Terrible. Avoid.
I wish I could give zero stars. Used it for a while where we were relatively local and there was the odd time where it tried to take me places I knew were unsuitable. Used it for the first full tour in our Motorhome and ended up on top of a Welsh Mountain having driven along roads that were about a centimetre wider than the van with no passing places and ended at a gate. Had to reverse half a mile back the same narrow roads before I could find a flat piece of grass to turn on. Do not pay for this app. It is terrible. Simply put your vehicle into Gemini and tell it where you want to go and it will create a route for you that you can export to google maps.
First timer
I have just brought a caravan and been down to Cornwall for the first time and used the app it was great very helpful and easy to use would definitely recommend it to anyone
Incomplete trial
Downloaded app. Looked interesting and had lots of good offers to upgrade however the trial did not include CarPlay which is absolutely critical to me so I could not objectively evaluate whether it was suitable for my setup… so have not progressed.
I probably should have waited.
Downloaded Sygic today ready for picking up new (wider, longer etc) van next week. Unfortunately the 7 day free trial starts right now and ends on day of collection. However a bit pricey I think esp with the optional attractive baubles (cams) etc, and only driving the motorhome on occasional basis, not daily driver.

Doesn’t care about HGV
Thinking on going back to TomTom when my license expires, even though you enter your lorry dimensions and weight, it keeps sending you through roads you can barely drive a car. Not to mention every time you reinstall the app all your Favourites Locations disappear… One star is too much.
Voice cuts out but there is a workaround
Well I am a truck driver and my Garmin started to die in the middle of nowhere so I had to grab something fast. I use apple CarPlay and I found that the voice would randomly stop working. So the route was running but no sound. I did lots of playing around and found that If I download the Emma voice not TTS! then change the battery management to power saver that solves the problem. The one thing it definitely needs is on the top right screen(CarPlay ) there a box which says London road for example turn in 8 miles. Now it will telly the junction number but wont display the junction number. Just the distance to turn. When you have multiple junction numbers close to each other that is important. Please change that! but apart from that seems good.
Road width warning too late
I was in the Isle of Wight and wanted to go to Newtown to visit a nature reserve but it wasn’t until I was almost there that the app notified me that the next road is too narrow and I cannot continue. So I looked for another point of interest in the north east coast and once again, got almost there only to be told by the app that the road is too narrow which meant I didn’t go there. Why doesn’t the app warn before we start the long journey that the final road is impassable with this vehicle which would have saved two wasted trips and fuel.

I cannot find a way to contact support but I’m having an issue. After the latest update, the app kept crashing. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get it to work. After reinstalling, i no longer have my “lifetime” membership for truck navigation that I purchased, even though I’m using the same device and Apple ID that I was previously. I have tried using the “restore purchase” button and only get error messages. When I try to sign in, it says that my account doesn’t exist. I have the receipt from when I purchased the membership, but clicking on the support button just takes me to an FAQ page and i don’t see any way to actually contact them.I rely on your navigation app to do my job. The navigation on this app is really good, and I’ve never had any issues with it until now. But if I am unable to restore my “lifetime” membership, I will not be purchasing it again, and I will want a refund for the original purchase. I should not have to pay another $65 because your app kept crashing and I had to reinstall it.
The Best car + Caravan Sat Nav.
I have tried many but this one is the one for me.it has never led me astray. Thank You all.
Questionable Routing
Needs a serious update. Misses loads of roundabouts, tells you to turn right, when the road simply bends to the right and send you off down single tracks roads with the hendges brushing wash side of the motorhome. It’s only useful to compare its height and weight based calculated routes with Soemthing like Waze, then use that!
It’s decent
This is a pretty good gps for what it does. I would give it 5 stars but I’m missing 2 things. The app doesn’t reroute when I miss an exit and for me, the app doesn’t notify me to get off an exit. Other than that, it’s good.
Complicated
Very complicated to get working, even then one minute you have voice over the next it does not work
Need more work
Don’t work with IOS26, sometimes don’t choose the proper route(at least in UK), doesn’t now all the low bridges and don’t choose the proper road for lorry’s( prpose to you to use very narrow roads or unsuitable gor HGV)

Tried to send me down several tight lanes when normal apps offering safer route. It even tried to send me down a 6ft width when I input 7ft 9”. The last time I used it I damaged my motorhome step which will be costly. Shameful useless dangerous app. DO NOT BOTHER !!!

