90 Second Ads!
Updated review: I just realized (6/27/25)that this app has been cheating me out of the double boosters you’re supposed to get for watching an ad. Today I watched the extra ads twice & while the reward says I’m going to get 2 of each item- I only got 1 of each- 2 times in a row! They treat us like idiots & cheat as a way of doing business -IMO. I’ve been playing this game for a long time so I like it pretty well, but today (2/23/25) they ran an ad for 90 seconds!!! I am SO disgusted ! They have no respect for us & now I have no respect for them. No more having my life eaten up by advertisements! We’re worth better than they think we are!

This would be a far more fun game if the ads would not be run after every single game. After every 5 would be preferred not every single game.
INTERRUPTIONS!
A couple weeks ago, I started to be interrupted REPEATEDLY on each round. SHEIN is the worst. As I said, it started abruptly and continues to be an issue. Ad happen, I know that, but 3 to 4 times EACH ROUND??! It’s pretty much sucked all the fun out of the game for me. I even deleted and re-opened the game, but the issue persists. Next time I get disgusted enough to relate the game will BE the last time.
BUGS, BUGS, BUGS!!!
I love this addictive game, but I keep getting screen freezes when I watch ads for extra moves. I uninstalled/reinstalled the game but I it kicked me back to level one after making it all the way up to level 250+.

Ads in middle of puzzles?
Playing on OSX Used to be the ads showed at the end of each level finished. Lately they appear in the middle of a puzzle and launch the App store out of the blue causing the player to think they accidentally clicked on the wrong place in the game. Not worth it. Deleting. Stay away.

I really enjoy this game but am annoyed by the “hints “. I am a little slower than a young person but I would like to figure the next move myself. Is there a way to turn off the hints?

Bug at level 1449
There are two scorpions at this level. I beat all the tile challenge and achieved the scorpions but the game will not allow me to advance.
A Short Reign Of A Queen….
The Cons= One the things I Personally really don’t like about this App is that, for the Difficulty just Ramps Up Way Too Early and Way Too High. I was only on Stage Eealy to Mid 50ish when I quit, as I felt that Stage was Near Impossible to Beat. And I’m no Chomp either to these Match 3 Jewel Games, as I’ve Played Countless of them. It started giving me Flashbacks and not the good kind of one of those Match 3 Jewel games I was talking about. In this case it’s Jewels Magic or something like that. As in that Match 3 Jewel Game the Difficulty not only Ramped Up Pretty Early on too but, just like with this game they too Had A Game Play or Challenge Style where I had to Disable The Bomb with in the Set Number of Moves before it’s Game Over. And hare’s my problem now I mind that Challenge, no but I do mind us that I a Can’t Get At the Bombs in time especially when they’re Frozen like that in a block of ice and despite being frozen in a block of ice the Timer is still Active. Anyways moving on I also feel that the Tutorial Stages are just way too much. As it just feels like the first 30 Stages are Tutorial Stages, now I don’t mind Tutorial Stage I get that I understand but not when I’m wondering when I’ll finally be done with the Tutorial Stages for the time being. I’d would’ve have preferred only the first 15 or so Stages being the Tutorial, and even then the Tutorials still feels way too long. Before finally being introduced to a new Challenge Set starting with the Tutorial at Stage 110 or so. Then next is the Level Star Achievements when I beat each Stage, I kind of don’t like how each Stage has the 3 Stars at Different Areas on that Bar. As it worries me that sooner or later that even the First Star would be Near the End of that Bar thus making that much more Difficult to Pass that current Stage. And unless I’m Forgetting anything else that should do it for the Cons. The Pros= However this App still does have a few Pros going for it, as much as I kind of hated admitting to it. Starting with the Game’s Avatar as she makes me feel like I’m in that game world some how, and that all of the Stages she’s the one Teaching me. And on those Seemingly Rare Stages where I’m on my own it’s like she’s giving me an Exam on what I’ve learned so far. The next thing that I Absolutely Loved Best about this App is the Unlimited Health. As it literally gives me unlimited tris in one sitting be it 1 or 100 or more tries. Where as in some Match 3 Jewel games I only have enough for maybe only 10 tris in one sitting before I have to wait 20 or so Hour. For the Health Bar to Fully Recharge, or use Real World Money to Buy more if I’m that impatient. And I kind of admit it this App was kind of Fun at first even with the Tutorial Levels as I naturally feel unstoppable, due to me already now what I’m doing since I’m so used to Match 3 Jewel Style of Games. It’s really too Bad that I feel forced to Delete this App as I really like the Name of it, so much so I was really hoping that I would have it for a really long time. Or at least beyond the Week that I had it for. In fact it’s because of the name that got me to Download this App in the First Place. And finally I loved the Overall Design of the App as it does kind of have this Egyptian Look to it to match the App’s Avatar. And unless I’m Forgetting anything that should do it for the Pros as well.
Help me understand
Does anyone else have trouble with the ads in the app when it says, A video is being prepared? It often takes 10 seconds to a minute or not at all for an ad to appear so I can get a reward. Does any other app do this after a game? I often have left this game without my reward. How about the ads lasting for 75 seconds? Does anyone get upset about so many ads between games? Or do we have seriously greedy developers? I know it’s free but I really feel taken advantage of in this game and know this is not the norm. I have 3 other game apps that I have had on my phone for years with no ads at all. I love this kind of game play but this is very wrong.
Terrific most of the time
I’m very happy with the game, however sometimes I feel some of the challenges are not explained well enough. But overall I like the game very much.
too invasive
This was my go-to game for almost a year. I reached level 2600 about a month ago and was sad I was done, but then I found out they recently added 400 more levels. But now it won’t let you play the game unless you agree to invasive tracking and spying. So I l’m done with this game. I just wanted something fun and relaxing. Why should I have to consent to an invasion of my privacy?

