This app has worked well for me, but lately it’s not working
Ignoring the ads for a paid subscription has been low effort, and the reward has been being able to track my mileage Lately I believe because of my latest iPhone update, the app has started not tracking anything and it’s annoying to enter every trip manually. So I’m going to another app.

This weeks update seems to have broken Everlance. Whenever trying to classify a trip now the app closes without processing.
Add another option
I’d like to suggest adding an option to disable automatic tracking stop and allow manual stopping instead, because I need to do long tracking sessions and sometimes I stop for a few minutes, but it ends automatically. Thxxx

I enjoy it
It works really well, but it needs to not limit the amount of drives per month and it needs to not try to force an upgrade when there are apps out there that don’t require that it’ll make it more user-friendly and more incentive to get more people to use it, which then they might subscribe
Premium is a waste of money
Upgraded to premium so it constantly tracks my kms without me having to enter anything in manually, missed 3 days just last week. Which will have to be done manually now. It’s great when it works, but almost useless when it doesn’t.
Swiping right doesn’t work for work mode
Annoying glitch where you can only select work mode manually - swiping right doesn’t work.
Great app
This app is incredibly easy to use, and it actually has me looking forward to tax season because I know it's going to make filing so much easier. Since I'm self-employed and drive every day for work, it's already been a huge help. If you drive for Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, Uber Eats, or any other delivery service, DON’T WAIT TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP. The sooner you start tracking your miles, the more money you could save when tax season comes around. Highly recommend!
Poor Subscription Details
Used this app when I worked in Sales and was going door to door. App worked fabulous and tracked great, but when originally subscribed, I opted to what I thought was a monthly charge to equal what it would cost in a year. Was charged for 99$ in September 2025 and was good through September 2026 but was recently charged $96.13. Now my bank continuously locks the card for fraud and I cannot use my banking information for other apps and Apple Subscriptions as Everlance is continuously trying to ping my account for a fraudulent charge.

Major bugs
5 minutes into using this app. Looks polished but lots of bugs. When I try to enter a manual trip it crashes EVERY time. No way around it. Certainly not going to pay a subscription on this!
Functional
Works well, only issue is that odometer readings can not be added.
Nice to have time as well
That will be great, if app can provide travelled time for each trip, as I have to calculate everyday manually. And this is very simple functionality anyway.
Takes priority over Google Maps in top bar
As someone who uses their phone for gps for driving. I don’t need this to be something for quick access. Please just let it run in the background without interfering with the top bar priorities.

Very good. Just wish was compatible with other currencies. Example. South African rand. I brought it to Everlances attention before twice now, but still nothing done about it.
Promising app but poor support.
I’ve just gone through 1/2 dozen mileage tracking apps and have dismissed them for various reasons. Everlance shone out way above all of them. But, even though it is a beautiful app it could use a few features and flexibility by options to: 1. Create Quick reports for a set day not just Today, this week etc showing distance and $$$ for each category and not just for work, personal and other; 2. save basic quick reports; 3. stop trip immediately on disconnecting from Bluetooth, as it’s easier to merge trips than separate trips because the trip wasn’t stopped; 4. have more greater flexibility for casual staff that work more than one period within the same day; 5. add trip times for manually added trips so they slip in in the correct order rather than staying at the front/top of the list of entries; 6. Provide more than one route option when manually adding a trip; 7. Fix problem selecting custom dates; 8. Have custom date default to current day/date/month; and 9. Improve import format to the Numbers app.

Doesn’t work correctly
I have my bank cards linked but it’s malfunctioning and won’t show any of my transactions. I’m going to lose a ton of money now and won’t be able to claim things for work. The mileage tracker doesn’t remember frequent addresses either like mileage IQ does. Pointless app. Waste of money.

After the last update all I am getting is black screen after opening the app and nothing. I have 30 trips from the day to classify and if I delete the App I’ll loose them.

Some issues but mostly good
The issues are mainly with tracking walking vs driving, and there’s a noticeable delay in the expense tracking.

Easy to use but don't like that it only gives you a certain number of trips a month before having to upgrade.
Great tracking app
The app works great. Starts up automatically and tracks the mileage. It’s very accurate as well. You can also track spending. Definitely recommend this app.
Billing and subscriptions a mess
This company will charge you for an annual membership and then keep charging you a monthly fee. Then they have dozens of duplicate subscription options so who knows why or what you’re getting. And the kicker is they have a 12 year old kid named Dan who is their only support technician and assistant I DO NOT JOKE! I will never use this app again! TRASH!
App crashes every time I’m creating a report
I love this app I drive a lot for my job and it’s been invaluable. Every time I try and create and save a report for my km’s for the financial year it keeps crashing and doesn’t save. Please fix this. Thanks
Good app but still needs some tweaking
When the car mileage data is exported to .csv, it would be good if it showed the start and finish odometer readings rather than just the mileage for each trip

Does not track all mileage
Always has a message that says cannot track this mileage contact your manager. I am downloading a different mileage tracker this one is horrible

It’s very glitchy. The reports email but then contain no data when I export. Also round trip feature sometimes doesn’t work and saves the data as just a one way trip. I use an iPhone 14 pro max so not sure if they need to update the software for newer phones ?
