I just downloaded the newest version and now the game won’t upload on my iPad.
Out priced themselves
Thank goodness I have other games that I love. What used to be thousands of gummies to win a game has gone to hundreds of thousands of gummies. Too rich for my blood. Let me know when you come back to your senses so I can come back to the game.
Frustrating
Please could you tell me why the screen keeps going to half a screen meaning I have to switch the phone off and back on again resulting in losing progress. It used to happen maybe every 1 levels or so but is now happening after every level which is really frustrating!!!!
Game play
Adverts I used to play to relax. It is very frustrating to have to sit through all the adverts, 1 advert is 175 seconds. Sometimes 3 adverts 1 after another. Spend more time watching adverts. I am looking for another game.
Too much of a good thing??
I’ve played this game daily for many years. It’s a fun game but there are too many mini games going at the same time. The entire left side of my screen is full of them. It’s just too much!
App not loading
This is my favorite game to play & for some reason it is NOT loading now. It is updated but not opening game. It kicks me out. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!
Highly Addictive
Now I’m remembering why I deleted this game years ago. Downloaded it today at around 2pm, it’s now 11:36pm and my screen time on this game is 4 hours 36 minutes! And I’m a single mom with 2 daughters! I didn’t even do my night routine correctly! You reeeeeally have to pace yourself with this game because it’s very easy to fall into the trap. I love playing games on my phone but honestly games like this are dangerous & addictive & will truly take up a lot of your time if you’re not careful & you don’t even realize it! That being said………..I’m just gonna play one more 🥲

What happened to Rotterdam???
It is Thursday, August 20, 2026….When I went to bed last night I was 1 win away from completing Rotterdam. Woke up this morning, brought up Gummy Drop and I’m back in Guangzhou. WHY do things like this happen? Candy Quest just started…….and not being where I was is so very frustrating. I’ve been playing since March of 2014 and have played 2912 consecutive days and I LOVE this game. I’ve stuck with this game through early days where new cities could take weeks before appearing, problems with the game freezing and losing lives, the addition of ads to play which are becoming increasingly longer……1 1/2 minutes is TOO LONG. PLEASE get your act together and return the game to where it was. AND I really want to hear back from you, instead of ignoring my post.

Lost game
I LOVE this game. I have played for years! I played on Monday 7/6 I turned my iPad off because I was traveling on 7/7. When I returned home and tried to play I needed to update. I did. It started me in Sydney! I am VERY disappointed because I had finished over 200 cities and had over 110,000 coins and 400 green gems and about 100,000 travel vouchers! I DO NOT want to start over! What is my recourse?
Levels are too hard
I am on day 2594 so I’ve been playing this game everyday for years. The levels have gotten so hard that you have to play them over and over to beat them. That is NO fun and it takes too long. Not to mention the CONSTANT flow of ADS is ridiculous!!! I am giving this game a 1 star review because of these things.
Stop the ANNOYING ads!
I am a long time player of this game, at least 20 years. The ads have gotten out of control. If I have a health problem, I would call my doctor. I certainly wouldn’t listen to a remedy from an ad paid for by the manufacturer. If I want a cosmetic, I wouldn’t buy from any AI generated ad. I just want to play a very good game!
Gets stuck
I have played this for years and lately the adds you have to watch gets stuck and you lose progress and bonuses!! This needs fixed!!! I’m tired of losing bonuses!!!!

Fun match 3 game. Addictive. Words/phrases popping up in the middle of the game...ANNOYING! 😡 especially on timed levels. PLEASE remove words/phrases in middle of levels! Use 2 b my favorite game. Losing interest due to annoying words/phrases in the middle of levels. ☹️

I’ve been playing this game for years. Recently they have too many ads that do not work and you lose the reward Frustrating, sure wish they would fix those ads: simply draw, Apple security and the pdf ads

You need to dial the algorithm back a notch or two. When you can’t win it’s not fun anymore.

