Love LAPFCU
I’ve been a member of this credit union for over 10 yrs and absolutely love everything they have to offer. If anyone has the opportunity to join, do so!
The worst
They keep changing this app and making it harder and harder to find things. It went from bad to worse with the "new" format. Bill pay is more complicated and requires a thousand more clicks to achieve anything. Ugh!

The app could be a touch more responsive in the opening phase.
Great Convenience
Not crazy about this updated app. Doesn’t show on screen what was your last payment for a bill. Have to go through various screens before getting to the section you want. Old version was more user friendly. Dissapointed in this upgraded app.
Distance
Every time I need to take out a large amount or conduct some sort of loan I gotta drive 100 miles round trip!! Anyway we can get a branch out here closer to the inland empire would be great. This is a deal breaker since I may have to join another bank for convenience

I originally hated this app when it was first introduced. But now with the feature adjustments and updates along with more time using it, I’m starting to love it.
Mobile Banking
I feel like this site could be better by making it easier to locate a check or a transaction that needs to be found from the past. The description on transactions sometimes is not clear and makes it hard to investigate . Also, when I receive a money transfer from someone it does not tell me from who. Can someone redesign it for simplicity and accuracy information

The app is horrible I can’t see any of my CC transactions half the time. There is always some sort of problem. What was wrong with the old app??? Don’t fix stuff that isn’t broken. If you look at the 4 and 5 star ratings they are from the old app.

Ruined a perfectly good app by adding ability to see other accounts, which is fine but give the ability to remove it as well!

Love banking LAPFCU through their mobile app. It’s so easy and convenient.
Don’t like it
I liked the previous set up was better. I hate that I can’t see when my credit cards are due or their activity on the app. Can’t pay my bill without jumping through a bunch of hoops. I don’t like it at all.

The new app is great and easy to use.
Sucks
Print to small. Light grey print on lighter grey background. No total at bottom when paying bills. Ten different pages for info. Can’t expand print. I’ll be switching banks when I retire.

I love the LAPFCU app. It’s convenient for me. I can check my accounts and manage them anywhere I am.
Hate this app
The old app was much better. Can't navigate bill pay stuff, whether history or updates. It's terrible.
The Current version
This is app isn’t as user friendly as the old one LAPFCU had. If you have more than one account you have to set a filter to see each account individually. It would be nice if you could select your account and see the information that is specific to that account.
It’s worse
The app and website are worse. It takes longer to get to where you want to go. You have click several additional tabs to go were you want or see information. It was simple and better before. The person who changed them should be fired.
Great app
This app is great. You can do all your banking and it’s very organized and easy to use. Plus it has atm locations and basically any info related to your accounts you could possibly want.
App Sucks
The app makes me want to close my whole account. It will randomly hang up and you can’t Zelle or do transactions unless it sends you a verification text. Guess what. Go ahead and request the code. It won’t work and gives a random error. Might honestly close it.
