New Egypt
Smaller size of the gifts after completing a level in the main event. Please ask the developer to make them a bit bigger. I really enjoy the game, but having to constantly search for them because they have gotten smaller takes up to much time, especially when you are trying to use as much of the free time as possible to play.
Game has become unplayable
If I could give this game a negative rating, I would. I’m at 137 and have been a regular paying customer but that has come to an end. When the pass went from $11.99 for 4 weeks to $6.99 for 2 weeks, I wasn’t thrilled but gave it a try. It was still a decent deal for the money and since it was part of my entertainment budget I kept with it. Most of their shop items are terribly overpriced for a digital game. But I guess if you have $249 to spend on an in-game purchase, you do you. For this two week pass, every non-event location and level has required at least 5 tries, even with boosters. For the event location, this is the first that I won’t complete or come close to completing. Usually since it is difficult to come by energy, the levels are reason able. This time, it’s two to three tries per level. G5 got greedy with Sherlock and lost quite a few players. Looks like the greed has spilled over to this game. Time to find a different match 3 game until that one gets a case of the greedies.
Hate the persistent persuasion of the in app purchases
The game is great and all, but I absolutely HATE, HATE it when the game is trying so desperately hard to make me buy in app purchases! It’s absolutely aggravating! I DON’T WANT TO BUY ANY IN APP PURCHASES WHEN I HAVE JUST BEGUN PLAYING THE GAME FOR THE FIRST TIME! Please do me a favor and tone down the pushing of the in app purchases advertising A LOT lower because I am not going to spend money on something that’s just going to last 10-11 days!
I don’t like the game updates
Since the last few updates G5 has taken away access to the characters’ names and the stories are gone or so shortened that they make no sense in collecting the items. The characters and stories was what separated Jewels of Egypt from playing something simple like Candy Crush! I am very disappointed

Rusted jewels
Why in the world would you take away the bulk purchase of tools???? I hope it was an accident and it will be restored! Weeks and weeks later it is still really disappointing that coins are basically useless. In addition, the ads for jewels has disappeared from Egypt and Rome. Getting sick and tired of this game
Egyptasian?
Last I checked this was an Egyptian themed game right? So what’s with the Asian music in between gameplay?? Sounds like a Konghou which is a traditional Chinese instrument. That’s cool and all but to me it throws the game off. Just my 5 cents.
Too many compounded plays
Unless you buy diamonds you won’t be able to advance and build. NO opportunities to earn jewels or rewards. There is absolutely no time to win a compound play game without diamonds to extend time. Don’t waste your time.
Diamonds
I really miss not being able to watch videos to receive diamonds. Without them, it takes so much longer to complete a set or almost impossible in some cases. The games just keep getting harder and not as much fun.

Been playing for a week or so and was fun at first, but there are not enough moves to play the screen. I get that you want to force people to pay to play, but I’ll just delete the game.
Constantly asking to purchase more stuff
Please stop with the pop-ups to buy more stuff. It’s becoming extremely annoying in the middle of playing a game. I’m at the point where I’m almost going to just cancel the game and forget about it. Please stop if I want something, or need something, I will buy it when I’m ready.
Fun and relaxing
I used to love this game the last 4 days it won't work and closes on its own! If it continues to crash I will uninstall it!

The most recent updates have made the game slow to load and refresh after challenges and it freezes and crashes way too often. Please fix the bugs, it’s getting much too frustrating to keep logging in again and again and again and again every game session. Jewels of Rome is the same.

Rarely, does the ‘free’ crystals button work on this website, the Wild West game or the Rome game by the game by the group. VERY discouraging … What happened to getting crystals by watching an ad? 😡😡😡

I really like this game but, having tried to update it, it has frozen in the App Store and I can’t play it now. I am not happy!
Buying tools
I'm disappointed that the game has removed the ability to buy 100 hammers at a time. The greed factor is starting to creep into the game and it's destroying my enjoyment of playing this game.

