Beware they operate automatic renewal policy which is not obvious when you sign up! Site we stayed at were often below average, hygiene very poor!

Needs improvement
Text within the app overlaps on my iPhone 16. And I have tried to edit my email address within the profile section numerous times without success. Definite improvements needed in the functionality of the app. When it works well, it will be a great way to manage stays on the CCP network of sites.
Great but!
This is a great idea. And now you get an acces code on the app to acces the site. Subscribed so we could book and guarantee a space when arriving. And code work well, except where we need to fill with water. The keypad does not accept the code, so several places we have not been able to fill up with water! Ps. If a card (that I paid for) was sent to me, it did not arrive in time, nor can I receive one from the machine.

Great app making it nice and easy to book, pay snd stay at some really nice stopovers. However it’s telling me there’s a new version of the app available and to update it, having tried several times it won’t update????
Applications bof
L’application ne permet pas d’envoyer de notification lorsque une aire de repos à des places libres. On ne peut pas réserver des places libres si il n’y a pas un minimum de 10 places libres, ce qui est indiqué nulle part. si jamais on change d’avis, on ne peut pas réserver un autre emplacement si on en a déjà un en cours, tout en sachant que la somme versée sera perdue. aucune possibilité de le faire soi-même sur l’application, il faut contacter le service client qui est quand même réactif. On ne comprend pas l’utilité du pack privilège

I just can’t get this app to work on iPhone, freezes when loading maps and then shuts down if I try to top up. Hopefully I’ll just be able to pay at a machine when we get to our destination.

Won’t accept my Email Address
I am in the UK. Just downloaded the app. ready for France trip. But the app won’t recognise either of my two Email addresses when I try to add them to my account. And hence they can’t verified. I use an iPhone 11. If the developer can help that would be great.

Tourist data entry
This could be a 5 as overall it’s a good app. BUT when entering dob for tourist info you have to scroll back month by month to get back to year and month. Takes up an unnecessary amount of time and should allow direct entry of date of birth - get that sorted and I’ll change my review to a 5
Well organised company
First time to use this company. Spent two months travelling around France and used the CCP all the time. Some were in the most amazing locations. We had a few problems with water. But we just called CCP and they were always so helpful and spoke English. We will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend. Merci CCP
Awful customer service
Rubbish app. English language translated by a school child. Doesn’t work with Google Maps. Worse of all is their customer service. Avoid!

Balance top up
Text arrived to say top up your balance but link sent to a version of the app that wasn’t available. Will I be able to get out of the site tomorrow?

Frustratingly the latest update will not work on my iPhone where previously it worked although that also did time out, disappear. Can now only use on my husband’s iPhone . Not the best App too many glitches but when we can access it ,we have been using Camping-Car Park when touring around France 2024/2025
Ideal travel app for touring
We used this app whilst touring France for 2 months. Quick and easy to find stop overs with or without facilities. You can book in advance but we never needed too. Easy to read reviews by other user’s and facilities true to what they say. Always hot water on site where showers are, I’m sure that some at some point where not working but we never came across them. Worth joining for 5 euros.
Absolute rubbish
Absolutely rubbish app. Will not load despite full signal. Codes do not work when you reach the sites. Never again
Great Aires, App not so good.
We use the Aires frequently and find them to be very good. Unfortunately the App doesn’t work reliably on the iPad, (although the iPhone version works well). If the iPad version of the App could be made reliable the App, and its Aires would warrant the full five stars.

I love this app but you keep breaking it. The last update logged me out and when I log in gets stuck on the “we are checking your account “ page. Please fix it 🥲

Tried several times to open an account, tells me it will send a code but never does. Tried deleting and reinstalling but still nothing.
iOS app login fails since last update
UPDATE- resetting my password in the app appeared to set same new password for both my app and web access ok, so back working again in both. PREVIOUSLY- This app has been great until last update. My login now says incorrect details, but details still correct to login ok on to the web site. This is iPhone SE 2020 with iOS 18.5. Please fix soonest, as we depend on Camping-car parks for a good touring holiday, thanks!
Pas transparent
Il-y-as une mal-function entre l’appli et payer a la borne. Quand on reserve par appli je suis obligatiore prendre une assurance pour des soucis reservation. Je suis un personne qui a pas besoin ça, je me organise bien merci.

