I like this game, but glitchy
I like this game but lately it has been glitchy. I’m on a level where I can’t get off. Something is wrong with it.
Freezes a lot!
Have to keep turning off phone and restarting as game freezes often. Other games don’t freeze like this. Very frustrated.

Ads non stop. Complete a level and you have an ad. Pay to make them stop. Overkill if you ask me. Don’t waste your time unless you want to pay them.
Playing for YEARS!!
I love this game!! I actually got my mom into it as well. However, it seems like at some point, you will get a game that is just completely impossible no matter how many times you have tried with using boosters or using coins to have another few tries. I am currently on 4105 level and Its just not possible. So, this is when I leave playing the game for months to a year or more and then hopefully come back because its just too frustrating. I also am someone who purchases extra things sometimes but this level is not worth it because id have to use way too much.

Love game
I enjoy this game very much. However, when the add time is longer than the actual game time, I get frustrated and have to stop playing. Old game used to carry over unused hyper bombs to the next level which was fun to see how many you could accumulate.

I love this game but no more levels to play. All it says is “coming soon”. Where are more levels?
Super glitchy
The game is fun but it’s super glitchy. Constantly freezes. I even tried it on different devices but same problem. Also those Royal Match ads are ridiculously long …enough to make a person uninstall.

The game is cool it’ll keep you busy when needed however it freezes all the time.. loading, in the middle of a game, at the end of a game, etc.. and when it freezes while trying to load the next board it’ll still take a try from you. I have to exit the game clear it from my screen and restart.. I’m almost over playing this game it’s just to many issues.

It’s a great game when it works out well. It doesn’t give me the items needed for the play then it takes a life away that’s cheating plus I don’t pay money for coins I won that’s redundant. If you fix this problem I will continue to play otherwise it will be deleted and put as a false game

Great game
I love this game and have played it for years. It is apart of my daily routine. This morning I bought a beginner pack and was playing me levels. Unfortunately the app got deleted off my phone. Despite the fact that I have saved my progress, it put me back at level 1. Very disappointed especially with the fact that I had made a in app purchase about 4 hours before. Hoping it can be resolved or else I likely won’t return to the game.
Bug?
I am at level 1643.on ver 6.5. At 20 moves left, game stops working.
Level 2125
I used to love this game but now it locks up. It will make me watch the adds to play and lock up using a life and taking away rewards and sometimes wins and progress. If not fixed soon the app will be removed - frustrating!
New levels?
For the last several days, bonus videos do not load. No chance of additional wheel spin, no bonus videos to watch to get a booster, no chance for additional plays…. Please fix or remove the “watch bonus videos” to the daily tasks.
Love the game but hate the glitches.
I love this game but had to reinstall it twice after getting to 800+levels because of glitches. Now on my third try I'm finally in the midst of completing a level that took me a long time to conquer and the game just shuts down , takes me back to my Home Screen and I lose the level and all the help I had earned and was using for the level. It's so frustrating.

It’s a great game But there’s adds after every level. At least give folk a few games before each add.
Not happy
I have been playing this game a while and now you buy certain items that you buy with earned coins and they go to a different spot on the game and not where you need the help! Very frustrating almost ready to delete this game It’s supposed to be fun not stressful!!
Playing offline crashes after completing hard level
When playing offline (no internet connection), twice when I finished a hard level, it would crash. After relaunching the app, I have to redo the level. It happened at 586 and 590. Recently it crashed on an easy level. I am holding off in playing until I have internet connection.

There are lots of ways to win each game; and lots of bonuses as well! Think before you make each move and best of all no time clock as well!

I’ve had it with this game, playing a level that takes a lot tries to pass and all my boosts and I finally get thru it and it crashes and I have to start that level all over. Sorry not doing it!!
Advert problem
The Liverpool Victoria Insurance advert causes the game to cease up and no boosters or extra plays are given even though the full advert has been watched. Very annoying! It is a really good game otherwise.
Started Out Fine
After trying it out for a few days I decided to spend $19.99, one thing you get is 2,000 coins or at least what the ad in the shop said. Some of the levels are very difficult & designed to use more coins. After playing four games, using 150 coins four times I have no more coins left. It takes you to buy more? Fairly certain basic math that means I used 600 coins. I have decided to delete it and move on to something else. I have no idea what I wasted $19.99 on.
Purchase option demands reboot to continue game
To purchase option stuck, no closing out of it. Have to reboot game each time that option appears. Other than that it’s fun.

I paid $3.99 for 200 coins and 3 hammers, but I only got the coins and now there is no way to contact anyone to get it fixed. So I am posting in hopes someone from their company will make it right!!! We’ll see!
Please fix bugs
The game is fun, BUT it frequently crashes. This results in losing lives and any bonus objects obtained during winning streaks. We shouldn’t pay the price for game issues outside of our control.
Ripped Off!!! Bad App!
I purchased the Daily super gift package and never got what I paid for!!! I pressed the "restore" button a few times and it still didn't work! I am in Canada so it cost me more and I was ripped off! I also bought the VIP package and this is how a VIP gets treated? Be careful everyone this game and its creator may be ripping you off too! There is no way to get help with in the game itself either...that should have been my first clue that something was wrong. $15.99 US is over $21.00 Canadian and I want my money back!!! Boo😡 Brenda
I give up
I used to REALLY enjoy this game; so much so that I downloaded their pirate game. But this one became so frustrating that I finally quit and deleted it. I enjoyed it so much I started to pay a few dollars every month in addition to watching their ads. But even that wasn’t enough. Instead of relaxing, I felt stress and aggravation. I don’t need that.

Problems with App
Over and over again I have never been able to use the app when you can pay to get three/five more turns or buy the hammer for 1 or 3 hammers. I have set some long wins only to lose it because the prompts to add a few more turns NEVER work. I am on a fixed income so I am unable to purchase more turns. Please please fix this bug or whatever it is. My favorite game but not for long. And, perhaps you don’t care because I am not spending money.

Most frustrating game! I hate the time out. I stopped playing this game for a long time. I love to play until I’m put in time out. Please update this game and take out time out. I get so mad when I’m just figuring out the game and low blow to be in time out. Please do away with this timeout. 😡 time out is frustrating.
Great game but annoying malfunctioning ads
The game in itself is fun. Basic Match 3 stuff. Level of difficulty increases very progressively, although, at some point you can’t pass levels without props. The game is rather generous with those which is nice. Down side are the ads. I get it, a free game comes with them. But the fact that they bombard you with them when you don’t want them and that they don’t work when you do gets very annoying real quick. It also shuts down pretty often.
