Don’t use in Malaga
Arrived at our drop-off only to be told that they don’t offer a luggage storage service. Tried another one and it was closed. Thinking I surely had to be successful on my third go I tried another but it too didn’t offer the service. Having dragged a load of bags around a boiling hot Malaga, I was well annoyed. Avoid this app and book directly with a local supplier. Using this app presents a risk to the health of those who don’t have the physical ability to withstand walking with luggage in high temperatures. Abysmal.
Pros & Coms
Gentlemen on the shop was great. Super helpful and kind but the street the shop was on was shady, like stepping over crackheads type shady. So ok during day but wouldn’t be doing anything there after dark.
Read the fine print
We got charged 82 dollars for not storing our bags. The issue was that traffic made us late to drop off our bags. By the time we got there, the facility said they were closing in 15 minutes. If I had just thought to check our bags in and then immediately check them out, I would have saved 60-some dollars. The no-show fee is a full day’s charge per bag.
Most emails in Italian
Good experience of the luggage store but I’ve not idea why all the emails to me were in Italian. Had to translate each. Just found out it hadn’t registered my collection last night

Payment System Doesn’t work
Service is great in theory but the places are very hit or miss in terms of luggage security and the luggage hero payment system is unreliable and half the time doesn’t process payments which is very frustrating
Not so impressed
My first experience with luggagehero was not good. They assigned a place which doesn’t exist left us lot of stress in our first two hours in Malaysia. On top of that they don’t have any emergency phone number. We had to make a quick decision and found another luggagehero place in Bukit Bintang where we dropped our luggages. That place was looked a bit doggy as well and at the end turned out to be good.
Great spot to leave your belongings
The owner is nice and ensures that your belongings are well kept. And the business is open until 7pm.
No one knew what I was talking about
I went to two locations in New York to drop off my bag and the first one said they were not a drop off location and that someone was using their address without their permission. The other was the Empire State Building and the staff had no idea what I was talking about when I asked where to drop my bag. Thank god I decided to check them out first before paying. What a scam.

This service was overall very convenient. But very expensive! Don’t forget to stop your timer or else you will pay for the extra time!

Easy and convenient storage right by our rental. Was able to store most of day after flight while we waited on check in!
Wine and spirits
Host was very friendly and at first we thought they’d leave our luggage in the open but they actually secured it nicely. All of our stuff was safe, and returned in perfect condition.

Misleading prices
Used to really like this app as an alternative to regular storage rooms. First you added service fee of 4€. Fair. Secondly, and this is where it starts to be an issue, you advertise “from 4.9€” on multiple locations but EVERY TIME, I pick one, I’m charged for two bags because “this location only accepts two bags”. So I’m discriminated against because I only have one bag? You shouldn’t try to fool your customers because you want to sell a dream to your partners. It back fires in time.

Quick, friendly service- check in was less than a minute, with quick easy instructions. Pick up was just the same! Used only a few hours while visiting the Ststue of Liberty by would definitely recommend and use Shaun!
Fraudulent app Scam fail
I noticed a bogus booking for luggage storage in Chicago, on the same day I used the app in Prague Cz. This app will add FRAUDULENT bookings and hope you don’t notice until it is too late so they can charge you a whole day fee. Delete this app immediately!!
Day trip to London
Customer service was great, place was a touch sketchy but seemed like an adequate choice. Value wasn’t great. Cost 25£ for 9 hours which seems really high. Place opened at least 15 minutes late (app listed as 8 am open time)
Super Slow
A useful app, but painfully slow to load. Especially annoying on the pick up when the slider refused the work.
Overcharged
We originally booked for the day, but only used the service for less than an hour as we were able to get early check in at the hotel. (Originally, the hotel stated that early check in would not be possible.) We were still charged the daily fee instead of the hourly fee, which is quite a difference. Also, leaving our bags in the middle of a convenience store with people rushing in and out was extremely disconcerting. I will probably not use this service again if at all possible.

Wouldn’t use again. Very high service fees and insurance quickly adds up. Price tripled from the predicted starting fee

The staff at Birdies Hot Chicken were very nice! I was unaware there was a $4 service fee tacked on until i looked at the receipt
Paid for 2 left 1
Struggling to find drop off. At store pointed out that app said 2 bags but only had 1. Lady said no problem and don’t worry. Picked up 2 hours later - another person there and said 2 bags to pay for although only 1 bag left so only 1 picked up - told me to sort it out with luggage hero.
Great App, Needs to Specify Currency
The app was easy enough to use, a good fast way to secure luggage whilst wandering around, however the app was not clear in the currency used – I am from Australia and believed I was only paying $27.00 for my service. Turns out that was $45 in AUD. I think there needs to be a clear indication of the currency used in your prices as not everyone that uses this app is from America. But otherwise, a great app for what we needed.

Like the title says, it’s expensive, considering that these companies are just hanging on to my bag. It is, however, necessary today. I will try to avoid using this kind of company in the future.

Wouldn’t recommend
Seems worth it only for leaving your luggage for a longer period. For 2 bags/2hours I payed 13€, which seems a bit overpriced.
Nashville
1st Luggage Drop - disaster and was even charged when I decided not to leave bags as place was closing at 5 and its was 15.30!!!! So not worth it since I spend over hour trying to get into location - 2nd - store location in Nashville - checked in, photo, labeled and easy peasy, collection - in and collected within 5mins - super efficient and will be back to store location as it’s was very good, efficient and easy unlike 1st Location!!!

Fresh Catch Fish & Chicken
Great service! Friendly and secure. Right near Hard Rock Stadium. Our flight was delayed so we would have missed our event if we had to go to the hotel first. We left our luggage with excellent results
Wildly expensive
I was charged £25 for 1 bag for 5 hours, which is wildly expensive considering that with other storage services I’ve paid £5-10 for 1 bag for less time than that. I was also falsely charged for 2 bags when I selected 1 bag and only stored 1 bag. There’s no transparency on pricing as the final charge is based on a timer of how long your bag is stored for, so I was expecting to pay around £10 based on information I’d read before booking. The charge included a £3.98 service fee that wasn’t mentioned upfront. Definitely won’t be using this again
Not close to Fenway park
We chose this place being out of town and not knowing our surroundings. If we had known it was this far, we would have chosen not to bring big bags to the game. The staff was really nice though! Great service!

Much more expensive than I expected
Last time I did this it was in Athens. We started the timer then too, but were charged the day rate. Today it cost £27 (inc £3 tip) for two bags from 10.30-4.30. I didn’t know the price until I collected the bags and got the notification. Very friendly staff but wishing now that I hadn’t left a tip!
Wonderful experience
Easy drop off of our bags. Very nice people working there, it wasn’t nervous leaving my things at all! Very convenient location and reasonable prices!

Great Service Hidden Fees
Not complaining but just pointing out that the first two hours free is really not right. Ended up costing us €15 for two hours. To be honest that’s fine because it was a great service, extremely convenient and streamlined, and we dealt with excellent people. I guess it’s just when, the headline is ‘the first two hours free’ you kind of expect two hours to be free. Again not a complaint just pointing it out.
Disappointed
Ok if you drop luggage off on the hour, otherwise they charge you an hour for a 14 minute period. Wifi didn’t work in shop, and owner said connection was dropping in and out so struggled to start and stop timer. Would not use again, but was handy for our needs on this occasion.
