What people like
- Free version has lots of info
- Very easy to use interface
- Great for finding sites in Europe
What they complain about
- Wrong info made us wild camp
- Buttons do not work at all
- Navigation ignores camper size limits
- Support never actually helps you
Great tool
But it rely on campers to keep the data updated. So guy, let’s do it!
Broken…
Unfortunately none of the controls work. I can search for a location, but when I tap a site… nothing happens. Lots of the buttons on screen aren’t doing anything. I’ve tried killing/relaunching the app and few times, and still no joy.
Top App
In vielen Situationen zb Rezensionen aufrufen. Keine Reaktion. Dann muss man schließen und wieder öffnen. Insgesamt schade und nicht brauchbar. Nervig.
Not up to date
You need to update your info.
Great app
Great app which is easy to use and full of useful information. Thanks!
Latest update broke the app
Can’t select any camping sites or use the filters.
Op icoontjes tikken werkt niet
Jammer
Great App
Campy is one of the best Apps for locating and booking a pitch. Easy to use and easy to get site owner’s details to book. Well done. I’ll keep using your App as much as I can
Gratis?
Excellent Customer Service
Great service wanted to know if you could use multiple phones. They promptly responded to my query and in detail told me how to use more than one phone! Very impressed thank you!👏🏻👍🏻
Brilliant
Easy to use lots of campsites recommend big time 👍👍
Meistens zahlt man das doppelte
Really useful
We did a 3 month trip to Europe and found all our campsites on Campy. Brilliant
Easy to use
Perfect App for route planning. Google maps plugin is hreat.
Sprache
Can’t wait for next summer
Wish I had this when we did our last trip 🚐
Unvollständig
Kennt weder Pizzogreco FKK noch Camping Classe FKK. Prüde Entwickler?
Very useful app.
Used it around Europe booking as we went along, very useful.
Beoordelen
Routes best leuk. Reviews van campings beperkt en verouderd. Er zijn websites met actuelere informatie.
Nichts meins, schade
Class app
Very useful 👌
The info is sooooo wrong!
Ended up having to risk it and wild camp in Spain as the information in the app was so wrong and so many of the campsites were closed despite what it said in the app
4/5 rating
Only because it’s not possible to book a campsite direkt via the app.
Also es gibt fürs selbe Geld bessere.
Top notch camping site finder app
Early days for me but having used this app for just a short time I have found its interface very easy to use and the amount of information you can see for free is fantastic. There are to many “free” apps out there that then need you to pay a subscription to use anything more than the basic functions, not so with Campy. You can pay for the extras if you like (and I might actually) but the free parts of the app are full of free information and very useable. If your a camper of any type, give it a go……it’s free 😃
Sad
Unfortunately didn’t work
A handy app to locate stop overs
Easy to use, and for just £7-49 for a full years premium for the whole of Europe nearly its ok. Don’t expect every campsite to be listed though. It’s a pity not many members write reviews of sites they’ve visited
Missed opportunity
Happy with app, but we really miss the option to avoid low emission zones
Excellent app
I really like campy it’s accurate and have used it now twice from Uk to Sweden. Found it accurate and good account of sites.
Rubbish
Cannot get onto any campsites , unlike camp for night .total waste of money
Steve
Good app but not all campsites in areas are on so use google as well.
Very slow
I tried campy plus on a free trial. Using it at home on super fast wifi, I found it slow to respond to choices in the filters and slow to refresh the map view. Cannot imagine using this out in the wild on 1 bar of 4G signal. Will stick with park4night and Search for sites.
New App user
I was struggling to find suitable locations with park4night, found Campy via Google search and located somewhere suitable immediately. I must confess that there are aspects of competitor apps that mean I would find it hard to commit to sole use of Campy
