SO FAR IT’S AWSOME!
I have had this App for about a week or so and so far I love the APP. Only two things; 1) I wish there was a way to get the grand total of the payments (not income) that are waiting to be cleared so that you don’t have to add them up manually. 2) I can’t figure out how to do a search for a specific transaction. Can anyone advise on that? Other than these two things,I REALLY LOVE the App. My husband and I can now be on the same page as to what we do and not have have and what monies we have allocated for other things.
Like app, would love if haven’t had issues.
The app’s math is not working properly. I input every amount correctly and double and triple checked and did not reconcile correctly with my bank account. I don’t know why doing so but glitchy as hell lately. Had to switch to another app I don’t really like but no much choice since this is not working.
Price
I’m really enjoying the app so far although I feel like the price of 1999 a year is quite steep. Right now I use Accountit, which I pay 599 a year for and has basically all of the same features. I do, however, prefer the app of debit and credit overall, but I just cannot justify paying four times the price.
This is the REAL deal!
Finally, a check register app that actually works like it should on ALL counts!!! Furthermore, the developer seems to be the only developer in this genre of apps that is serious about continuous improvement and listening to feedback. Kudos!

Love the App, Hate Persistent Issue
I have been using this app for years now, I love it and it really helps me keep my finances in order. The ONLY issue that I have with the app is the iCloud sync. I try to use this app on my iPhone and on my iPad, however, it never syncs accurately and some of my scheduled items repeat. This messes up my entire workflow and I need to correct it by checking each line item and verifying with my bank charges. The app has had this issue for years now it seems and hasn’t been resolved.
Has to many bugs!!!
As of the last 6 months, it has to many bugs. It duplicates transactions. I can’t rely on this app anymore.
Buggy
I have used this app for years. Appreciate its simple interface. But over the last year I’ve noticed it to be buggy, introducing errors, an no longer reliable. Several times I have noticed it doubling up transactions, even doing so with several going back several weeks - even if they weren’t originally doubled up. These are not user entry errors. Usually no matter how these are edited or deleted, the account balances end up being off by large amounts.

I’ve been using this app for about 8 years, definitely worth it. The developer updates the app regularly and always adds the latest features. 100% recommended
Charged my card without approval
When I first installed the app, there was no notification that there was an initial fee. So I continued with the install. My install was initially declined. I thought this was odd (I only have apply cash setup for the payment method due to this issue) so I used a debit card. Install completed. Immediately following, I got a call from my banks fraud detection department wanting to know if I authorized a charge from apple for $9.99. I did not. Card is now useless. Great. I had another debit card on file and it was also charged $8.99. That one went through, but I will be contacting my back first thing tomorrow morning to dispute that charge. Awesome. A 2nd care rendered useless. So far this app has tried to collect almost $19.00 for what? And no, I did NOT sign up for the premium option for a charge of $19.99 (or whatever it is) per month. I only installed the basic supposedly ‘free’ app. And this is why my better judgement said not to authorize install if it was declining my Apple Cash.
Great app
I have been looking for a replacement for the extinct Microsoft money for some time, I tried a few that just didn’t do the job. This app is great, very simple to load accounts, payments etc and excellent for tracking all your finances in one place, wouldn’t be without it now.
Great app BUT
Since Apple released iOS 26 and you’re not able to have custom theme colors because you said it’s impossible to have custom colors?! Hopefully you will be able to figure it out soon.
How is it?
I am a long time user of this APP and I thought the best of it, later however I have hard time reconciling the balance of my accounts. (For some account, I download the Quicken type files from my bank), but It seems that it doesn’t have the memory of the previous transactions, and I have to redo the transactions manually. I am not sure if this is because of a glitch with the MAC. However, I wish to see the APP work as seeming less as it used to.
Perfect for me
A simple and versatile interface, giving me access on both my desktop and mobile platforms. Affordable., Clean design, and highly functional. This is a must.
Limit of 2 account
The nonsense part is that you can create only 2 account.
Extremely good but with limitations
This is definitely the best finance app for my needs and in general I love it. However I’m frustrated by two aspects. The running total needs to be made much clearer. The corresponding MacOS app is horrible. Maybe I shouldn’t be criticising that here but part of the reason I’m using this app is its seamless integration between desktop and mobile.
Seems to be easy to use.
Maybe I’m missing something but I wish that the app had some place for a password in order to use the app.
Not syncing
This week the data on iPad differs from iPhone. The data on iPhone is correct, have tried deleting and reinstalling a few times but without success. Very frustrating and annoying.
Lifesaver
This app totally saves my life. I love how I can schedule transactions and scroll through for projected balances. I can keep track of all my accounts and payments.
DO NOT BUY!
This app is so complicated that even a banker can’t figure it out. I added all this info and it couldn’t even tell me, after that, how much I had budgeted in a category. What good is that? When I requested a refund of $19.99 I paid, it was DENIED. I appealed - still DENIED! This app is a COMPLETE RIP OFF! I have NEVER had a refund request denied before. If an app is not what’s expected - especially at that price (per month!) - it should be refunded without question. Do not buy anything from Ivan Pavlov Pty!
Decent…
I kind of like this app, but one thing is for certain: I’m not going to suddenly start paying for features that I don’t need. I will dump the app before that happens.

