Loading issue
I only just downloaded the app today but saw that the last update 19 hours ago was to fix this issue but it still persists. I use the verification code to log in and I’m stuck in an infinite loop on the loading screen

Great service with nearly all you need.
Solar and EV
We have solar panels and battery storage plus an EV. 99% of our usage is the cheap overnight rate. Solar export is not accounted for and the app keeps saying I should reduce my night usage. 😜
Great App
Got a lot of benefit powering down and getting paid for using less power. And the free electricity is also great when it is there. All in all a good app
App stuck
Useless, got a code via email, entered on app and nothing happened- deleted app!
Updated review
Turns out there was a site wide outage and that was why it wouldn’t load Old review: This app used to be great, we’ve saved money through it but since the last update it hasn’t worked properly. I had to delete it and reinstall it and now it won’t get past the log in page. Very disappointing
Not impressed
There is nowhere in the system settings that I have found to be able to update my smart meter code number. I wrote to customer service and The stock check our frequently asked questions email. They did not answer all my questions. And I’m quite annoyed with it all.
Great service
Brilliant app, helped me choose a new energy supplier and handled everything regarding the switch. I've also been able to continue to save money using their reduce and earn sessions.
App doesn’t even load
All I see is rings that look like it’s loading and nothing happens
Constant request to update via App Store
Ever since the latest app update has been pushed I keep getting asked to update to the same version number. Is there a fix for this?

Go away with all those required details to verify my address. You don’t need any of that. I give you my address, you trust me. Deleting the app. Not using USwitch for energy compilation.

The app updated 3 days ago but each time I refresh the screen it informs me it needs to be done again.

This app is utterly pointless as it can never find the tariff I’m on and therefore offers me completely irrelevant offers and savings!
Free electricity on Christmas Day.
This was amazing last year because every family will use lots of energy Christmas Day when the kids have new gadgets to play with or new phones etc. please extend it to Christmas Day and Boxing Day especially for those who have large families and split Christmas Day and Boxing Day with absent parents. Every little helps.
Bogus - Reduce Energy to earn credit offers
Irrespective of how much I try to turn off and not use Energy during the Offer Time-slots, the App barely recognises the decrease and ends up barely refunding a few pennies. Waste of Time and Energy.

Good incentive
Having half price electricity each school day 7-8am means I get most ‘high usage’ stuff out of the way before the school run. Washing machine, ironing, kettle, toaster. It gets it out of the way for the rest of the day.

Pinch of salt the results it shows especially the free electricity part never ever matches what you actually use

Work towards your free electricity days but they don’t tell you your ‘rewards’ cash expires.. be warned
