Contributions Page
Great app besides the fact the contribution page on my accounts do not load. Whether I restart the app or delete it , it refuses to load up.

I was able to use the app for what I needed to do.
What happened?
This app was fine and functional for a long time. Now it regularly gets stuck at the login screen and times out. Really frustrating. Useless app now.
Unable to update
I loved it until yesterday. I am now unable to update it.
457 withdrawal
I was working with Brenda on this matter she walked me through it very patient and friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful it was a great conversation and experience she helped me and guided me to the right direction
Not user friendly at all
Feels like it’s built by vibecoder. Slow and not user friendly
New Update
The latest update not showing my 457 account, just my 401K. But my City moved to TMRS but I had my money moved to my 457. But I can’t see it anymore since the latest update and no option to select it for viewing This occurred after the latest update. I can log in but there is No Way to view my 457 account now! Not even an option to view it.

App Update
This is an update to my previous post regarding the most recent update. Shortly after sending the review, the app update appeared in the App Store. Thank you.
Slow and glitchy
This app has always been slow and glitchy but over the last 3 months it’s been really bad. I saw a notification that said to look for updates and a fresh new look. I haven’t seen that yet and we are still in the Windows 95 look. Please update this app so we can reliably look at our 457 plans.
Deferred compensation member
This app is great I use it to track my retirement and I’m able to modify my Def Comp contributions from the app and see projections.
No realtime data
It does not give you realtime data on % gain overall. Very primitive interface. Data takes MONTHS to update. Not pleased with my experience only using this because my work only gave me two choices.
Awesome App!
The app is straight forward and user friendly. I wish NYSLRS had something like this! 😬
