Top notch
All running well…… top notch !
Worst ISP ever
These people have no respect for clients. No communication nor any feedback. Closed all the time and does not care to answer calls!
Mostly fine
My only complaint is that you insist on having an unread message because I won’t turn on notifications for the app
Unreliable WIFI
My WIFI is not stable. It was reliable at the beginning, when I signed up.
Detailed usage
Detailed usage no longer appears
Might just have been a bug
Can now edit and view packages...
Poor, poor service
Keep dropping connection. Updated location several times and still not working.
Usage platform
Please add aggregated usage stats views: Rolling 3-6 month Average usage split in Download and Upload, and a year-on-year view, this will help users to determine currentness of packages
poor network connection
It is working but I’m experiencing poor network connection everytime
Data usage
Data usage tracking hasn’t worked on this app for a while now. Is it a discontinued feature? Why has this not been looked into or are you not aware?
Best
Best service ever
Super slow and unreliable 5G
As the title says, router provided is poor quality or sim/network provided is not correct for the location. 50mbps line running at 30mbps on a good day, 2mbps upload speed, WiFi connection just about 10m from the router is so poor, I end up disconnecting my phone to download voice notes at a normal speed via my mobile data.
Not too bad
Works perfect
Call me please
Call me please
Lagging network
My network for the last two weeks has been lagging. Right in the middle of work Teams calls it will just lag for over 10 seconds. After 6pm , streaming has been unbearable 😮💨😪. My phones connectivity lags as well especially when I’m on social media after 6pm
The best
By far the best!
No internet
Internet stopped working and they still charged me for months
Value, speed and response
Good speed via openserve fiber. On 20 MBpS package and I get close to that at any one time when measured. Not expensive when compared to cellular data packages. Service is better than most and that important.
Can't even log in
You choose the sign in method (it doesn't matter which one), validates your credentials, you get the OTP, but then the app just goes straight back to the login. It doesn't automatically pick up the OTP like some apps and there's no place to enter it.
Network
I’m struggling with network, it keeps cutting off.

Love it 👌
Wouldn’t recommend
They have been throttling my connection for over 4 months now when I reach a certain usage, yet I don’t have a fair usage policy on my plan, it’s supposed to be uncapped.
Simple and easy to use
App is simple and easy to use , there is however a disconnect between what the web version of the client zone offers vs the app. But does get the job done
Data
Firstly - I wanted to give 1 star and it is fixed at 2 star. I transferred a LTE Router with selling my business, I had never used over 10gigs on a 40gigs package in a working month, yesterday the new owner told me he had to change the package to 150GIGS !! My other LTE Router has been through 120 GiGS in 2 weeks !!!
Account invoices updated
It’s a good app but invoices are not updated
Lucky
Since day 1 i connected my Pure Lte i never got disappointment or any interrupted connection, Afrihost saved my life and thank you now and forever i don’t hesitate paying my subscription
Incorrect speeds and buffering
I’m experiencing buffering and half of the speeds I’m supposed to get with minimal assistance when I call in or chat
Enjoy
I enjoy the app. I miss the bar graph to show usage. I would prefer if the bar graph was the default display or at least when it opens I do not have to turn my phone on it’s side to view it.
Website
It is hard to use and understand even though im the generation of techies. I don’t know where to find my receipts. I can see the spand of time ive used the data that is smaller than a day. Theres no recomended packages or reviews on how others find your package. Im always unsure of what im getting and how long it will last. I would recommend a more in detail of usage and paid for data. As well as a review section for your packages so that i can get the best one for me. Even if its a description, like for me “good packages for people on the move that dont spend much time at home and only use data for messages and chrome searches, or even the occasional social media scroll. Estimated to last more than a month, with a few hours for high demanding data apps. Please get back to me. And thank you!
Good but...
Good app but a landscape option would be great.
Fantastic Amazing super service
Thank you
Bad service
This company is not worth supporting
it works
What about linking the iphone contact list to the app "usage" page to see names instead of telephone numbers? also allowing to group the same number to see a summary of the calls and totals spent per contact.
Frogfoot Fibre outages
Afrihost app does not report frogfoot network problems. I have to go to the frogfoot website to find out about netwok issues.
Update breaks
The app was great until you released the last update . It sends you a txt message with the 2fa code but the app does not go further then the splash screen. And it eventually quits
Afrihost an outstanding internet services supplier
I have used Afrihost for a number of years and found them reliable, afordable and a supplier of quality service. They strife for maximum customer satisfaction. Christo Hattingh
Unfair Throttling
Uncapped is advertised as uncapped. Nowhere there is any mention of throttling on usage limits or caps. Only once you reach 1TB do they limit you to 4mbps (which is basically unusable). Terrible anti-consumer practices! Shame!
Useful
Great tool for managing your account.
“Detailed” Usage
Offers even less detail than the previous version.
Data balance issue fixed
Thank you for releasing a new version in such a short time frame, that now actually works- the main problem with the last version was not being able to view the data balance for the month - but this has now been fixed- job well done!
Afrihost - Worst ISP
1gb line (1000up and 1000 down) with a constant less than actual 100mb up or down. Been struggling for almost two months now in total whilst still paying the fees for the big line. I’m moving on to someone else. Be wary.
No internet connection
I don’t have internet connection your app is saying everything is fine but I don’t have any connection I’m using the unlimited 100Mbps package the problem started yesterday the coverage was poor figured it was the weather but today the connection stopped
Great but current IP info missing
The new design is great, very intuitive however there's an important missing functionality that existed in previous version. The IP address information. Any plans to add this feature?
Too few features
The app is decent, but there are far too few features in it. It would be great to see most of the features from the website's ClientZone available within the app as well.
Ok I guess, but...
The App is ok I guess, but I really think that any potential future update should include a way of submitting a “Support Ticket” from the App. I’m actually surprised that something so simple, is not already implemented!!
Great App!
Love that you can transfer Mobile data to your kids using the app
ITC Request
I’m extremely disappointed with the way my recent issue was handled between MTN and Afrihost (Airmobile). After my device was stolen over the weekend, all I wanted to do was the right thing — open a case with SAPS. To do that, I needed my ITC number. What should have been a straightforward request turned into a frustrating back-and-forth between MTN and Afrihost (Airmobile), with each side seemingly unable to take ownership or provide clear guidance. I was passed from one support channel to another, repeatedly explaining my situation, yet no one could give me a direct answer or simply provide the ITC number I needed. There seemed to be a serious lack of coordination or partnership between the two companies, and as a paying customer, I was the one left stuck in the middle. This was already a stressful situation — dealing with a stolen device is not something anyone plans for. Instead of receiving support and urgency, I experienced delays, confusion, and a complete runaround. It honestly felt like neither company had clear processes in place to assist customers when something goes wrong. Based on this experience, I would struggle to recommend their product to anyone, especially someone who may need reliable support in a time-sensitive situation. Good service is not just about selling a product — it’s about standing by your customers when they need help the most. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.
👌🏾
Great improvement, love the new look and feel. Great job guy 👍🏾.
Update. Update. Update. Update. Update.
The apps not half bad, but you need to update it about every 2nd day, which gets annoying. They clearly have issues.
