Would be helpful if….
I find that as we travel we get more bags than what we started with. I found no way to change the amount of bags we were depositing . I even downloaded the app to be sure . I made arrangements for 4 persons and we all did shopping. To CANCEL was obvious but to AMEND the reservation was not found. A new contract was made . I now have 3 contracts for the 1 group , all under my name. This could be something you should offer. Thanks

Difficult to trust
In Europe similar apps exist and you can walk up to the participating store or cafe to see the app’s logo. You can then scope the place out to decide whether to leave your valuables there. We’re in Bracknell UK and wanted to store 4 items when switching between Airbnbs. Stasher seems to be ‘fully booked’ locally even for days ahead. Odd. We walked around its supposed location, no sign. I’m not convinced there’s a Stasher partner or locker installation in Bracknell.

Frustrating app
Found a suitable storage place online, but when I tried to use the app to book the same, The whole thing crashed repeatedly and said no availability 😡 Went to a different provider with no problem .
Convenient and quick
Super easy to find locations and book through the app. Had 50% off code from my Eurail pass so that made the price more palatable (as a family checking 5 bags it can add up). A bit difficult to find our location as the name of the shop had changed but it had the same address so we figured it out. It was quick and easy to drop bags, take photos of them to have proof they were ours, and leave. Bags were stored behind the counter in a convenience store. Not locked but under the clerks feet so I didn’t have concerns (and we took our valuables with us). I would use this service again.
Unübersichtlich, miese UX
Geworben mit 5% Rabatt, nicht direkt ersichtlich in der App während der Buchung. Zeitauswahl vorgegeben fü 1h - Zahlung aber nur für Tagestarif möglich. Darf ich also 24h einlagern? Oder nur 1h - gilt so lange der Versicherungsschutz? Zusätzliche Service Gebühr.. und nicht einfach genug zu bedienen. Wenn ich auf Support gehe gibt es keine mgochkekt mit dem Unternehmen oder jemandem zu kommunizieren der mir hilft. Da geht noch einiges besser zu machen.
It worked in the end, but this is a sketchy app with no customer support.
Ultimately, I was pleased with the actual service from the storage location and would use it again, but I now have lost a little more hair thanks to the app which has ZERO customer service. Next time I will know what to expect, but this app is not for the faint of heart. I did drop off and retrieve my bags safely, but getting it was a harrowing journey. I was time crunched and the actual address of the drop-off location per the app and emails took me to the wrong place. Messaging with. The app tried to no avail. The customer service line sent me to a fax line. I was able to find the actual location using google search. The actual drop off and retrieval was easy. I’m not sure my bags were stored as securely as I might like, but there were no issues there.
A lifesaver app
Great service - I use it all the time. Only thing that drives me mad is you overdo the messages for feedback. Enough already! The feedback is stop it !!!!
Bill Twice by the App
We booked for storage for a London trip on the 21st Feb, but the app billed us twice. We have contacted Stasher, but have no reply.
Idee gut, aber unzuverlässig
War auf Gepäckaufbewahrung angewiesen und hatte vorher gebucht. Vor Ort kam ich zunächst nicht in den Vorraum zur Gepäckaufbewahrung (Drittanbieter hatte die Tür mit Code gesichert, einen solchen hatte ich nicht) bis mit der Support vom Drittanbieter half. Dann war mein Fach bereits voll mit Paketen. Ein anderes war nicht frei. Mit großem Stress dann zu anderer Stasher Station gefahren - da war alles iO.
Crédit for location change
I had to change my location a couple of hours before and while Stasher gives you the option of getting a credit, the credit only applies 5-7 days later so I had to make another reservation and it cost more £££

The app was very easy to use and to find a suitable location to store our cases. A good price.

scammed 3 times in london by dodgy sellers and then offered coupon instead of refund.

Hidden fees
Some random fees for service and insurance were charged right before check out, which where not advertised in the initial price. Not very transparent pricing, was almost twice the price than initially shown for my two bags because of those hidden fees.

Reliable /Secure, and Easy to Use.
I recently used Stasher to store my rucksack while attending a Comic Con in Nottingham, and it was a total lifesaver! I booked with the Premier Inn Nottingham Central twice, and the process was seamless. It allowed me to enjoy the convention and explore Nottingham Castle completely hands free without worrying about my luggage. An amazing, stress free resource that I’ll definitely use again!"

Searched for spots around LEICESTER SQUARE, London. App couldn’t find any. Stasher’s website found 397! What’s the point of this app?

App changed my booking request date to 2 weeks in advance of what I selected, also the times. Created unecessary hassle.
Very buggy app
Would be wary of using. Pretty bad experience using the app - made a booking which took my money but then never appeared in the app. The support and faq pages then load blank pages so had to google to find out how to get in touch. Did eventually get confirmation of booking after about 15-20 mins total faff. No apology or anything from the support team.

Expensive
Over £30 to store 2 bags at a Premier Inn! Partly my fault but train delayed and terms and conditions said something about missing your check inn time so tried to put it back 1 hour but app wouldn’t let me. Couldn’t read terms properly as every time I click a Stashed link now it takes me to the app will no information on. Free cancellation is a con. I should have read terms but I couldn’t! You get 50% money back or a coupon for 100% that expires. As I need to rebook the coupon sounded good. Coupon won’t be available for 5-7 days! Rebooked and price has gone up by about 20%! Disappointed.
Easy, and everywhere
Found myself at Aberdeen Railway Station, Scotland with 8 hours or more to kill, and a suitcase. Stasher appeared on a Google Maps search for left luggage. 5 mins later I’d downloaded the app, booked in my bag in, paid, and left it at the Station Hotel, less than 50metrea away. Highly recommended!