The game is fun to play and mostly relaxing. I like that we have the option to watch an ad together more moves, but several of the ads don’t run they just lock up the game. You need to make sure these ads run properly, because after having to restart my game three or four times because an ad freezes it up, I can guarantee that I will NEVER purchase or use that product. I would also like to point out that the timed levels are not relaxing they are stressful and I play a game to relax. Getting rid of timed levels would likely increase my playing time. I also would like to tell you that I enjoy the little info and history blurbs about each section in a level. They are interesting and relaxing to read and often spur my curiosity to further research these events or places.
I’m in the middle
I thought it was me but after reading the most critical reviews, I am realizing that the loss of seven years plus of playing, wasn’t really my fault. I had a week of working 12+ hours but made it a point to play at least every two days, yes I would pay the 20 coins to keep it but it was worth it. After the last day of that crazy week, I seriously slept for two days! Went back to the game, there must have an update because it had reset me to day one! Not cool! It is also true that it has gotten harder to win easy levels, can’t never win diamonds to level up and it takes forever to move to a new city. Also, why build ports but must need to constantly go back to that particular city to send goods? Used to get stamps for finishing a special event, haven’t received one in a long while. These special events should be shorter in length I still play it but I’m not happy
Way too expensive
As you progress in the game the puzzle become impossible to solve without paying for extra turns or “powerups”. Great game in many ways, but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!
Problem - game restated over night
I’ve been playing this game forever and have invested a lot into playing it. I had played it last night and went to bed. Got up to let the dogs out about 1 am and played a couple rounds until they were ready to come in. Opened game in the morning to play along with my coffee and it started a completely new game back in Sydney - I had last played in Santiago for a few minutes while waiting for dogs. Can’t get it back on my iPad, game is also on my iPhone and that is at the right level, 10,000 something. Please help!
10 consecutive ads to play ONE round?!?!?!
I used to really enjoy playing this game, but every time I turn around, the ad length gets longer, the sheer number of the ads to play one round is disgusting. The Credit Karma ads take forever to X out of.

New owners
I think the new owners have rigged this game to get more money out of you. Some countries cannot be won without you buying more coins. Disappointing. Also they have brought back timed games, who care difficult for persons with certain disabilities.
Plenty to do but is getting irritated with losing levels etc.
Am finding that currently the game is saving in the app and appears to have no problems but, when re-opening the app, I have to choose server saved or device saved game. So far I have lost up to eight levels, coins and completed sections on the drawing game on more than one occasion. Until this morning there hasn’t been an update for the app. Not impressed to have lost progress on multiple occasions recently.

I had an issue with the Daily Rewards. Instead of adding the gems to my total it was subtracting them. Going back and forth for over a week and today I was informed that I had to start over again with a new support team through a new web site even though I received an e-mail this morning from the old one. Not worth it, so I ONCE AGAIN DELETED. I deleted this game several years ago, but my one star review was never posted. Decided to try again and discovered still the same difficult game. Developers only interested in making money so still almost impossible to win without using boosts, which according to the stupid girl “hard level use a boost”, every level is hard. Also, pretty tired of getting back on each time and having to say no to all the extra games. I will play for a while but probably delete again. Maybe you’ll post this review. VERY VERY BORING!!!!!
Security concern
When I opt into ads, I expect them to be safe. There’s an Apple security alert and that’s very suspicious and concerning. Most ads don’t close on the first tap to close. This ad opens a browser tab and a pop up box to call a toll free number appears. You must cancel that attempt to call in the browner then again, at least 3x in the app, before it closes. This is very concerning from a security and safety perspective. For other ads, I know I choose to opt in. When I want to close an ad, I expect it to close on the first tap. It takes upwards of 3-5 taps to close. Most often, each tap opens a browser. Intuit Credit Karma and Amazon Medicube and biocollagen masks are the worst offenders.
Great…. But
Have been playing the game daily for a very long time. Couple points… in some versions, the game constantly freezes my up to date iPad; and with other updates it doesn’t. QUESTION: How do I turn off things for kids, like drawing pics with crayons, etc???

I always enjoyed this game until recently. The ads are now too long. I don’t mind the short ads but these are now 2 or 3 minutes long. I will not play this game if these ads continue.

This latest update isn’t updating for me. Sometimes it shows I’ve updated but when I go to load it it says update to latest version.
Fun for a brain break
I have a lot of fun playing this to relax from work!! I think that there should be more coins added to the levels of “hard” section and also Bonus coins for finishing as the top scorer.

I do love this game but a recent update means no more extra moves if you need a little more to finish a game, no ads either at start of game for lightning move. Makes games impossible

What is going on with this game
I used to love playing this game now it’s more frustrating then actually playing it. The advertisements keep freezing, and you have to close the game and start all over again. I really don’t care that it’s the same advertisements over and over. That’s no big deal but that it actually freezes and kills your game that’s just wild is nobody watching are they not reading the complaints?

Dissatisfied after many years
I have been playing this games for many years and over the last few months the game keeps freezing. So frustrating! I miss a day and lose my progress unless I pay to keep my streak! Please sort it out !
Freezes since upgrade
Been playing this game for about 10 years. Never had any problems. But since upgrading to the iPhone 17, the game freezes almost every time I play. I have to restart it. It’s very frustrating, especially when I’m just about to complete a level. Don’t know how much longer I will continue :(
