Lost all data
I have been using this app for years and started paying for the premium version a few years ago. This morning all of my data reverted back to 2023. This is going to be an absolute nightmare to sort out.
Some bugs
Works great normally. But there are times when if my wife is logged in on her phone and adds a transaction, it won’t show up on my phone correctly.
Glitches once a year
I’ve been a subscriber for a few years now and am finally going to give up on it. It’s glitched a few times and reset my balance that I have to input a false balance adjustment. This last glitch will not let me input future debits, such as bills. I have to use the current date otherwise it won’t post it.

App update deleted my data
I had been avoiding updating this app because of problems in the past. But then I got stuck on a login screen. It was not bypassable. So reluctantly, I installed the latest version which deleted all of my data.
Like the app but
I like the app but every time you go to delete a category it comes right back and you can’t make any new categories… Also it takes it a second to delete stuff I put in and it will blink then delete it… So I am wondering if you can update it… Other than that it is a good app…

Easy way to keep up with your checkbook. The ads are annoying but just do the upgrade and you are good to go. Revised- 08/01/2026 This is the 3rd time this app has crashed or corrupted my data. I have started over.... COMPLETELY!!!! I am unsubscribing and deleting my account.
Almost perfect but this one thing
Can you please please please add a section for refund/reimbursement? For example, “expense, income, transfer, reimbursement.” I have written to the developers before and looks like nothing has changed. A refund or reimbursement is not “income” and it is important for it to have its own category. I like the app but it's NOT perfect. I do the grocery shopping for the group and get reimburse for it, but it is NOT an income source. But I don't know how else to put it in other than doing it manually which is a headache. So if this can be simplifed, it would be great.

Simple and Good
Been using for ever! Very easy to keep up with transactions and reconcile to match my actual bank balance without the requirement to link if you prefer not to. Just wish the option to have multiple accounts were based off a one time fee and not recurring. That would be the only reason I move to something else.
Deleted years of data No help
I am paying for this service and recently the app auto updated and lost years of my data! I thought they wouldn’t be a problem as I’ve done backups! Only it refuses to log me in and when I try a password reset the entire app shuts down. I have tried to contact support multiple times and received nothing! I even used the email that is listed here and got an “undeliverable” message back! This app used to work like a charm but now that I have paid my money there is no support and my data for the last 3 years is gone!
Great until update
Utilized app for years with no real problems until it crashed and lost all of my data. I upgraded to the pay version and just like before, worked great until a recent update that reverted all data back to 2023 losing 3 years of transactions. They should allow for local phone storage/backup. Had to delete and try another app.

The update lost ALL of my current info. Non of my current accounts are on my app. Hate the new change! I specifically purchased this app based on the look and function. Changing it turns it into a completely different app and not what I bought. Let we’ll do please. This was so not necessary. Not Happy!!!!
Too Many Ads
The new ads are brutal. The app works great but the ads are a bit much. Looking into other ad free options. I pay for this app and shouldn’t have to manage so many ads on a daily basis.

I purchased the premium subscription however I am still getting ads. It is very annoying. I have tried contacting the seller and no response. Luckily the subscription wasn't very much. I wasn't able to dispute the charge because Apple added that charge with other subscriptions. So be aware that you will get scammed by these people.

I updated my app this morning and now a bunch of my data does not add up. I don’t know what happened but it’s not good.

It was great but now it’s glitching, loosing random entries.
Great app! But one fix needed.
With this new update if I enter a new transaction, it doesn’t appear until I get out of the file and come back in. Pls fix.
Amazingly Simple
I’ve been looking for a different way to track my expenses and set a budget. Every time I hook looking for a replacement I keep coming back to this app.
Forced upgrade and lost my data
I was forced to do an upgrade because my checkbook would not load. Now I have lost access to everything. I see the data sitting in files on my iOS but that is the extent of it. Very disappointed
User friendly but missing syncing ability
Great, user friendly and easy to use. I wish there was an option to sync with another user so my wife could share the account with me.
Latest Update
Opened the app this morning after updating. Won’t allow me to add a transaction, keeps saying note required when a note is typed in the note section. And is working in dollars, even though settings are on English Pounds. Please sort out.
Good tracker
It’s a good tracker for spending. Terribly glitchy now. Debuts and credits don’t register properly. Even after reconciling I have to go back and redo the month.

I love this app so much it's easy to use and so handy! I recommend it to all who are still old school and still balance their check book registry like me!
So many issues
I've used this app for years now. I payed for premium and have added multiple phones and it used to work great, now it has so many bugs and duplicates. Also the support doesn't get back to me to help with these issues. Used to be great, now it's terrible and not able to be trusted. I would have give 0 stars if I could have.
Great checkbook app
Great checkbook app! I’ve been using it for several years now. The last couple of years I have paid for the subscription, and it’s worth it. I’ve tried a few other apps, but I always come back to this one.
Was a 5 but now duplicating recurring
This was a fantastic app but the recurring transactions are duplicating sometimes once sometimes 6 times! Takes ages to try and fix the errors and get back to true balance

Have used it for years, good product. Shame about the adverts that go on for some time as by the time I want to enter something in I’ve forgotten the value of what I need to add.

Sync issue
Transactions disappear from the past nd have to go back, sometimes years to find the issue. Also doesn’t sync between devices accurately where sometimes a transaction will not update on one of the devices. Had to remove the app off my phone as more trouble than its worth