No one-time purchase option. No monthly subscription choice either. Also, please allow us to replace the Camera icon beside Extra options with the Photo Picker instead.

Terrible
Worst accounts app I have used, and I have used a few. Awful layout, unable to see clearly account activity over coming months. Also refused to refund my £19.99. Account Tracker app much superior and cheaper.
Only one small thing...
The decimal point on the number pad is too small. Especially if you're outside. Other than that, this is my go to finance app. The Font is huge! Easy to read the balances.
Hideous UI after latest update
The new user interface is awful. Clunky and ugly. It was perfectly fine and usable before update. Why change and annoy customers?
Siri Shortcuts are broken
I tried setting up a Siri shortcut to create a transaction. Not only does the shortcut not work, but it won’t let me edit the shortcut without entirely deleting the account.

Introduce an annual fee
I have been using the free version for a while now, getting used to it with the idea being I could drop using the very old Quicken on my pc and migrate everything to the iPad... I decided to take the plunge, oh no, wait a minute, it’s turned from a one off fee to an annual subscription... Won’t bother then, buy...
Great stuff
All looks good with this app. Just hoping we get the option to see reports by categories so we can check how much we’ve spent in a specific category let’s say (Eating Out). It’ll be nice to have that function

Je trouvais cette application très intéressante, mais pour la version complète, il faut s’abonner. De plus, je ne connais toujours pas les différences entre la version gratuite et la version d’abonné. Un abonnement par ci, un abonnement par là, les abonnements s’accumulent et nombreuses sont les personnes qui n’en prennent pas conscience. Nous ne nous en sortirons pas de ce cumule d’abonnements ! Personnellement, je banni les applications proposant UNIQUEMENT l’abonnement, si sa version gratuite ne me suffit pas.
Need date range view
The app works great and has many features. However is missing the ability to choose a date range to veiw data by day, week or month or probably a custom date range. Also there should be a way to re arrange transactions by dragging them. But the time stamp does not allow that. Sometimes we do not imput the transaction in real time and that is throws us off when reconciling transactions. Thanks!

Currency Format
I'd appreciate a default currency format input option, like entering 1245 for $12.45, to save time and reducing errors when balancing my check register.

Loved it until it became useless
This app was great - simple to use and didn’t have a million features I didn’t need. And then I ran into a wall when I was no longer able to schedule upcoming bills for payment because I hit an artificial limit of 600 scheduled transactions to each single account. Apparently this includes past transactions I already completed years ago. Tried emailing customer support with a copy of the error message and got no response. Very disappointed.
Makes life easier, highly recommend
This app is perfect and then some. It makes life much easier and, no calculator is needed!

Not a helpful app, don't bother. Waste of my 3.99. Not happy.
Great app, needs cypto!
Very useful app and doesn’t invade your privacy like other acounting/bookkeeping apps. Only thing this app is missing is CRYPTO! Please add the ability to account for cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin!! Adding a live price tracker would be amazing but even if it just tracks bitcoin or other crypto down to more detail rather than just rounding up to the thousandths’ place. Thanks!
Outstanding until...
It started asking for a Premium monthly fee. It is now in the same league with other subscriptions apps. I bought the app year ago and now looking for alternatives.
Solid App
Decent app overall, but I find myself frustrated with the shared accounts. Really wish there was a way to share categories between accounts for family budgeting and tracking. Seems there is no way to use one set of categories for all accounts. For the price I wish this worked better.
Excellent
I have been a user of this app for many years. I have to say it blows the competition out of the water! I use it to manually track all my bank, investment, and credit card accounts. Not a fan of apps that do that automatically. This app is a godsent for all us financial nerds out here!

Only two accounts available to add
I like how you can manually type in amounts and each transactions but your can only add two accounts without having premium account. Wish we can add more accounts, at least have checking, savings and credit account.
Subscriptions a problem
Liked the look of this app and was prepared to buy it but its an ongoing subscription which I will not do. Also the reports needs a custom filter feature
Repeat options
Semi monthly repeat option would be great in lieu of having to set up 2 separate items for the 15th and 30th :0)
