Best Tracking App
If it wasn’t for this app, I would not be getting my steps in. I love how it tracks it and you can add friends to hold each other accountable. It’s like a friendly competition that helps you stay consistent with your goals.
Can’t log in
Both my husband and I got logged out of our accounts and couldn’t get back in. I don’t remember how it lets you sign up, but it says my email address isn’t on file. It was the same with him. We are both IT people, so it’s not like we are idiots. He signed up for a new account, but I opted not to be bothered with an app that is so lousy that it can’t help you log back in without setting up a new account. I just deleted the app.
Excellent dupe for Fitbit challenges on iPhone!
Our group is loving this app do those of us that have Apple Watches. The one person with the Garmin is having issues. Super simple to use. I do wish there was a widget as well as alerts when someone has taken the lead, getting close to you, etc.. I have all my notifications on but haven’t seen one come through, so not sure what the notifications are? The best part about the Fitbit was that step challenges, am this app is closest thing I can find to it! Thanks!!
Steg
Nice
It’s pretty good I just wish they had a widget for it lol
Motivation!
My family & I use Social Steps for accountability & competition. It makes it fun getting our steps in.
Lori
This app is always making me restart and then loses track of my steps. Very frustrating!!!!!
So far great
Wishing I can send this to my Samsung Friends ! Would be a great app for all phones.
Review
Unable to send messages and unable to see past step count
PLS ADD WIDGET
My friends and I love the concepts!! I’d love to see how this expands and if really like to see a widget for it as well!
Please add a lockscreen widget
Great app. Can you please add a widget?
Unable to add friends
I keep getting an error that says “The subscription is unavailable in the current storefront.”
It’s alright!
It’s taking awhile to update your steps, sometimes hours.
Wishing there was more to it!
I love this app especially by being able to connect to my social friends online as well. I wish there was just more to it like giving eachother messages and appreciation points or likes or something on accomplishments. But overall it’s really fun to be able to share your step counts. :)
Great App
This app all my family has it and we motivate each other ! love this app ! makes us do extra steps to get first place
Useless
This app does not accurately track step count. It’s synced to my watch and it’s thousands of steps off.
message chat
app is great !! but would be even better being able to send messages to the people you've added
Steg
Love it!
I use this app daily to keep track of my steps and to compare it with my friends and family. It helps us bond, and it’s fun to challenge my friends to see who can get more steps. I would highly recommend it to others
Doesn’t work
I’ve been trying for weeks to get this app to allow steps to be synced from my Fitbit. Emails go unanswered, I then get a response saying I’ll look into it and more than a week later it still doesn’t work. Great app in theory but does no good if you can’t sync to the devices listed - which is why I picked it!
Would be better
The only thing I wish the app would have is a feature to communicate with your friends on the app. I would give it a 5 star rating otherwise but I would love it even more if it had a feature that lets you communicate with your friends.
Adding friends
I sent my friends a request and they added me but I cannot approve their requests. Why is that ?
AHH
It’s a great app and looks like it is easy to connect to family and friends, but I can’t seem to get my Apple watch to sync properly! It says that it is connected but the step count is completely and utterly wrong! I would really love for this to be fixed soon because I would love to prove to my friend that I’m active!
FUN
Loveee
Steps
I can’t see how many steps I’ve done
Social Steps
Like the app. Wish it had a way of “liking” or sending positive messages to the people I’m connected with. Not sure how to find a “challenge”. Do you have that as a feature.
Dålig synk
Det barkar synka dålig med anslutna appar. I mitt fall har jag fitbit
HELP!!!!
Hello I just got this app and i have synced it to my ipad and it say it’s connected but my step aren’t showing on my screen can you please help me because I need it for school
Steps
good app one issue you have to have your phone or watch on at all time to have steps accumulated even when adding data in health app and importing it into the app it won’t load the steps.
Awards
App needs awards for hitting goals.
…
Gå i bilen?
Won’t Sync
Unfortunately, I can’t get this App to sync with my FitBit. It says it’s connected, but the step count doesn’t indicate that…..
My Health
Thanks so much for this app. It motivates me to keep up with my friends as they work out with me. What a wonderful way to keep up with our progress !!!!!👌🏾
Problem
Help My friends info on number of steps is not showing up on my side but my steps are showing up on his phone?
Great- could be better with a few tweaks
Hey- fun app, motivating as heck. Wish there was a way to have a set group and an ongoing thread with set groups and more stats like who’s been king/queen the most, who’s improving the most, who is falling back, who needs to step it up.
Slow
updating the strps very slow in iphone6
timezones
the app doesnt work well for people in different time zones. it displays how much i stepped yesterday to my friends instead of today
My Community
I’ve been apart of Social Steps for a week now and I am really enjoying it. I am very active in church and recently I have encouraged church members to join the app so that we can keep up with our health. This app is a great way for me to keep up with the community of members that we have at church to make sure they are staying active on a day to day basis. I rate this app a 5 star!
No friends
Can’t add my friends. Just won’t let me.
Add new features
Good cocept, Some features needs reformation, addition of imp features can make the app real popular
Fun
But very hard to enjoy
Can’t see
I can’t see any of my friends steps they all stay on zero!!! 🥴🥴😩😩😩
Taunting needed
Need to add taunting option. Otherwise good
Great free private group app
Would be better if we could send messages of support and general chat within our group. The Movember app is good for this.
