Got the new app update today, it looks nice.
Text verification doesn’t work. Never mind it’s fixed now
Text verification not working. It’s them. Every other company that has that feature works no problem.
Face ID
Not sure how it is 2025 and I can’t use Face ID to sign on to the app? This company used to have this feature and then their “update” took it away.
Unable to link account via Plaid
App is getting better over time (a long time) but I am unable to link mission Sq to SoFi relay via Plaid. Please allow this feature!
Easy to use
I’ve been using this app for a few months and it’s been a great experience. Easy to access, easy to use, easy to find what I’m looking for.
Poor app design
This application is clunky and difficult to use. It takes many button presses just to get to your account. To get out of one account and look at the other, you have to exit almost completely out. It’s hard to look at different fund options. It is the worst banking style app I have ever used.
App allows crashes
Whenever you try to view your accounts the app is unable to load them. I usually have to close the app then go to the site via browser
App is horrible
This is the worst app I have to use. Not user friendly at all. When trying to move investments it is very difficult. The ticker symbols don’t show up in my account. Very outdated!!

Need the Face ID option back
Not an app
This is just a mirror image of their website. You can’t do anything on either one. No updating personal info or changing contribution amounts or anything else. You can see your balance and get their phone numbers and email. That’s it. No point for this app to exist.

It’s not an app. It’s a portal to their website.
Worst app ever
I can’t even open it, it says “please check that your device is connected to the internet”. Close/open/reinstal doesn’t solve the issue.
Barely usable
This app is barely usable. Awful interface. It is like a glorified web browser that directs you to their website. Things take forever to load. The interface is awful. Between the loading times and the interface it took me 10 minutes to even get to the menu to change my contributions. Nothing intuitive.
App not working
Says connection error, unable to connect and check internet. I’m definitely connected to Internet as all other apps are working. Everyone else is having same issue. Please fix asap!!!
Garbage
Horrible app with lousy navigation functionality. Multiple situations where you end up on a page with no way to get back to a prior page. Prime example; click the link to open a fund profile and you are taken to a static page with no way to exit. You have to close the app and start over. Luckily my employer is dumping Mission Square at the end of the year and switching to a different firm.
IOS 26 killed this app
Ever since iOS 26 was released or sometime around then this app will not connect to I internet. Must use browser.
iOS upgrade 😫
Now after the iOS upgrade, the app fails to open. Stating failure to connect.
Error message on log in
This app just stopped working all of a sudden about a week ago. Cannot log in anymore.
Terrible App
This app functions like an old outdated car and totally useless.
