Had to look for my fines manually l, there was no search button for fine number and when I was ready to pay there were errors with the app connecting to the bank
No pictures attached
AARTO tickets don’t show pictures. Cloning of number plates is real thing. How does one know if it’s their car or it’s the cloned number plate. But the convenience is really the best feature of the app.

Very convenient way to check pay traffic ticket and renewal of disc. App is user friendly
No license disc renewal
The license disc feature is not available in the App, even though it clearly shows/states that it’s present?!
Renewal of Licence Disc
The app is mostly seamless and pulls in info that was previously recorded from the year about to expire. You can add all the documents via the app but make sure you have them loaded and accessible on your phone. The upload hangs a bit but eventually works well. You can pay for the new disc online with a credit or debit card or EFT. Remember there is an additional convenience fee for using this system. But hey it beats standing in long queues!
No proof of offence
Often just says the offence without the photo proof. This is not acceptable. No way of disputing the fines.
Needs better work on the backend. Payments are not going through
Idea is great, but app is inconsistent and full of errors when you make payments

Voucher Errors not fixed
PayCity issues invalid or erroneous vouchers, and when you phone them to fix it, they say they will but never do. Terrible customer service.
