Awful after level 100
After level 100, the ads are horrible. More ads than play time. Often 2 ads in a row. And a huge proportion of the ads are for scam products. I’ve looked quite a few of them up on trust pilot. Also, many ads freeze up so the game has to be restarted. This happens OFTEN. I definitely do not recommend this game.
Glitch
I like this game, but the freeze is annoying. The only thing to do is close it out and start over. I contacted the developer about this in the past, but it’s still there. I have a photo, but I don’t see that option to post it.
Loooong ads
I like the game, but when the ads are longer than the game it’s just too annoying. Also, there is no way to mute the ads so no playing this in a quiet place. They also sometimes run 2 different ads in between games. Deleted this.

Game is fun and could be enjoyable if you stopped ads after every play and lessened the amount time. I don’t want to spend more time watching stupid ads than playing game. Plus the App Store shows ad all the time at bottom of screen. I know my friends won’t play this game and I just deleted it.

Freezes up all the time
I love the games, all of the jewel games I have down loaded. However they freeze up after you achieve a certain limit. I have down loaded several sister games, but they all do the same. Very disappointed

I was enjoying this game got up to level 38 when during advertisement screen went blank could not clear it out get out, ended up deleting the app then redownload lost everything had to start over.

I actually like this game a lot but I am going to have to get rid of it because the ads are so annoying. I have NEVER played a game with so many long ads. Shame. I can understand an ad now and then but these are very long and repetitious.

Crashed again
Well I have been trying to get back n here but the game crashed two days ago. It opens go to start and then all I get is a black screen. This has been ne of my favorite games and really have enjoyed it but I am at the 209 level with over 200,00 in coins. This time I am not going to start over. The fun has gone and I no longer want to play any of your games because this seems like it’s set up for you to lose everything and you must start all over again. Thanks but n thanks.
Way too many ads
There’s too many ads, I’d gladly pay to upgrade or something to avoid the ads, there are so many and it’s annoying. The game itself is great, but not worth it to sit through allllll the ads. I’d gladly pay to be rid of them.

I don’t mind a few adds, but there is a limit. My time is spent waiting for the adds to finish than playing the game. It game itself is fine, except it freezes up and then shows more adds. I would even pay a minimal fee to get rid of them. I have now deleted it.

Loved this game - for a while
I’ve been enjoying this game very much. Made it to level 481, then the “growing ice” levels became absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to complete. Can’t there be a way to pass those after so many tries? I think I’m going to have to delete the game and find another.

I am enjoying this game but the ads are very annoying. I decided to pay for no -ads (which I have never done). Problem is that the charge went through my Apple account but I am still getting annoying ads. This is going to cause me to not want to play this game anymore.

A way to waste your time.
Ads, followed by ads, followed by ads! Deleted because of all the ads!
When I get to play the game, it is fun, but all the ads are taking the fun out of it! I have watched three ads in a row several times! It is ridiculous! Plus even when you score over the line for 2 stars or 3 stars, most of the time it does not give you those stars!

The jewel games are great BUT, Why…. When an ad comes up for other games, you won’t let us back in the game we were playing unless we download that AD game?? Instead, we have to start from The beginning again. No fair at all We won’t play anymore jewel games

Easy, relaxing game for all ages. Even my 5 year old granddaughter likes playing it.

I have done a number of levels and am appalled by the ad to game play ratio. Then, mid-level, the play locks up entirely, unable to respond to restarts. It's pretty, but unfortunately not fun at all.