Game won’t load anymore!
This game was great, right up until last week when it stopped loading. It gets to the screen with the red bar on bottom, which fills as it loads. Red bar doesn’t move and screen closes. WTH?? I was up to level 1600! I don’t want to delete game and download game again just to start over. Not happening. Disappointed!

Game takes away moves
I was having a lot of fun playing. Then the game started saying I’ve ran out of moves, when I still have moves left. This started happening around level 190. It’s not worth keeping, if this game takes away moves. Fix this, or I’m deleting it
Feeling Abandoned
I loved this game. But I reached the top level, 2600, weeks ago with no new levels introduced. I check in daily but am beginning to think that the game has simply been abandoned.

Disgusting ads
I would have given this game a 5 if there weren’t disgusting ads. Gameplay is fun, but sitting through disgustingly ads, showing pimple popping, etc., i would rather delete game.
Nice relaxing game play
The good: more than 1000 levels, low cost to turn off ads, challenging at higher levels. The game is very fun and inventive, with many new variations being introduced along the way. The BAD: hints that you cannot turn off like most games. These are irritating and unnecessary. But the very worst part of this game by far is the SUPER ANNOYING "oh noooooooo" voice when you get down to 5 moves remaining. Why add features to the game the only purpose of which is to annoy paying customers? That doesn't make sense. Please fix these issues.

Every time Royal Match ad appears, it freezes the app. This is so annoying as it happens at every second level
Sounds
Why aren’t you able to have your sound track working during the games. It’s boring I think because you never used to cut off the audio sounds. Even if I reboot my iPad and return to play Jewel Queen Puzzle and Magic the reboot doesn’t help. Please advise and fix the audio sounds. Thanks

WAY too many ads
Game is colorful and basically fun to play, but a typical round takes less than 10 seconds for the first several levels. That’s followed by and preceded by 30 sec commercials. Too many ads, not enough play. Have an extreme aversion to paying for “no ads” so it’s “delete the game” for me.
Deleting Game Now
I enjoyed the game until the bombs were added, which changes it from a fun game to a rushed game with the pressure of timers. No thanks.
