Unnecessary pop up messages
It is pretty common that when you leave an app for any length of time, you will have to log back in. Showing a message that I was logged out and must log back in is unnecessary and only delays getting to the information I need. I can’t imagine there will be a single complaint if you removed this unnecessary step.
Looks awful
The credit union is great. The new look of the app is ugly, difficult to read, and cluttered. Wish I didn’t update.
Decent but that’s it
Good app. Has necessary features and nothing more. It also does not run very smoothly and crashes regularly. The bank itself is great though.

In the bill pay. Instead of indicating when it’s paid indicate when it’s next p paid. And a calculator would be nice.

I belong to two credit unions . Firefighters first cu mobile app is superior to the other Cu’s app in ease of use . Specifically when it comes to paying firefighters first credit card accounts. Thank you .

Love the app easy to navigate, it’s worth 5 stars but the email contact us is flawed takes to much time for a response from our fffcu staff to get back to us.

New app layout
This new app layout is terrible. My wife agrees, it’s not user friendly, or easy to read.
App is getting much better
The fffcu app is getting much better and user friendly. Carol at the Az location is always helpful.
App issues
App not allowing me to login on iPad , have updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted . Still won’t let me log on? Also had issues in iPhone but it will now intermittently allow log in on iPhone. If I go via website I can log in, glitch somewhere.
App is always down
Needs major updates. More to do on the app would be nice instead of having to login to the website. Please do the updates at night instead of during the day when people need their bank info. So frustrating.

Nice app but mobile deposit broken
Title says it all. App is ok, but unable to mobile deposit right now. iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16.

Horrible
The check deposit crashes all the time. I have to retake 50% of the checks I deposit through the app. Such a waste of time!
Please fix this!
It seems odd in this day and age a payment can’t be submitted from an outside institution via electronic check.

Information is not as accessible. Requires additional interaction to get information that was previously accessible at a glance.
Transfers
Wish it was easier to transfer funds between this account and my accounts at other institutions. Otherwise it’s good.it’s good, but it would be better if we could transfer money between FFCU and other banks in the app.

New app sucks
Not a big fan of the facelift on the app. I make a payment on one of my accounts and it still shows up not paid spend all this time re-engineering the whole app and it’s still sucks.

Zelle is not working. Keeps kicking me out every time I use it
Good Tax Service
The Firemens Credit Union has been great for my family and myself for over thirty years. Now I utilize the Tax service which has been a heaven sent. The personnel are kind and professional. I am a proud member of the FF CU.
This app doesn’t work
I can’t even get in. It sends me a text then it starts over to login. I never get it the app
