Cancellation
I registered for the free trial last night. Today I read these reviews. I called the phone number I found and easily got an agent who processed my cancellation. She sent me a confirmation email pronto. I will be watching my bill in case charges begin. THANKYOU.
Scam
Don’t do it. The search bar is literally hidden. The books seem to be copied for another “free” website. They hide your ability to easily delete your access and once you delete the site instantly blocks your access. Super scammy vibes.

Guide: How to cancel your sub
Go into a browser where you are logged in and type allyoucanbooks.com/cancel and then scroll down and confirm you want to cancel your sub. Then never make the mistake of signing up with them again. Nothing I downloaded worked and the book I tried to read on their online reader was literally just a long summary. Think I'll stick to audible.
Unresponsive rude AI SLOP scam
I wish I could give this place zero stars. Never in my life had I had such a poor customer service experience with a company. To start, once I began my free trial I realized this whole app is either unpopular literature or AI slop. As such, I went to cancel my free trial but could not for the life of me figure out how. Of course they wouldn’t make it easy, because then they’d make no money!! I emailed the company in January and unfortunately trusted it would be taken care of and forgot to check back in. Flash forward to today - I’ve been charged the absolutely insane price of 25 bucks a month. I once again reach out and the company calls me confused? That’s when they respond at all. This app is a worthless scam don’t even sign up for the free trial.

AUS$40 a month very expensive and very difficult, if not impossible to unsubscribe from.

I wanted this app thinking it would have more Christian content. Especially Derek Prince. It has none. Or on Spiritual Warfare.

No Search function, no obvious way to cancel. A scam.
Generally pretty bad
I downloaded the app to learn languages. Many of the language course books on here require you to read along with them, however, which pretty much defeats the point of an audiobook. The way the system works also leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing actually stayed downloaded, meaning I had to wait for everything I had previously downloaded to do it again each time I got internet. For a free service this wouldn’t be bad, but for £11.99 a month it’s awful.
Hopeless
Clunky app, hard to find anything, need to log in every time you open. When you do manage to find the search button (good luck with that) the books are unlikely to include anything you’ve ever heard of, let alone want. When you do download books they disappear next time you open. If I was cynical I’d think it is just a scam to get your cr card details. BTW I’ve hi given it stars because it wouldn’t accept one star

Misleading
Advertised price was $11.99 per month and the actual cost is $24.00 per month. Limited selection and website is difficult to navigate (the search at is hidden at the bottom of the page). Limited options: couldn’t find the books I wanted so I decided to cancel, but there’s no information about cancelling on any of the pages. Cancellation info is hidden - you have to read the fine print in the terms and conditions. If you want to cancel, log into your account and go to www.allyoucanbooks.com/cancel.

I like this app for its selection. However for a paid app, the selection of narrators needs to be improved. I love the addition of pod casts.

This is, by far, the worst possible option for books and audiobooks on the internet today. I signed up for a free trail hoping to find some modern books to enjoy. Upon accessing the site, I first noticed how clunky it is to navigate. The search option is TERRIBLE and requires scrolling all the way down the screen. The book selection is lacking, to say the least. Most of the modern books aren’t even complete books. They’re just poorly written summaries. There are plenty of classics on the app, but most of those can be found for free in the public domain. At $25/month, this awful service feels like theft. There is no direct way to cancel. You have to reach out to customer support (if you can even call it support) to get the link. If you cancel, you IMMEDIATELY lose access to everything, even if you’ve already paid for the full month. They cancel your account then and there, not 30 days from your last payment date. Don’t even bother reaching out to support either, because the only reply you’ll get is some corporate nonsense that sounds like it was written by an AI. They don’t allow refunds for partial service. Stay as far away from this horrible platform as possible. You’re much better off using something like Audible or Everand. OverDrive and Libby are free options if you have a library card. This company needs to be sued out of existence. I’ll be reporting the charges they snuck in after signing me up for a monthly subscription without my direct consent. HORRIBLE.
Not a great selection for kids
Really old fashioned kids books. Some classics, but mostly long winded books that do not entertain today’s youth. Really not a great selection in kids books.
Don’t do it
Do not get this app. There is no way to cancel your subscription and there is no way to search for books by titles. Worst app I’ve ever gotten.
Needs search option
Hard to find titles without scrolling through everything.
This is a fraudulent site.
This sight appears to be legit but doesn’t have any of the audio books or ebooks they advertise. I have also been trying to cancel my subscription for the past year reaching out to them 18 times without any success. I’ve reported them to my bank and Apple. Don’t get scammed!
App crashes often
Just started a subscription and already thinking this is a mistake! Not easy to navigate from the home screen. Where is the search button? First few attempts to download podcast bundle caused App to shut down

www.allyoucanbooks.com/cancel You’re going to need that…they hid the cancellation’link’ in the terms and conditions. It’s nowhere to be found in the account tab and they ignore your emails asking to cancel. I didn’t even have the app five minutes before I was looking to find how to cancel.
