Love it
Love this app I can set my dishwasher to come on so when it’s finished, I can be home too open the door and let the steam out for nice dry plastics. Also, I can set it to come on when I have my cheaper electric tariff running and set my own programs so it washes the way I want it to.

fast barrierefrei mit VoiceOver nutzbar
ich habe zur Zeit eine Geschirrspülmaschine und einen Saugroboter mit der Home Connect – App verbunden. Der Geschirrspüler ist dabei völlig barrierefrei . Beim Saugroboter sieht es dagegen anders aus: wären die meisten Einstellungen ebenfalls problemlos mit VoiceOver geändert oder neu eingestellt werden können, muss man bei der Raumreinigung VoiceOver zunächst ausschalten, dann den Raum auswählen und schließlich VoiceOver wieder einschalten. Ich habe den Vorgang reklamiert, mir wurde besser versprochen. Insgesamt aber eine gut bis sehr gut zu bedienende App, die auch in Verbindung mit VoiceOver gut genutzt werden kann.
Kein WLAN-Zugriff seit ca 3 Wochen
Seit ca drei Wochen komme ich mit der App nicht mehr auf meine Waschmaschine. Auf der FRITZ!Box ist sie eingelockt, aber mit der App komme ich nicht mehr drauf. Meine Spülmaschine funktioniert ganz normal.
Nicht gerade die beste App aber sie funktioniert
Die App ist leider nicht intuitiv beim starten oder beim zeitversetztem starten . Die Einstellung was welches Programm verbraucht ist nicht übersichtlich. Es sollte eine Einstellung geben wo man die Details vom Verbrauch an und ausschalten kann geben und die dazugehörige Zeit sollte auch angegeben werden die ist auf einen Blick nicht erkennbar. Was recht schade ist die Einteilung wo was zu finden ist auch nicht schön gestaltet Rech unübersichtlich zu kompliziert in den jeweiligen Menüs vor und zurück zu gehen. Die App ist Im großen und ganz recht verbesserungsbedürftig. Sie sollte im Großen und Ganzen mal überarbeitet werden in Sachen bedienbarkeit und Strukturierung.

This app is useless the devices always drop off it’s not a clear and simple app at all. You would think that at first which is why it has a few stars but nope it’s not worth downloading
Backofenbild weg
Seit einiger Zeit ist nach ein oder zweimal öffnen das Backofenbild weg, dann muss ich die App komplett löschen auf meinem iPhone und auf meinem Tablett und wenn ich sie wieder hochgeladen habe, hab ich wieder das Bild vom Backofen. Vielleicht kann man da mal ja nachschauen um den Fehler zu beheben sonst funktioniert sie einwandfrei. Dann gibt’s auch wieder fünf Sterne.
Keine Verbindung mit Waschmaschine
Ich musste meine Waschmaschine neu verbinden - bzw. habe es versucht. Geht leider mit der aktuellen App nicht. Ich habe die Waschmaschine mehrmals zurückgesetzt und die App neu installiert. Mir werden bei der WLAN Suche keine verfügbaren Netzwerke angezeigt. Manuelle Eingabe funktioniert nicht. Sehr nervige App
It works, but…..
The app works BUT it is overloaded with pictures and promotions for other non relevant stuff: I use it for my Bakay dishwasher and get ‘confronted’ every time with a kind of ‘cooker’ from Bosch and how well that performs blah blah. In the mean time many functions, like additional programm downloads are deeply hidden in sub-sub-menu’s. The diagnostic and the colours used to in the app look’s old-fashioned. Time to rethink this app from scratch and start all over, with the user in mind and not BAH marketing department

Setup repeatedly failed w series 2 dishwasher. Turning off mobile connection during setup worked and thought I was all set. However, after connecting to the dishwasher once, it was unable to reconnect again. Deleted app and account and will use it the old fashioned way.
Verbindung nicht mehr möglich!
Nachtrag: Der Fehler wurde mittlerweile grundsätzlich behoben, danke! Daher wieder 4 Sterne. Allerdings ist es ab und zu noch immer so, dass die App sich nur noch im Mobilfunk verbindet, aber es hilft dann meistens, die Waschmaschine kurz vom Strom zu nehmen. Besser als zuvor, wo es überhaupt nicht mehr via WLAN ging. Verbesserungsbedürftig es es aber weiterhin allemal! ——— Eigentlich würde ich die App gut bewerten, aber seit einem der letzten Updates ist es nicht mehr möglich, eine Verbindung zu meiner Waschmaschine via WLAN aufzubauen. Ich muss über mobile Daten gehen, damit die Verbindung hergestellt werden kann. In meinem Netz wird nichts blockiert, habe auch nichts verändert. Neustarts und eine Neuinstallation der App brachten nichts. Wenn der Fehler behoben wird, werde ich meine Bewertung wieder entsprechend anpassen.

