1tb Vodafone Very unreliable
I upgraded to 1tb Vodafone but it’s very unreliable and when I have had issues; I’m told the problem has been fixed remotely when it hasn’t and I’d booked an engineer. I have to then chase for a fix again. I’d look ally alternatives if thinking of going with Vodafone.
Broadband App
Had this app installed now for a few months and so far I haven’t had and issues with it. Tells me if there’s outages and any issues that are going on in the house. Only real improvement would stability as it does crash quite a bit when using it to look at stuff and change setting etc but other than that it’s pretty good

Brilliant Service, quality and value exceptional
Had other providers in an area with poor coverage charged extortionate in past for not very much. Had issues with coverage and speed. Vodafone brilliant, great value! Support had been efficient and effective, professional UK service. Could not ask for more. Well done a happy customer!!

All takes too long to load at times and not much use when there are signal issues

App is slow to respond, bit like the broadband really. The customer care is also a joke ask once (once every day for 10 days & get passed from pilar to post) only good thing is tobi 🥰. As bots go he is quite good
Slow and laggy
Very slow and laggy which is annoying you go to turn WiFi off devices like my child’s at bedtime and it crashes

Excellent Broadband
Not great so far
Hub 7 installed by engineer. Hub7 super and backup dongle was left for me to deal with. Don’t know if it’s done right, don’t know if it’s helping. I did have sky full fibre 500 mbps and thought Vodafone 2.2 gbps would be better but it drops in and out all the time and pissing me off especially as the back up dongle is supposed to eliminate the inconvenience. Why did the engineer not install both hubs and dongle, check the connection of tvs etc and set up the hubs in the most appropriate places. Literally no better off than my old old setup with standard connection talktalk160.
Not very clever app
The app cannot recognise the user has already installed the app’. Showing their technical staff are so brainwashed to thinking the world revolves around them.
Slow and not level with other companies
This app has many issues such as the delay very slow most of the time and need to be more fast and more options like an AI system will really help elevate the broadband app helping people understand issue and trying to solve it making life faster for everyone and this investment can make it cheaper in the long run due to not much maintenance needed after adding AI to the app and small other tweak to make it faster and adding more options

The app is hugely irritating
Constantly wants you to re login when you click on diagnostics, now across two apps this and My Vodafone. When you start a chat from the app you need your account number, so you need to leave the chat, it then says it will connect you to an agent and doesn’t
Vodafone - annoying App
The Vodafone App should be great but isn’t helpful/integrated with devices. We’ve upgraded to full fibre & got the latest router & boosters. The App is slow to open & unreliable. It has clever functionality but chugs along. The matey ‘not long’ messages really grate! Not cutting edge at all. The Boosters unpair - but the lights on devices suggest they are working fine & when the App doesn’t open it is annoying. Contact with customer services is fairly good. Temperamental & unclear devices & the chugging app let the otherwise great Fibre Hub down. An integrated app could be transformational - this is just annoying.

Been with Vodafone broadband for over five years and never had any problems from home or abroad.

Took too long to arrive. Problem was Vodafone didn’t put house number on the order. Quite tricky to set up without someone talking you through it and now WiFi is intermittent in my bedroom. Didn’t have this problem with Sky
Great system
It took a bit of fiddling but I eventually got it all up and running with the help of the Vodafone helpline staff. Great staff, great patience with someone who hit a snag. The system is extremely quick and I have at times over 20 devices working on the network. Very pleased
Rubbish
Never works. It won’t even open without crashing on my phone, and just sticks on the loading page on my iPad.

Vodafone has given me too much trauma. Always drops when I am on critical teams calls. I will soon leave Vodafone.

Rubbish WiFi and slow, always losing signal and being told signal strength is poor need to pay more monthly for better strength, did this with an extra booster and still rubbish signal

Terrible app it just never works or constantly loads and gives error messages
