Not everyone can afford the latest apple to run the app
Another app that now requires 17.5 or better for My iPhone 8 which has the latest version offered by apple. I keep the phone updated with as much security as possible but not having the latest os us beyond my control. So anither app site I will stop using
Won't login
Spring worked well until the last update. Since the last update about two weeks ago, I’ve not been able to log into the account from my phone. Very inconvenient!

If you like to feel like you are the center of attention by Achieve loans. Then use the see what loans are out their function in this app and get ready for a thousand phone calls. What a nightmare.
Cash Flow not updating
I filled out the Monthly Debt-to-Income section, but the equation & the graph won’t update. It keeps saying 0% no matter what I type in as my income and debt.

Like the app but new design is bad
I used to live this app with the old design it was more informative and easy in use. Now with the new design the app lost all its benefits, so I stopped use it.

Spam calls
If you put your phone number in, expect to get junk calls for the next year or so. I know it’s lending tree because they’re the only ones I’ve put my information into recently and it’s all loaners calling and harassing 2-3 times every single day including the weekends.
Mediocre
I just kind of found it mediocre.
Need to be able to manually update accounts.
I would like the option to update my accounts manually, also it is showing doubles of certain accounts I would like the option of deleting the inaccurate ones.
Great mentor
Very informative in how to be financially healthy and not just advertising credit cards and loans .
Data sellers
I do not recommend. They very clearly sell your data. I barely got spam calls prior to signing up, even during the elections. Signed up last night and have since received 18 calls from registered spam numbers, and only 2 from lending free. Between 8pm last night and 10am the next day. Selling your customers data is a good way to not have customers anymore.

I used to like the previous design of this app. I’m not crazy about the new design. In my opinion, the previous design was more informative and helpful. This new design is not!

UNDERRATED APP!!!!!
I set up an Account simply for monitoring my credit. I looked at the parameters as far as what’s considered “Poor” and what’s considered “Excellent” and having that kind of info directly in my face gave me actual goals to shoot for. Credit score is sitting above 790 as a result!!! I couldn’t be happier!!!!
Can’t even log in
I wanted to check this app out. It looked like it might serve me well. But I couldn’t even log in after creating an account. It told me I needed to verify my email. I clicked the link to send a verification. Get the verification email, it says click the link in the email to verify my email. I click it, it says page doesn’t exist and takes me to the log-on page. I log-in and it says I need to verify my email. Went through this circle 4 times until I gave up and deleted.

Shortly after I downloaded this app, I was being tracked . If I opened my bank app, it would close telling me either my screen was being recorded or my phone was being used at another location at the same time.. thank God my bank did that or I wouldn't have even know. so be careful
