One and done!
Used the app once and got burned. My family of 6, including two toddlers, took an Uber to the location of our reservation. We were going to drop off our bags before a day of sightseeing the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. NannyBag’s location refused to take our bags stating they were no longer a NannyBag location. Leaving my family standing on the street with all of our bags. We had to walk three blocks to another location with all of our bags. I was offered a 30% discount to a service I will never use again. I deleted the app.
Great app for Venice, lots of choice
All good but a bit expensive for a family for a few hours. Better if you only have one bag!

Avoid at all cost
They didn’t deliver our bag where indicated, didn’t allow 48 hours for collection. And then 2 months later billed us for excess size when it wasn’t. Never have I been so upset and disappointed with a company. Use anyone else!
Worked in France and NYC
But in NYC it didn’t show the locations on a map. Had to cycle through one by one to find the best location. Still, it works.

Avoid at all costs
I would avoid this service at all costs. They never delivered the bag. They actually shipped it to a different pick-up location and then didn't hold it there for 48 hours as they indicated to us they would. And now today over 2 months later they are trying to invoice me an overage charge for a service they never provided saying the bag they never delivered was oversized. It wasn't. Use Sendmybag instead. Sendmybag was cheaper and actually delivered the bag directly to my son.

Scam
This app is a scam. They will only give you address after you pay on the app. I walked a mile in Seattle with my suitcases to the address of a print shop they provided only to find that there was no signage at the address. It was a residential building office and it was closed. I tried to contact nannybag but they have no contact number. You can only message them and they do not reply after a few days. I got a message 2 days later that they have verified with the vendor that it was closed but won’t refund the money to me because “they don’t have proof that i actually went to the vendor address”.. I am just amazed that they are running this open scam. Instead of providing the listed service or being apologetic for customer inconvenience because of their fault, they are only interested in scamming you of your money.. totally avoidable
Se quedaron con mi dinero y no con mis maletas
Un servicio pésimo. No se responsabilizan si al llegar el sitio donde pagas por dejarlas está cerrado. Pagamos por dejar las maletas y tuvimos que cargar con el equipaje todo el día. No lo recomiendo, una aplicación para nada de fiar. *Después de unos días me llamaron para disculparse y me han devuelto el dinero. Les doy una ⭐️más.
Super utile
J’ai utilisé l’application pour profiter d’une après-midi à Aix-en-Provence et rien à dire ! La réservation est très facile et la personne chez qui j’ai déposé mes bagages était très agréable, j’ai même eu le droit à quelques recommendations de restos !
Hyper pratique !!
J’ai enfin pu profiter de mon dernier jour de voyage à Paris, après la sortie du logement, sans être encombrée de mes valises. Je les ai déposées à 10min à pied (grand choix de lieux), très rapidement grâce à la réservation en ligne, et récupérées tout aussi rapidement et facilement après avoir visité une expo. Je le referai, c’est sûr, et recommande vivement le service !!

I arrived to the place on time, and the guy said the previous owner had the app not him. i could not cancel and lost the money. Look for another app.

Le concept est interessant. Malheureusement il faudrait qu’ils vérifient leurs informations par rapport aux horaires d’ouvertures des magasins qu’ils engagent. Je me suis retrouvée à New York à 21h30 avec deux grosses valises (le magasin fermait à 21h et non 22h comme indiqué) sont avoir de solutions, ni de contact avec le service client.
Good idea, worst app
The idea is really good, I found it very useful. Unfortunatelly the app is super slow and no responsive at all.
Cheap, reliable option
Great service. Left case for 4 hours in Naples for just €6. Much better than another app we had been trying to use. Very happy.
Fake drop point
I made the reservation more than two weeks in advance, they sent me a location to put my luggage and when I arrived at the location, there was no guy inside the establishment, as he was traveling and the employee also did not know about the subject. I returned to the hotel where I had all my bags and suffered a loss of 370.00 ead! I’m Dubai trying contact but nobody answered.

App location settings is not working correctly, when putting in the city and searching the location it keeps jumping back to my home location not sure what is going on.
Bags Left Unattended
I found Nannybag via a Google Maps search for "luggage storage". There was no visible signage, and I had to pay in the app to confirm the address. The "nanny" at my preferred location was up two flights of stairs, didn't speak a lot of English, and didn't seem familiar with the app. When I showed him the confirmation on my phone, he agreed to take the bags and contact his manager. When I returned a few hours later, the bags had been left unattended in the public stairwell and the attendant was nowhere to be found. Fortunately nothing of ours was taken and nothing illicit was hidden inside (we unpacked everything to check), but it was still an overall confusing, stressful, and risky experience.

Honestly such a great service. Who knew regular stores would double as luggage storage. Genius. Innovative. One a kind. Would use again.
DO NOT USE
I decided to try this for a 2 week trip from my study abroad. I didn’t want to lug around my bigger bags all that time. THIS IS A SCAM! MY NANNY NEVER SHOWED UP TO THE LOCATION AND THE ADDRESS WAS A PERMANENTLY CLOSED RESTAURANT. DO NOT USE! Not only that, but my €200 hasn’t been refunded.
Over 250 Countries?
Locations in over 250 countries? That’s interesting, since the UN says there are 195 countries in the world. Where are the other 55 countries hiding? If you don’t even know how many countries you serve, I’m a bit hesitant to check my bag with you.
Do not recommend
I definitely don’t recommend this service or app - On a trip to Mexico City I booked a place to drop off my bags through Nannybag. When I arrived the very kind but confused man who owned the store said he does not work with Nannybag, but he does work with another luggage storage service called Bounce. We had to book with that service instead, and during all the confusion I sent messages to Nannybag asking for clarification and for a refund since they sent me to a location that doesn’t work with them, and no one responded. Currently they still have not responded to my messages or given me a refund. I definitely won’t be using it again.
