Optimize your travels
Love this app! Frequently use it to organize our vacation sightseeing adventures. Great suggestions of things to do and attractions near by. The time and map features help us see more without backtracking. Lots of hidden gems.
No way to rate companies that cancel
I’ve had 2 tours cancel at the last minute, and since you can’t rate those tours so you have no way of knowing if they’re dependable or not. There needs to be a “cancelled by tour operator” option so we can avoid this. Now it’s too late to book with a competitor.
Not bad
I like that it provides sample itineraries, but the activities itself are basically the same as on Viator, so I don’t see a reason to use both apps.

App lacks functionality of website
Good app that could be great. Ability to add own places limited on app - could not find my hotel for example. Also can’t seem to create a pdf of a plan from the app - easy to do on website. Want to give this more stars - but having to open up the laptop to add places is frustrating.

Son intermediarios y cobran mucho mas por un paseo que los que realmente cuesta en el lugar nos vendieron un tour por 162 y en el lugar costaba 57 dolares, y lo peor no responden los mails y no hay otra forma de comunicarse con ellos

Limited capacity
The program works well, but I was unable to figure out how to list more than one hotel and use the app to plot which sites to see from each hotel site. Also 10 days is maximum. Limited in allowing you to travel between different cities on the same trip. Nice listings of attractions close to each other and offers a variety of itineraries to adapt to your plans.

Fraud/ scam
I booked a tour for my family at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City. Upon arrival, a mass was in progress, which prevented us from participating in the tour as scheduled. After the mass concluded, we attempted to proceed with the tour but were escorted out by security and informed that a private mass would immediately follow and that no tours would be permitted. We then spoke with the staff at the tour desk and explained the situation. The representative advised us that some third-party booking agencies do not coordinate with the cathedral’s schedule. She apologized for the experience and recommended that I request a refund. I did so promptly. However, after 10 days, four follow-up emails, and multiple phone calls—most of which were disconnected—I finally received a response stating that no refund would be issued because St. Patrick’s Cathedral is a working cathedral and that this was “part of the experience.” What I paid for is not what I received. While the mass was beautiful, attending mass is free and open to the public. I did not pay $75 for a religious service; I paid for a tour, which did not occur. I will be proceeding to file a fraud claim with my bank. Based on this experience, I strongly caution others when using this app, as the lack of coordination, communication, and refusal to issue a refund feels misleading and unprofessional. BEWARE!!
Only one tiny flaw
This app is amazing and it’s a staple for all of my trips. One problem is adding a stop the app doesn’t recognize. I wish we could add an address if the app doesn’t recognize it as a destination.
Not intuitive
Cannot customize a plan ir if I can it is impossible to figure out. Website you can create custom plans and edit proposed plans.
It could be better
This app constantly forces you back to the beginning. You’re on day one, every time you go into it you going to go through plan your trip, your plans and then sometimes it’s not your plans but the generic guide they give you constantly reloading. In your travels this can get really expensive. Also there used to be an offline downloadable map which was amazing.
Excellent tool for DIY travel
I first used this app/website in 2016 for a trip to Europe. I love how you can pick the things you want to do from a predetermined itinerary, and then it will make it into the most efficient route. You can customize how long you want to spend at each place, and even add lunch/dinner breaks. I’m planning another trip to Europe for later this year, and am using it again. Great tool!!
Can’t add hotel address
If it doesn’t know your hotel, you don’t have a starting point! You need to be allowed to enter an address because maybe my “hotel” point is an Airbnb. It’s kinda useless!

A great app if you’re touring a new city. Really helps to organize your day and identifies the best things to see and do.
This app is not user friendly
I spent too much effort trying to figure out how to use this app. Definitely not user friendly. At least the website has instructions on using it.
Places have to be bookable?
This is specific for people that are looking for things to do. Just like a tripadvisor. I’m looking for an app I can plan my trip with places I already know and also for recommendations.

I really like how easy to use and flexible this app is. I have used it both in the US and abroad and have always provided helpful suggestions.

Only 5 star reviews?
I love this app, but I noticed that all the tours of Taipei have only 5 star reviews. That is a big red flag for booking a tour. Not even a 4 star showing up. Looks like they may be suppressing bad reviews.
Just not for me
Not the kind of things I would want to do. Mayo when I first started to travel, and all I was looking for was to see the city. No cultural, no historical. Just tours, and high end dinners - you don’t need to spend $100’s to “see” a city.

Can’t find any hotel when trying to “add hotel”
This app can’t seems to find almost any hotels, either by name or by address.
Very good app!
Would be a dream if this app, TripIt and Google My Map/Maps.me all came together. Great for sightseeing. TripIt is great for A to B and pulls from travel email confirmations. Neither app does the driving from city to city part. I had to use all three for a trip to France. Would be great if one app did it all!!!!
Disappointing
After long hours of working on my itinerary, I then tried to download and print. Though it said it had emailed the itinerary to my email address, it never did. There is no print option, when you select print it just says it emailed it. Not what I had hoped for.
Keeps crashing
Don’t want to leave a bad review for what might be a very good app but crashes every time I open it within one second.
Very handy and efficient
This is an extremely helpful app. Have used it many times. Love that it provides a map with all the attractions and can create custom itineraries or use one of the defaults suggested based on travel days and can be used offline as well which helpful when traveling overseas and limited access to cellular or wifi. This is my go to app when planning trips and it’s free. Other apps I’ve tried you have to pay just some of the most basic features.

During our last trip to Switzerland and Italy we used many of the main cities insights and info to create itineraries and read on interesting activities to do.

Crashes en iPhone X

1st time user
A friend referred me to the app for my upcoming trip. I really like being able to select sites to visit based on on photos and summaries, and it’s really great that it will then make a plan for you based on the sites you selected it sure makes trip planning easy and efficient and lets you feel confident that you can get to places you want to see.

Great planning tool
Hi, I’ve been using this app for planning a few trips for 2019. I’m highlighted suggested itineraries for each city I will be visiting. So far it’s been great to pick from the various options (jam packed, family, leisurely etc). I will need to update my review after I’ve actually completed my trips

It is useful
It gives you the basic information about all the touristic attractions and it is very useful when it comes to the working schedule of all the museums. I loved the "go" button that sends you to google maps and shows you how to get there. But you can't create your own itinerary based on what you want to visit. Also pay very big attention to prices, they are not updated (we had to pay double to some of the museums).

Excellente application. Je l'ai utilisée pour un voyage à Vancouver BC et j'ai même pas eu besoin d'utiliser le guide de voyage que je m'étais procuré. La réservation de billets pour le Vancouver Aquarium a aussi très bien fonctionnée. Quelques dollars plus chers par billet mais on a eu accès aux sites sans fil d'attente. (Et puis, faut bien cotiser un peu pour cette app gratuite si on veut qu'elle continue d'exister) Idées d'amélioration : pouvoir interchanger les jours ainsi que les activités dans une même journée.