Good nav program could’ve been improved by showing current speed and updating the screen more quickly if selected route is not followed. This is using CarPlay
Car Play Issues from the git-go
I purchased the CarPlay feature last week and it has not worked at all. When I contacted support they requested the order information so I sent the info to them. Have not gotten any response from them I. Several days. This is an app I need, not just want. If it doesn’t work properly and I can’t get any support for it then the app is useless.
Confusing range and options
Feature request - if I leave the vehicle part way through a route (for example to shop), can we have an option to pause the guidance so it doesn’t give directions while walking around the shop?
Motorhome
Not used this app yet, but have downloaded it because we’ve ordered a new Motorhome which is a lot taller than the old one. hopefully this will stop us taking the top off under some low bridge
Not much use
I bought this having been frustrated with TomTom, google and Waze. I realise that google and Waze don’t do large vehicles, mine is a motorhome, but TomTom and Sygic do. Only used this Sygic app 3 times and twice it has tried to send us down I made tracks!! It’s really not fit for purpose.
Bus Driver
I am a school bus driver and use this app for all my roots. It is the best app I found for this purpose. The only thing is it would be nice to be able to email a route to another driver and I have not found a way to do that yet.

In my opinion you should see what's going on with your app, it has a lot of blugs, I want to put a location it says it can't be found only with the postcode but as you know the postcode covers a certain area, we have to look next where the place is. The other day it sent me to a bridge it was not allowed more than 7.5T and I was going with an 18T truck and I had put the details of the truck and still sent it to that bridge. There are times when you send us to streets that have many houses and there is another easier way for trucks, I don't understand what's going on. Very very disappointing
It works
I find it cumbersome to use. The truck version does issues warnings appropriate. Dislike the voice. I am going back to Apple Maps and just watch for truck hazards like we did in the old days.

I am useless with a computer but I managed to download eventually and it’s great!
Not for me
Doesn’t recogise POIs (Stonehenge????). Doesnt allow Carplay when in trial mode. I am not committing to buying it when I can’t test it in my car! Looks like an app from 10 years ago.
Good app for caravans
This is a good app for directions incorporating my caravan dimensions and reduced speed limit. It wasn’t clear, but I had to purchase an additional Premium for CarPlay via the European website. It’s not as intuitive as the Sygic Car app.
Doesn’t re route
If I miss a turn or there is an unforeseen road closure it doesn’t re route, which is very poor for a sat nav.
Motorhome use
Would be Fitbit despite advertising that says it works on Apple play it doesn’t- it would be good if it did.

Solid maybe
The visuals on the phone are great. The lane assist is helpful and the side display of upcoming gas stations and rest stations is a bonus. The voice is very robotic and a bit annoying. The plug in to Apple play is ok. Not sure it was worth it rig but now. The screen display is not as helpful as the app view. It doesn’t have the up coming rest and gas stations, plus it disables the view on the phone. Hopefully they keep improving it.
New user
App is slow to update distance to next junctions turning and if doesn’t reroute if you make a mistake, have to cancel route and restart it, disappointing.

Best Truck/Motorhome gps
I have been using this app for the past 3 years. Started out a bit rough but has now become a better gps app. Great for truck and very good for Motorhomes also. Put in the vehicle size to the app and off you go with little to no issues. Have just updated to the latest version, still testing but should be ok. Thanks for the good app.

App keeps freezing within a few seconds of opening since the new update. (Yes I’ve restarted my phone and turned it on and off again multiple time’s) I’ve paid for a lifetime subscription of £70.00 and it’s not exactly what I expected to experience. I especially needed it when I was in London, and it failed me miserably. Prior to this Occasion, there had been no problems. Please fix the bugs as soon as possible. Many thanks,

No easy telephone help
I have a few questions prior to me purchasing the download plus extras etc but there is no one to talk to. This gives me little confidence in getting help if I have an issue once purchased
Don’t waste your money! Simply too many issues
I like to give something a really decent chance before writing a review, and I’ve been using Sygic GPS Truck and Caravan for the whole summer season. I am yet to have a journey where the software performs as expected. It is a complete gamble whether the sound will work, often leaving me with no audible directions, It doesn’t recognise more that 50% of the speed cameras on the road, and yes I paid the additional subscription for speed camera warnings, heaven forbid I take a wrong turn as it simply does not recalculate your route, instead you have to either cancel the navigation and start again or find your way back to join the original route. It has directed me to roads which have been closed for months and routinely directs me to a road clearly marked as not suitable for caravans. Sygic is just not fit for purpose. I have an iPhone 16 on the latest software, a modern CarPlay head unit, I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the cache, downloaded offline maps everything I can think of to make this work and no dice. I am left feeling like I was conned out of my money and will be moving on to something else

It's out of Date
The mapping and routing is massively out of date there's roads that don't exist in the app but I'm actively driving them, addresses it can't find because they're only a year old, it's really hard as a newer truck driver to navigate without an app tailored to it as I learn roads.
