Requested a refund
Was charged 119$ out of the blue this app isn’t even what is advertised. Clunky and cumbersome and is selling your data and wants me to pay 119$ after a free trail yea right give me my money back.
Pretty cool but …
Overall, I like it, but what I absolutely do not like aesthetic keeps kicking me out of Instacart, forcing me to log back in.
Just another paid app
I don’t get the purpose of this app, yeah it keeps track of my income and expenses, but $20 a month that’s outrageous, I’m better off doing the math my self and putting everything in my own bank account, and OH MY GOD!!! ITS FLIPPING FREE TO DO SO!!!

Payed the yearly for this to help with Door Dash taxes and it doesn’t support their card surprisingly they did add PayPal finally

Ai is poorly written
This apps ai is poorly written it only gets a 1 star bc it auto tracks mileage and my earnings in the gig economy. They ai recommends times that I am not available skips hours and only pulls data from one app when I multi app.
Not free trial
I got charged $16 right off the bat just to try this app. They claim to give a 7 day trial but before subscribing, but was charged right away so I canceled. I’m sure it’s a good app but I’m trying the remainder of the “trail” before it expires. If I do like it… I’ll pay again I guess.
Recent Update is a BUMMER
UPDATE: They brought back the visuals, I’m once again very happy with this app. Would recommend.
Account linking
I'm really disappointed with the Solo app. Overall, it just doesn't work very well and is too buggy to use reliably. My main issue is that it constantly unlinks my connected accounts without any warning. It is incredibly frustrating to have to go in and re-link my information over and over again just to use the basic features. It completely defeats the purpose of the app and is a huge waste of time. Until the developers fix these connectivity issues, it's simply not worth the hassle.
No trips were logged
Just checked in and for several months, no trips were logged. I use This app to track uber rides but Apparently, settings have to be switched to on all the time and not just while using all app. Sadly, I was never notified so I wasted money for this app for months and no trips were logged
Hustle
Not going to use your Hustle card until it grows up a little. In other words, it needs an instant transfer and availability feature.

Can’t even delete
You can’t even delete the account without doing the free trial. It literally prompts you in the profile section that you can’t move around the app without the free trial blocking everything. Don’t DOWNLOAD THEY WILL HAVE YOUR DATA FOREVER. Also read the bs replies the review bot keeps making just because you say you don’t sell data doesn’t mean you actually don’t that why companies get sued for lying about terms and agreements. This app is a start ups way of cash grabbing and the helpful comments are bots.. in a world of subscription this subscription that I won’t be giving this app my money and no I won’t start your dumb free trial to give you a chance so don’t even comment about it.
Misleading pay guarantee
They advertise a pay guarantee and make it seem like if you don’t make a certain amount during the hours you buy insurance for, they pay the difference. But they make it so they don’t have to pay out, even if you genuinely didn’t hit the amount you ensured. They don’t absorb the risk with slow periods. For example, if you don’t have orders coming in, they don’t count that as active time even though you’re online. Effectively shifting the risk onto you.

Reviews were mixed so I installed it!
I payed for the monthly subscription free trial and the app does nothing. It doesn't tell peak times for your area or where the best place to dash is or anything like that. It tracks your miles and tells you what the average is for everyone to get money in your area do not recommend.

They don’t payout
Unfortunately they don’t payout or message back with customer support about that issue. The only benefit of this is using it for mileage and expense tracking but I don’t think it’s worth the monthly membership.

The app works will. I love the fact it gives you a smart schedule for times to dash really accurate but I'm still trying to understand the tracking of miles

Tech help
This is my second year with solo. I think the app is just ok. My current complaint is I can’t get my years summary sent to my email. It says that it has, but I haven’t received it. I even tried requesting just one months summary at a time, still nothing.!it has the correct email. How do I get app support without having to send in a review?

I’m not sure exactly how your app works but I’m giving it a shot! I had a terrible day here in downtown Missouri! There’s a bunch of potholes speed bumps, one-way streets businesses that take forever because they’re understaffed and a lot of wa times as well. The tips vary and when it rains it pours! With bad luck… I’m hoping if I understand correctly that if I purchase credits from your app that you’ll guarantee me a certain amount that you suggest that I should have made? If I’m understanding correctly? Then the date you have it will automatically post to my account? Is this something that sounds too good to be true??? I’m going to try it out and see how it goes because I have waisted a lot of gas and time with Door Dash and I have yet to find anything else… I’m going to also try Uber Eats but having issues finding app because it keeps taking me to the u Uber Driver not the food delivery service one…

So I have to pay you so you can help me make money? Potentially more at that. Like what? If you do side gigs then you know gas is already taking money from what you make so then you have to pay more to possibly make more if not the same? Maybe not a scam but wow feels like it
Avoid
After having been a paid subscriber for three months, I can say that this is a totally unnecessary service the mileage reports are already provided by Uber and left more importantly, they don’t any customer service No response or acknowledgment for weeks !

They take a subscription before the trial is over they won’t let you cancel the subscription and they don’t even have data for my area I live in I paid the subscription yesterday and they are still charging me I wouldn’t download this app.