Saug-Wischroboter: Kartenaktualisierung bitte deaktivierbar
Bei den Einstellungen des Roboters (BCRD2W) lässt sich keine Karte sperren oder eine Aktualisierung deaktivieren. Immer wieder vermurkst er eine gute bestehende Karte und danach hat man nur Arbeit. Warum kann er nicht einfach eine neue anlegen und falls die nichts ist, kann man diese löschen. Oder eine fest abspeichern. Aber das Aktualisieren einer bestehenden Katze ist wirklich eine Katastrophe. Das ist für mich ein Argument, das Gerät nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Ansonsten bei unserem Modell keine weiteren Probleme in der App
Verzögerter Start nicht mehr möglich?
Bislang konnte man in der App den verzögerten Start der Waschmaschine einstellen durch Fernstart Taste an der Waschmaschine und Einstellung in der App. Die Ende Zeit ist Einstellung ist ausgegraut und deaktiviert, obwohl Fernstart an der Waschmaschine aktiv ist. Hat ein Update irgendwas verändert ? Update: heute geht es wieder
Worst App I have.
Why is this the worst app I have? It's because it could have been such a simple and brilliant companion app for my dishwasher and improved the appliance. Instead it's a nightmare of pointless features and confusion. I gave up on it years ago because it was so bad but today I wanted to rinse the dishes in my dishwasher. 45 minutes later I achieve this goal. Such a garbage app. To be clear this is 100% an issue of product design. Here's a tip "Make the simple things easy and the difficult things possible"
More useful that I expected
It’s a bit easier to adjust the programme settings in the app, and I like that I can set a start time as an absolute time of day. Not so good - the app has a habit of losing connection to my dishwasher while setting up a programme, which then forgets what I’m doing and I have to start again. Fix the connectivity issues and this would get 5 stars.
Disappointed in how the App is so awful
Had the dishwasher since the start of 2026 - I don’t find the App very easy to navigate. Not what I had hoped for when I ordered a wi-fi smart dishwasher.
Schade, häufig Verbindungsprobleme
Wir haben eigentlich sehr gutes WLAN und trotzdem haben die Home Connect App und mein Trockner sowie meine Waschmaschine immer wieder Probleme sich zu verbinden. Ich musste die Geräte schon mehrfach aus der App schmeißen und sie neu verbinden und trotzdem ändert sich nichts. An sich ist die App aber sehr praktisch wenn nicht ständig Verbindungsprobleme entstehen würden.

Slowest neff we’ve ever had
The app and latest dishwashers are really poor with slow programs, you can download quick programs and save to the favourite button, but it resets to 5 hour eco program every few days. The last neff dishwasher we had was brilliant and lasted 8 years with 2-3 times per day use, the latest one is very poor and we’re looking to swap after just a month of use.
Funktioniert gut mit meinem Bosch Geschirrspüler, aber…
… die Energie- und Wasserverbrauchsdaten einzelner gelaufener Spülprogramme fließen entweder gar nicht oder stark verzögert in die App ein.
Problems with connection devices
Tried 1000 times to connect only one devices was picking it up. Then we changed the network and can’t switch the hob to connect to the new network
Great UI but keeps losing appliance
The UI and functionality of the app are great, and can be really useful when it is working. Unfortunately the app quite often cannot find my Bosch dishwasher, and usually the only solution is to remove and re-add the dishwasher, which only takes a few minutes, but can be quite inconvenient at times. I appreciate this may be an issue with the dishwasher itself, but the previous Bosch app did not seem to have this issue. The combined multi-company app has this issue several times a year.
Great app
This app has never once failed me when used with my dishwasher. It’s helped me save money as I’m on a variable rate electricity account. I can just program it for the cheapest time of the day without any nonsense.
Fails to reconnect after a power cut
We get power cuts every now and then as we live out in the country. I have probably around 100+ items including phones, tablets, computers, heating, pool connectivity, smart plugs, bulbs, Apple TVs , televisions, Alexa devices, washing machine, CCTV cameras, you get the idea all connected to my WiFi. The Bosch dishwasher is the ONLY appliance that needs to be hard reset with an unplugging to reconnect to my WiFi once it loses connection. Why? Bug fixed didn’t include this obviously. Try harder as this is rubbish. It’s 2026 not 1996.

