Excellent
If you are planning any sort of long trip in any vehicle this is the only app to use. You can shape your route to go through specific towns or landmarks, plan multiply trips. It gives you updated traffic info snail re-route you. The app will adapt its routing to your particular vehicle bike, car, camper van, truck. Help desk is excellent for queries and guidance.
Phantom way points
I used this app for leading a motorcycle touring holiday with a multi-stop route planned for each day. The website for route planning is excellent, even at the free level. The navigation app was dreadful. On several occasions it invented a phantom waypoint that was not on the route and often in difficult to access places. It was not possible to skip the phantom waypoint without also skipping the next planned waypoint.
Great for planning
This app is great for planning and modifying routes from a computer. I would like to see more unpaved capabilities and less map overlay choices. I also appreciate the Carplay features.
Pathetic
Such a lack of intuitive navigating the site. No ability to print your routes. Moving between screens causes you to lose what you’ve already done.
Route planning is excellent but…
the navigation side is basic as it gets, no custom POI, no speed camera or poi warnings, routing is fasted or shortest only and the voices are awful tiny play school level quality. I’ve had MRA Gold planner for years, and used it for many tours, but wanted to ditch my Garmin and use my phone so forked out for the upgrade, what a waste of money 🥺 did I expect too much? 🤔🤷🏻♂️ not if it wants to compete with other phone navigation option. Never fails
MyRouteApp never fails to get me to my destination via some excellent roads and the whole set up just works, simple as that, it just works It could be improved with an ‘auto-zoom’ feature for junctions but other than that it works extremely well.

Mostly great, seems a bit Euro-focused
I bought a lifetime membership after using the app and planner for several months. No regrets and few complaints (need to dig deep sometimes to get to features that should be on the map screen). It seems to be focused on European riding with its details, though, and for me who lives in Mèxico and Central America, the map updates seem slow to update as these areas develop new roads.
Great app…but
Fabulous app and just what I have been looking for. It gets my routes right there right in front of me where I need them on my Garmin…but oh my goodness please sort out your issue. Every time I press the letter n on my iPad I lose all planning. This has been sorted once and was resolved but has come back since the last update. I’m loyal to the app and want to stick with it but need this sorting please. Five stars once it’s working right.
Onboarding is poor
App looks promising, but the onboarding made me give up. Having to create an account right away and then not even being able to enable trial mode without multiple complicated steps resulted in me just giving up, sorry.
Ultimate Map
What an incredible product, I didn’t hesitate for a second to buy a gold membership. It’s like a Swiss knife of navigating, take some time to get a grip but once you do you will never use google maps I promise.

Helaas heb ik nog nergens kunnen vinden hoe je kan zien wanneer weg is afgesloten heb al een paar keer meegemaakt dat er een weg was afgesloten terwijl de app het niet wist. Zou graag willen weten of daar een functie in de app zit waar je dit kan instellen wanneer er een afsluiting is. En dat je kan worden omgeleid. Dit geldt voor de binnendoor routes en voor de snelwegen zelfs. Al een paar keer meegemaakt. Voor de rest ben ik zeer tevreden over de app.

As many wanna be adventurers I was searching for an app that was easy and flexible to create routes and import routes. In my journey I have discovered that I need other features too like off line maps and track recording but one of the other things I have found I wanted was an easy to use and good looking app. MyRoute app ticks most of these boxes. Still lacks some stuff but I think their more pressing issue is the membership mess. There should be one simple structure. Monthly yearly and lifetime. And these need to give you all the features. Guys keep up the good work and if you need a tested give me a shout

Rubbish app compared to Waze and Google!
Tried to cancel my subscription on the app twice and apparently successfully. Upon renewal a month later the subscription was taken from my account and the app reloaded. Fraud I would say, don’t sign up if you’ll never be free until you cancel your card! Rubbish service 0⭐️!
Almost perfect
Does almost everything that I want it to do, although some things seem to difficult to find and not located in an intuitive place. The one thing that is does not do that other navigation apps do, is tell me the name of the street that I am on currently. That would be a great feature to add.
Loses its way
I am learning how to use my route effectively, but I have had issues where it has gotten confused or wants me to turn where there is no road then redirects me to a gravel road.

Almost perfect, except…
I’ve used several navigation apps for planning motorcycle rides. Calimoto seemed good but the web planner is slow and navigation fails if you miss a waypoint. Scenic has been great but has no web planner. I tried Rever 3 times and just never liked it. Then I found MyRoute-app, and it checked all the boxes, and I love the navigation - except for one thing. The font for distance to the next turn is way too small - this is a real issue when on a motorcycle and I only want to glance at my navigation but instead have to look down and focus to see how far to my next turn. Fix that and it will be perfect in my book.
Sad times
This used to be great but since they have introduced the navigation add on, the core part of the app no longer works on mobile. My recommendation is to plan your route on a computer then transfer it to your satnav and don’t rely on being able to access the route on your phone. I’ve got route plan gold but when you try to review routes on mobile it doesn’t work any more. Can’t view waypoints or zoom into routes so pretty useless. I’m sure if you sign up and pay for all the options it might work for now.
Irritatingly difficult now they’re pushing their Nav app - update to review
1) I have used My Route app and its predecessor for years and have a Gold account for the MRA app. Suddenly there’s Navigator attached to it and I no longer have the facility to plan routes without being constantly interrupted by pop-up encouraging me to join the Navigator app. Irritating beyond measure, I have TomTom I don’t need their navigator app as I don’t use my phone or Chigee to navigate. Plus for whatever reason I am now finding it difficult to plan a route, which is what I pay for! 2) Eventually I bought their Navigator program and it freezes and crashes the app, to the point I cannot plan a route on the original app. I’ve messaged the company on their contact point and also on Facebook requesting a return and refund on the Navigator but no response as yet.

