Easy & Fast to Use
I especially like that it’s been quick to set up and edit ongoing reimbursement, even with photos of the necessary documentation. Everything is faster on the app than on my laptop.
Cannot find way to edit entries.
Not at all apparent how to add supporting documents. After “Save” option there is nothing reachable. Screwy operational logic.
Edit/add documents to submitted claim
There should be a way to resubmit supporting documents to denied claims without submitting a new claim. If there is a way, it should be made clear on how to add documents to previous denied claims.

I am so happy we were switched to this management group. They are providing great service.
This refund system is terrible
It’s extremely hard to receive a refund even if you have documentation from your doctor. It still gets denied, when you speak different representatives you will get entirely different results. If this is a pay back program using money that’s allocated for retired personnel we should be able to use our money.

They don’t have any information available on the app like the form that shows what things are covered by HRA guidelines.
Cumbersome process
Not enjoying all the bumps and hoops in. This process having to do same thing two times Why can’t you just accept card use without making us prove it It’s my account why would I be defrauding myself?

Poor customer service and communication
Poor customer service and communication. When asked about denied claims, I’m provided vague descriptions. I’ve not been impressed since switching to this service.

Company is Micro Managing My Money
I have submitted several claims and I’m having issues with this company requiring information that isn’t in the irs code. I’ve jumped through their hoops and still no complete payout. Why does my doctor have to approve the quantity of an item that I purchased before I can be paid out? I’ll simply keep my own records next year. They’re supposed to be a convenience, now they’ve become an inconvenience.

I retired last year and ended up with a lot of agencies to keep track of. One of the accounts is my HSA.This app works wonderfully, and there are real people behind the app. Good support and works great.
Can’t use your money
Sadly, you can have thousands of dollars on this card and have approved purchases, but they’ll get declined over and over again to get your teeth cleaned at the dentist.

Most useless app.

The former HRA Viba provider was terrible. We are so happy our employer made the change as difficult as it probably was administratively.
Difficult to work with
I submit bills from the hospital and the deny payment. Do they think I’m making this up. They like to hold onto my money as long as possible.

Form - so well laid out and intuitive as well as attractive! Function - works wonderfully. Connections/transitions/links all super smooth. Facility - so easy to use (facile!) Felicity - using the app makes one happy!! Love it!
This company is a scam
They randomly decided to stop partnering with Flex and Truemed. Now if you want to buy a piece of workout equipment that’s much cheaper than what they offer on their HRA site, you must pay out of pocket and obtain a LMN from your doctor, verses a LMN through one of those two previously authorized companies. Just another hoop to jump through and total overreach of controlling money that isn’t theirs!
HRAgo Way To Go
The app is excellent. It gives you the ability to check major components of your account. It’s simple to submit claims right from your phone. I found they have excellent customer service. I thought this was going to be a bear to set up and use, but on the contrary it’s straight forward and easy to use.

FSA portion is ridiculous
I am constantly uploading documents from reputable medical organizations for doctors visits and still get denials at times. They are exhausting. Making an automated payment on an ongoing medical bill should not require constant monitoring by FSA.