De app werkt top! Super dat we de wasmachine op de gunstigste tijden kunnen gebruiken. En de oven aangezet kan worden als we bijna thuis zijn, zodat het eten klaar is als we thuis komen. Alleen sinds de laatste update zie wel knoppen om op te klikken, maar weet ik niet waar ik op klik
Is Bosch accessible enough to buy??
"i need a new washing machine. I'm blind and can't use the controls on the front of most machines, they're touch screen and don't talk. So I'm reliant on apps which do talk!! You've not supplied any accessibility info to Apple App Store about whether it's good with the Voiceover screenreader. Please can you give me confidence that I should spend 700 quid on a Bosch washing machine because I'm unlikely to if you can't commit to accessibility on your app page. I see back in March that someone praised the accessibility but I'd really like you guys to officially explain your access and give me confidence that the next app update will remain accessible and mean I don't have to take my clothes down to the river with soap and a washstone instead. Please? Commit? Tell Apple? xx
Poor to connect.
When appliance is registered but fails to connect it tells you that you can register them again on the network (if you made changes) but not how you do it. Considering the app name that’s embarrassing

Controlling appliances is a piece of cake
App not intuitive to use
It’s almost too clever for its own good and forces you towards using the preset programs which are not necessarily what you want to use. But the most irritating thing is that to control the washing machine via the app, you need to physically select “allow remote start” on the machine after every time the machine is powered off and back on again, even though the app is WiFi connected to the machine.

This seemed a decent app. However it logs me out every single time I use it. I stopped wasting my time using it.
The user manual is no longer found.
When I select User Manuals it used to offer PDF or HTML formats. Now it states “No user manuals found.” Our oven was bought 1 year ago, model B64CT73G0B/G7. Would you fix the app, please?
Easy to use
This app is so easy to use, I’ve had no issues with it at all in the fours years I’ve had it.
It almost never remembers that I have set it to smart start
I have to set the timer every time I use it. Also when setting to start at a different time it then jumps in and changes to the smart start time. It’s been like this for months
Verbindung klappt wieder
Der Support hat schnell reagiert auf meine Rezension aber die Schritte die der Support mir als Lösung geschickt hat habe ich vorab selber schon zweimal durchgeführt….. Aber nach dem es ein neues Update der App gegeben hat funktioniert diese nun wieder. Also beim nächsten Mal vielleicht die App erst überprüfen ob das Update auch Stabil genug ist. Und den Kundenservice sollte man vielleicht nochmal nachschulen

Ruined by single key ID
This was a good and useful app until it was linked to single key ID. It now doesn’t work at all now for me so will shortly be deleted. Why on earth have they tinkered with something that was a 4 or 5 star app that was working perfectly well?

Awful, hate it
Why can’t I just get the dishes washed when I need to. Generally that’s overnight on off peak, but sometimes I need a day time wash if we’ve had guests etc. so convoluted.
Not bad
I use for the EQ700 coffee machine and although the apps ok, there isn’t much use for it. You can turn the machine on and make a cup, but the machine automatically rinses itself before and after each use - so if you had a cup u set it, it would rinse in your cup and make a coffee on top. There are lots of world coffees but it’s drastically missing one main coffee for the summer, an iced latte. It makes a cold brew but it’s just horrid and there is no cold foam milk option which is very disappointing. Wish they could push some drink updates direct to the machine considering it’s WiFi connected.

Great for running overnight on cheap electric and allows full auto reminders of cleaning and other essential maintenance

Connection issues!!!
Great oven and microwave but sadly totally letdown by their connectivity issues. Impossible to connect to the app and when it does it drops off and then it makes it even more difficult to connect again. This issue has been brought up everywhere in the forums I can see, and I can’t believe that this company is doing nothing about it.

Dishwasher doesnt always start. Dont understand why i have to tap start time 3 times to adjust. Dont understand why smart start doesnt learnt the usual time i start machine
