Pointless app
This app is pointless, it doesn’t allow you to press some of it’s functions
Connection challenges
We struggle everyday with the connection It refresh time and again and is really frustrating We did enjoy watching World Cup May you please send the technician to come and check it
SCAMMERS
I advise anyone to not go with openserve. This company take your money and ghost you. My wifi was installed literally a month ago. On the app you need to link your service number in order to use the self service features which are needed for payment of your wifi, changing of passwords and etc. my app has not updated that the technician has installed the wifi and because of this i cant access the self service feature to pay for my wifi. I have emailed and emailed and no one gets back to you they just reply with some AI email with a reference number saying someone will contact you and no one does so not only will be unavle to pay for my wifi but i have also lost money atp. They ran off with my money and left me to dry and this is unacceptable
Horrid app and service
So far, very disappointed by the app itself, they need a new dev team because it is horrid. Then their service is just even worse. Was very excited to move from Frogfoot over to Openserve but maybe that was a mistake
Horrible
This app literally makes me want to kill myself, the ‘Next’ button doesn’t work on half of the forms. Fix it !
Should i ask my money back
Why is my network so slow lately but I'm the only one connected its just buffering not happy
Is this app is non responsive
I can’t follow the track order workflow as the app doesn’t not respond you follow the specified prompts. The ai assistant constantly fails. Was this app ai generated with no human testing? I don’t understand how it can break this blatantly
