Unable to connect
Urgent assistance. Hi, please urgently assist. The app just stopped working and was unable to log back in using my credentials. It been weeks of trying. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but with no luck. Please help

Struggling to Arm sometimes
Recently my app is not working so great, there are 2 users in the home and the 2nd user cannot arm at all anymore. I was arming fine until a few days ago….it just either takes forever to arm or now it just won’t arm or disarm and I have to do it manually on the alarm keypad. Don’t know what’s changed but it’s frustrating.
Alarm notification
This app is great when it works but you need to work on a better way to dismiss the active alarm notifications. I just now had to reject the alarm notification 8 or 9 times while trying to speak to the security company for a false alarm.

So I signed up the first time I think I put my email wrong now yesterday the app sign me off Now I can not access the app no matter what thou the phone number is correct when I reset the password

App stopped working
The app used to work perfectly until 2 months ago. My apps on both the iPhone and Huawei stopped working 52 days ago, what could be the issue? It stays greyed out and it doesn’t connect to my system anymore. Can I request that you look into it please.
Great Idea, Needs Refinement.
Great idea and very convenient overall. Being able to arm and disarm the alarm from your phone is genuinely useful and works well. However, the app sends far too many duplicate notifications for a single event. A common power failure can trigger multiple identical alerts, which quickly becomes annoying, especially when more than one person in the household uses the app. One notification per event would be enough. There’s also a noticeable delay in updates and responses. Even with multiple network options available (SIMs and Wi-Fi), the app can be slow, which is not ideal for a security system where speed matters. With fewer notifications and faster response times, this app could be excellent. Right now, it still feels a bit unpolished.
Authorisation denied
I note the app frequently reflects that Authorisation has been denied for the request Whilst this has never happened with the Falcon app This renders the app unreliable How can I fix this error
Slow
Please can you look at making the app responsive, it takes forever to do anything with arming or disarming its very frustrating It loads forever
Connection problems
When the app is working it is great. But 70% of the time when I log in it doesnt connect and I have to arm / disarm from the keypad.
Unable to sign in
When the App works, I’d give it 5 stars - but mostly I am unable to login. When I add my pin to login, it loads and loads and nothing happens. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the App, no luck. I can’t even log in to submit feedback.
Don’t use it
Worst app ever. Last checked for bugs and efficiency in the 1900’s
Keep having to sign in
No matter how many times I select “remember me” the app boots me out every so often. If I’m in an emergency and need the app signing in just buys criminals more time. Biometric sign in must surely be a part of this. Upgrade please.
Too many notifications of same event
Great app. Just one thing that’s a bit annoying, I get at least 3 notifications when I arm/disarm my alarm. I also get 3 notifications about the AC battery being off/on and when my battery power is on low/OK status. All 3 of the same notifications come all at once depending on the event. Please fix this bug. Thanks

Had functioned perfectly until recently with bearable few instances of slow response & disconnect: How do I stop “Periodic test report” notifications that pops in multiples? Updated my app but I don’t have the panic on it.

Good app, but…
It logs me out automatically every now and then and then I have to log in again. For some reason I also have to log in again on the panel area (without the login details changing). Quite frustrating :)

App stop working after update, and it also says in app its last update 44days ago which is not true

I just installed an alarm system in my house and just scanned the QR Code to install the app and when I am trying to register an account it says User already exists.
Pointless
This app is absolutely pointless. Constantly freezing, don’t know if alarm is armed or disabled. Le sigh!