Application très utile pour voyager en France et en Europe avec mon van. On peux directement contacter le service client via WhatsApp en cas de problème, bravo CCP!!
Doesn’t work
I’m unable to log in on the app but can on desktop
No site information shows -now fixed
This app works fine on my iPhone 14 (iOS 18.4.1) but whenever I click on a site from the map I get a blank lower half of the screen while using the app on an iPad Air (iOS 18.4.1). This makes it unusable on the iPad although this is my preferred device because of the much larger screen. I have tried all the suggestions mentioned on other reviews, such as reinstalling and rebooting, checking Location Services, but none work. I hope you can fix this soon as we are hoping to using on our next trip in France. Update: Thanks for the developer response - the app is now working fine on both iPad and iPhone
Unusable App
Updated several times, deleted and reinstalled several times. When you drill down into an individual site no information shows, so no idea on vacancies and unable to book sites in advance even though we’ve paid for the privilege. Never had these issues in the old app, I hope it’s fixed soon 🤞🏻 Update:I seem to have narrowed it down to not working on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, it works on my husbands iPhone 11 Pro Max so hopefully this will be fixed in the future.
No longer works for me
The updated app of May 7th 2025 refuses to work with my iPhone 11 which is running the latest software and is compatable with this app. My husbands iPhone 13 does work with the app luckily. In English when I click on the “carte” map then click on a spot “nothing at all happens” No information on that particular site pops up. I have loaded and unloaded the app several Times and made sure my apple software is up to date Sooooo frustrating as I just can’t use it and it used to work so well.
Indispensable
Nous utilisons CCPARK depuis longtemps. Amélioration, réactivité, disponibilité. Sans faute. Permet aussi de découvrir des lieux où l’on n’aurait même pas eu l’idée d’aller. Merci. Même si toutes les aires ne sont pas parfaites, pour nous qui faisons du CC depuis 25 ans, cette application est un outil incontournable. Et ceux qui estiment que tout devrait être gratuit peuvent aller ailleurs. Il y a de la place !
App unstable, forever crashing
Update: The developer has responded and asked we delete and reinstall the app and make sure it is up to date, all of which we had already done. We have managed to upload €50 and successfully stayed at a campsite using it. In essence it a great app and brilliant idea but leaves you feeling uneasy planning your trip around using it when the app crashes nearly every time you use it. I even tried leaving a review for the beautiful campsite we stayed at, I gave up after the 3rd attempt, each time it crashed and removed what I’d written. We are about to leave for a road trip around France and based some of our stop overs on using this app. However, in trying to top up our account the app constantly crashes, we cannot log in, maps won’t load properly….we are now unsure if this app will work at all and leave us stuck looking for places to stay
Latest update doesn’t work for me
Update: received response from developer; bugs have been fixed now and app is working fine again with all y favourite features and now. Grateful to have received the response. Thank you I have never been so annoyed by any app update. Prior to this latest update, I loved the app and all the features: easy to use, straight forward, no problems. Since the update I can’t stay logged in, too many unnecessary features, no live map when searching for sites when travelling. Very disappointing.
Poor Implementation
Great idea but a poorly implemented app. Could be so much better. Seems very little testing has been done in the real world. Multiple instances of anomalies in the app such as not being able to book another site until 24hr after previous stay. Also unable to submit a review within the app and very very slow at peak times. However, on a positive note responsive telephone support.
Easy to use BUT
Camping car park is a fantastic resource and we use the digital way and it’s easy without a card. However my main worry with this app is the lack of translation of languages on reviews. It’s so helpful to hear what other people have said about public transport links, ease of access with large motorhome, how far to village or town etc but no way of translation. Can’t even copy and paste reviews to let Google translate help. It is a big flaw and one that France passion has easily solved. Hope this is constructive feedback from a foreign visitor.

What's happened to the app?
This used to work well but now you get blank screens and can't even log in as it says your log in details are invalid. Don't bother with the privilege pack as you won't be able to use it. You can't even send an email to complain as you need a subject and that's hanging too
Diabolical new app!
The developers of this new app need shooting. It’s pants. It does not recognise your account after creating one. Problems trying to access sites and also issues when trying to pay. Total frustration - be prepared for agro!
Great looking aires, terrible tech
I’d love to stay on these aires, but I am unable to register an account, as everytime, I click to select a uk flag for the country code, I get thrown out of the App. I have contacted via messenger and was told to reinstall the app and check I had the latest version. Doesn’t work
Problem using iPad😥
Since the update the app works fine on my iPhone,but not on my iPad.This has gone on for a week or two now,when is there going to be a fix?When trying to use the ipad the map comes up but as soon as you try to bring up information about a site no information is available.Please fix this problem asap.
