Buying little bit too expensive
Accurate
Enjoy the challenge of trying to win daily with steps. Even if i never come close. Seeing everyone’s progress can be very motivating
The new update wont install!

Wtf
I lost an entire year's worth of data on my App. What gives? Very disappointing.
Steps are not correct
Sometimes my steps are not recorded. Happens 2 out of 6 days it’s frustrating
I like smoking my friends in walking but it sucks
Glitchy, my iPad and Apple Watch aren’t syncing when their alr synced
Great app!
The function is great. I wish the chat allowed for pictures or gifs. Either way we’re concluding one challenge and preparing for the next Ont the Step Up app
Scammers
You guys are scammers I always walk 15km per hour and it’s only give me 4000 steps bad app tho
Step up
It’s very good for walking
Inaccurate syncing
Unfortunately the app is not great for real time or sometimes at all for syncing data. While I have 55k steps on my Apple Watch/iPhone it barely shows 20k on the app. Sometimes it recognises distance like 15km but still has the steps at 5k literally impossible. Do better please because the collaboration side of the app is great.
Inaccurate
I have been walking so much and I am quite fit but the app only says an innacurate amount of steps...
it feels good to crush your friends
step up is such a fun, light-hearted way to compete with yourself and your friends/family!! love a day when i hit my step goal and also come in first place! makes me want to keep steppin 👟
Isn’t showing my friends steps
After a couple of days it glitched out on me logging me out of my account and not allowing me to see my friends steps
Great App
Really helped simplify our current group for doing 10k a day I was using Google Docs and excel Sheets to record data thank you. You guys just need to add "add a friend" by clicking on profile and also a little bio so people can see who we are and alittle about us. Thanks the competition is on!
Sam
Me and my friend walked together but both have iPhones but two of us step deference 350 steps surprised I don’t understand how it’s even possible
Was good
Last few days can’t access the app. It is still counting steps. Can’t change or see chats.
Collingwood52
Helps me to walk and be more active
Freezes 99% of the time
Every time I open the app it freezes. So I can’t tell you anymore than that.
Step not tracking after a week
Their is lag in tracking steps and it’s not getting updated immediately, it’s taking 4-5hours
Bio
I would never use StepUp!more like Stepdown.Doesn’t count my steps properly.Booooo
Unable to remove people you have added
I’m sorry but why can you still not remove people?
Active is life
This app helps track how active you are perfectly
Atchoum
Ne met pas la même valeur que ma garmin
WALKING APP (absolute peak)
Uhhh I like this app. Very nice. Idk how it works fr but I walk and it counts steps 🥹 idk if it counts accurately cuz some times the numbers don’t be adding up but super cool 🙂👍
Doesn’t sync with watch or Apple Health.
Guys, fix it please. This app doesn’t sync with any of the fitness app or watch . I’ve done 20k accordingly to garmin and this app counted only 3 k
Pair with other devices
Would be great if it could pair with other devices like Ultrahuman
Motivating and Simple
I use this app to track my steps in addition to strava and apple fitness. I love the simplicity and I love how i am informed of my overall percentile ranking occasionally.
Review
Can’t get it to sync with Fitbit
Mrs Zwane
The program has immensely improved my health the joint inflammation has significantly reduced
So many pop up ads
The app works but the ads are awful
Measure overall distance km rather than the average per day. I want to see the total per day per
I want to see the total km per day or per week per month
Get going! It’s easy
Fun and easy to use, Barry is friendly and fun too compete with your family and friends all in the same platform.
Hello
Hi
Awesome App
Correct and accurate reading, even compared with other 🤩
Pas inexactes
Les pas ne sont jamais le même nombre que ma montre malgré que j’ai mis garmin comme principal application
Innaccurate syncing
Steps from garmin watch aren’t accurately on StepUp. StepUp says I have less steps than I have on my watch and phone.
Great App
My Family and I love this app thank you StepUp🏋🏾♂️
This app gets steps wrong
This app gets steps wrong even when you disconnect you’re watch and shut down you’re phone it’s always 1000 steps behind
Just added a week ago
This app is simple and works good for our organisation, CCED. It is interesting to see how everyone is performing day to day to keep their basic health.
Was good. Until it wasn’t.
I was loving this app until I updated it and it automatically changed my profile photo to one of my face when I was using a screen grab of someone from Love Island for months. I’m in a group with people who are strictly online friends who don’t know what I look like and this app exposed me not once but twice by having my profile photo change without my permission or my doing. I understand it’s linked to my Google account but there should be no reason whatsoever that it changes my profile photo without me granting permission to do that. I’ve written two emails and have not heard back. I’m seriously concerned why this keeps happening and I’m probably going to delete the app due to this as it feels incredibly invasive and not what I signed up for.
App not Free
I was charged ZAR79.98 for the app. No reason provided. Why is that?