Terrible for trucks
I used an iPhone 15 pro and it could not keep my location steady, so I decided to go for the gold sub to see if this helped, no it didn’t. The app was slow and clunky. I then bought a mobile modem but still very slow and could not keep my location steady. I made sure all items were updated but still not a trust worthy app. With such a large vehicle if anything happens you are guilty whether someone else’s fault or not, NO TRUST in this app HGV’s just go for TomTom expert it’s cheaper and superior.
Good, but improvements needed
Relatively easy to create and share a route, but you MUST review every foot of your route in case the software wants you to go down an alley or off and back on an expressway. The program is not intuitive and really has a lot of glitches, but it’s better than a lot of the other programs I’ve used.
CarPlay color choice makes it useless
The app functions fairly well, but the color choices make it useless in CarPlay. The contrast between the roads and background is way too low. Can’t see the roads at all.
Good but still crashes
I was hoping the latest release would have also fixed the app randomly quiting/crashing but it still does it, I have reported this in the past but no reply.
Really good navigation
I use it for my motorbike rides and app got really good. It used to use a lot of battery and UI used to be a bit “old fashioned” but with recent changes it’s all fixed. The app is great for planning and navigation is as good as they get.

Round in circles
Hey MRA If I miss a waypoint the app still recalculates to go back to it …. There must be a way for the app to auto ignore after a certain time or distance? Plotting on the fly eg bad weather tired bad traffic with gloves in the rain when all you want to do is get home … this gets very frustrating
MRA Nav
The app is showing a lot of promise and is continually improving. However, it simply is not there yet. And as such, the reason for the review rating at this moment in time. The app appears to be largely European based, and it also seems that as a result, it’s functions tend to lean that direction. Impactful issues, such as high battery drain and small fonts make it difficult. It struggles to show gas stations and if it does, the icon is so small it isn’t recognizable. The ability to add a stop when the app is in use is non existent. It’s ability to show upcoming traffic issues/slowdowns is very much lack packing - they are there, but the lines/colors tend to get hidden by the route line itself, and when these issues do appear, it’s too late to adjust the route anyway. Even if you could adjust, it simply wants to put you back on the same route after it has recalculated anyway. Not ready to give up on it by any stretch, waiting for improvements to be made where it truly can rival the big guns like Google and Apple.
Best update so far.
The version 5.0.2 update is a great step. It adds free drive. This has been something that makes you want to keep the app open even when not using a rout navigation. I’ve not actually tried it yet but the idea is that you get other driving info on the screen, such as posted speeds etc. I know it’s not a replacement for actually looking for signs but it helps for those times when you’re not 100% of what the limit may be. It gives a good idea. Well done Myroute App. Thanks.

Would like to see CarPlay have more of the features the navigation app has, like detailed lane instructions.
Very difficult to use
Sometimes this works and sometimes not. My TomTom stopped getting the rides after the last update so I switch to Scenic which took the ride easily and the route looked great but when following the route it went all over the place a few times so I stopped using it.

Great for Panning
I decided to buy the Gold lifetime version, which is great for planning a route in finite detail. The only down side is, I would have to pay extra for the ability to use the route on my phone as a Sat Nav…

New updates terrific - feature request
Been a user for many years and appreciate the newest Nav features. Feature request - Any way to add a “avoid non-paved” roads as a selection. Don’t mind getting occasionally routed on gravel with my ADV bike but on a Harley Touring bike it’s no fun.

Initial thoughts about the navigation app used in CarPlay . The indicated route is a very thin line and the directions voice causes my car speakers to turn on and off every time a direction is given. Very annoying!! First impression……..Not impressed! Will review again and hope the tech team will make some improvements.
Great, but!
The latest update is great but I have one niggle. When just recording a trip in landscape mode you cannot minimise the “Good afternoon” sub-screen like you can in portrait mode. This is rather annoying as it blocks out half the screen. Please fix this!
Next navigation
I have given the Next navigation system the benefit of the doubt by trying it on two occasions for trips abroad - once to Morocco and the other to Europe from the UK - and on BOTH occasions I have been absolutely appalled at this navigation system. It is not fit for purpose and kept crashing on my CarPlay. I will not be trying this rubbish navigation again! I must however balance this by saying the MyRoute app is great for planning, but it all changes when you subscribe to the navigation! So all your learning on the MyRoute App is destroyed by the navigation and the maps have to be downloaded again and still did not work off-line!
Great, one flaw...
This app does two things I find useful. It does a good job of tracking routes that I ride and it acts as a conduit to get routes I planned on the website to be displayed on turn by turn fashion on the sygic navigation app. The one thing that can be improved is how routes are stored on the app. On the website I have set up folders with all of my routes but on the app the routes are just displayed chronologically. This is fine if I want to ride a route I just got done planning but if I want to ride something unplanned a whole ago while I am already out I have to remember exactly what I called it and scroll through my many dozens of routes to find it. Why not just have the same file structure on the app as the one I created on the website, would be a significant improvement.
Complicated
Paid for gold membership which is supposed to be for life and the navigation app now says to renew for another 3 years. Thought it was a package deal. Also it is a bit complicated to use.
Needs carplay
I think the app and site are great for route planning. It needs carplay access too. The navigator app is lacking, expecially the carplay functionality. But if myroutapp had carplay, it would be awesome!