You destroyed your game!
I’m done with this game. They claim they made changes to improve the game but that is not the case. Challenges are much more difficult to get through, you can’t buy much with the coins, i.e. dice or chalice cup. They took away progressive bundles of tools; now only one option available. I have thousands of items collected through the sailing contracts and never get to improve the buildings. I went through over 1600 energy points and won maybe 5 challenges, and that was with assistance of tools. Pop-ups constantly wanting you to purchase items. Prices have increased ridiculously. Your game is horrible and I’m done. I hope others eventually quit, then maybe they’ll undo these ridiculous changes.
Game freezes when I successfully complete a level….
Great game with excellent graphics but I have just opened Sebeks Temple. Every single time I complete the task of the 4th challenge, the game freezes and I have to restart it - very frustrating!
Could be great
This game crashes every other minute. Completely annoying. It freezes, or closes out all by itself. Most aggravating!!!! When it freezes everything except the timer freezes. You have to close out reload and see that you have run out of free time. It will freeze prior to a commercial ad selling in app trinkets. It locks ups and closes itself down constantly. Save yourself the aggravation.
The Losers Game ❤️
My friend teases me when I play this (often) that I’m playing “The Losers Game” because it’s rigged to make you lose. Over and over, the only way to win levels is to use crystals (5 more moves takes sandals, which cost 5 crystals, and buying 5 crystals costs about 50 cents, 7 crystals for 5 more moves is another 70 cents! Per level! And levels only last 3 or 4 minutes!). To be fair, some levels are winnable after a try or two without buying help. And eventually, EVENTUALLY, the algorithm will deliver suddenly better pieces, and an impossible level becomes easily winnable. Well, I refuse to spend 50 cents or $1.20 on a 3-4 minute level, so I just keep trying, over and over, literally — bottom line, it’s still fun, if you can laugh at yourself for playing a rigged-to-lose game.

Devalued tools in shop!!
Last upgrade resulted in MARKED increase in prices for purchasing tools and took away the option of getting better value if you bought in quantity…why??? I never minded spending money for jewels occasionally but now the tools are so expensive that I won’t be spending any more money in your game until the prices become more reasonable again and the option of getting better value for purchasing quantity is restored. JUST PAIN GREEDY!!
Can we turn off sounds not music?
I absolutely love your games, and I play seven of them on a daily basis, and I have for a few years now since Covid. However, the recent sounds that most of your games are now making after every move, we make is so annoying because I enjoy hearing the music and now you have added these silly sounds on top of them including the geckos. Is there a way that we can turn off? Those sounds and just listen to the music? I know you can turn off the music, but I would prefer the music over these annoying sounds. Thanks for making great games and your graphics and animation are spot on and very artistic. You have very artistic people that draw everything including the baskets that we win for each event. Thank you so much.
Adverts frustrating and inappropriate to game content
I have really enjoyed the games from this company HOWEVER I will be deleting all of them because of the adverts. 1. The gambling ads, and the sheer number of them, in a game that appeals to children. 2. The number of ads that cut in for a full minute and/or require multiple screens to close. This is the best way to ensure a distaste for the product. No-one likes a nag and I will NOT be bullied into buying or downloading anything. Therefore I am deleting all games from this company as a result of this relentless and intrusive behaviour.
Crashes like drunk driver
When I get to play the game I enjoy it. However, today it has crashed 7 times. I have restarted my iPad, cleared memory. It doesn’t seem to matter what I change. The game opens, then flashes to a white screen that informs me I “appear to be offline. Please reconnect to the internet and try again.” Then crashes to my Home Screen. Most of the time. Sometimes it just freezes there. Do the developers have any suggestions? Similar problems with Sherlock, but not nearly as prevalent.

Why is it that I purchase a bundle for $25 and it ends up costing me $55?!?! I enjoy the game but IT REALLY IS EXPENSIVE! I will have to delete both this and Rome due to your costs!! It is not WORTH it!
Great game but crashing on update
I love this game and the fact that, with persistence, it’s possible to enjoy without spending money. But ever since yesterday’s update it crashes when ever I try to click on the “play” button on the new game

Crashing After Update
I’ve been playing the game for a long time and loved it but after the recent update, it won’t stop crashing after I tap Play. I’ve tried restarting the phone;reinstalling from the app store as well as offloading. Nothing seems to help. Must be a bug on the latest update.

The iPad update for the 1.59 etc. is not available but yet my pc version has updated. I am not able to play the game on my iPad with the new update. Keeps telling my to update but it’s not available in the App Store.

This game is like so many of the other match 3 games, where they start out great and then bit by bit, they want more and more and more money from you. They cut down on all the allotments, as you progress through the game. These greedy gamers are knocking at karma‘s door.

I do not spend my hard earned cash on games. Never have, never will. They always manage to sneak enough ads in to make their money anyway. This started off as a lovely little game, interesting puzzles, etc. now, all of a sudden, it’s become impossible to complete a single puzzle. They are impossibly difficult. I am supposed to spend my food budget on boosters and gems to help me power through, presumably. Hahaha won’t be doing that. And don’t get me started on the worthless gold coins. You get loads of them and you can’t do a thing with them. I’m going to delete this game.
Won’t Open
I love this game, but can no longer play it! I downloaded the latest update and now the game won’t load. It just sits there telling me to “Wait a little longer.” Eight hours later and it’s still trying to load. Disappointing.
