Fun but issues
This I a fungae but I can’t seem to yet to my powerups area. I can’t collect a new power up I craft and can’t seem to make more. Can someone please help me fix this?

Level 3940
Level 3940 has you having to collect 20 butterflies as part of its thing to win, but the butterflies never show up. I paid for more tries…twice. They never showed up. You can’t get past it. Disappointing.
Glitches
I Ike the game, but glitches impede progress, and earning stars has become useless since they abandoned constellations.
I used to love the game but I might delete it
This game is stuck on one level. I win but I’m still on the same level. This game not only freezes while getting the eggs but freezes while I am playing, freezes when I try to obtain a star swapper etc. It also closes out in the middle of the game. I love the game but it’s hard to play now with all these hiccups. Please fix ASAP or I will delete it.
Where’s the Meow Song???
I have loved this game for years. I downloaded it again last night and started playing. I’m so disappointed that the Meow song is gone. That is such a bummer. I loved it. Every time I would win i listened to the entire song. Lol This is still a great game, but it’s just not the same without the song. Any chance you’d bring it back? 🫣
Game not being updated
I have successfully completed up to level 863. It will not advance to 864. Developer website link is broken. I guess the developer no longer cares.
Please Help?
My Game is stuck on Level 333. It’s been approximately for 2 months & I spend a lot of money each & every month. I’m able to play the daily stuff but as far as moving from 333 to 334, it’s not happening. The level 334 seems to be hidden partially behind level 333 & I’m unable to click on it to play that level. I recently got into passing levels so I can get new emoji’s for passing the whole page. Please help. I just spent the last money of $74.99 today but I’m going to stop until I’m able to move forward. Buggy
I have played this app for years, and now I am walking away from it. It was an enjoyable game so I didn’t mind spending money to make it more enjoyable, until now. It’s become glitchy and buggy, even glitching when I paid to upgrade a side game so that it took my money but didn’t upgrade. Of course getting help from support was a wasted effort. They’re not even getting back to me. I’m done. I won’t waste any more money or time.

I've been playing this game since before the islands when is was called “sky” instead of “stars”and I’ve made a few purchases over the years. another plus is it even lets me sync my progress with my LG. i’m digging the addition of the XP rewards. some upkeep would be nice, tho. random collection icons that say they have already been done, but no credit for them. events expiring before they start. random force closing of the app. no more voice sound effects. but these are all things that can be usually played around. my big question: why is this app using so much DATA these last few updates? it’s using more than safari, newsbreak, messenger, and iOS combined. that’s a lot of data. for what? whatever it is, it makes my phone so hot that i can’t even use it for about 20 minutes after about 30 minutes of game play

These games used to be very relaxing. Those butterflies add a level of stress that I can’t handle! 😅 Might not be the game for me, but still very fun and engaging. Someone else will enjoy it! 🙂
Updates stop after
Game updated recently, and it took away all of the options to earn more gems. Not so much fun anymore. Will be looking for a new game. Most disappointing, the game stops updating after you reach the highest level. Will look for another game that continues to update content.
Used to be WAY less buggy
I have been playing this game for several years. Over the past couple of years the devs have been introducing more and more bugs. It is frustrating. It was a great game.

Update
Watching ad option to speed up creation making in-game or other content does not load correctly as usual. Have to reload the game several times to make it work.
Totally Frustrating
The support for this app is zero!!! Why is it even in the App Store??? Ever since iOS 26 this app has crashed after coin purchase, during progress so you lose the life you’re using it’s just a total mess and needs to be fixed if it’s in the App Store!!! Playing for years and now I can’t even play for peace anymore!!!!!! What a rip off EA!!!!
No App Support?
I’ve had this game on my phone for a long time, recently started playing again and I got to level 819 - but it won’t move on to let me play 820 now. This has never happened to me before! I’ve been searching for a way to contact support or report the issue and there is no way to do so. I noticed I can’t even seem to play the daily puzzle either! I’m stuck waiting for an update in hopes it’ll fix it, otherwise SO MUCH gameplay is just going to be lost for me..

Long-time user, frustrated
I have had this game for many years and spent a bit of money on it. So where is the IT support? Why are we all stuck on the same level and unable to advance? Come on EA, fix your popular game!
Needs an update
It might be time for an update. It’s getting glitchy and freezing up a lot during the mini games.
Hearts
I prefer the classic solely because I can ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME! Having to wait for a heart to regen will prevent the game from ever being more than 2 stars. It’s fun but I want to play not wait. EA will stay in the game not my wallet.

Ads
I love the game ,but I am being frozen out by and ad called Flowwow Everytime the ad comes up and it’s the only one coming up at the moment. It freezes on the screen and the only way to get rid of it is to come out of the game and restart losing all rewards and progress.
Game no longer works.
I am having issues with the events, ie, spreeshells, dads and grads etc. i keep getting 2 hours but not the correct icon to play. HELP
Keeps crashing
I really like this game but it keeps crashing and freezing on me mid level and then I lose my progress!
Too many pop ups
A fine game I guess. But all the little characters that keep popping up and trying to direct you to micro transactions is down right infuriating.
No support from developer
Anytime there’s an issue like unstable or crashing throughout. There’s no place to go. You have to log into the parent company and it goes into a big jumbled mess and nobody ever write back to try to fix anything.

After getting up to level 584 after 5 years of playing my screen has gone blank ! I’ve removed the app but it will not refresh when I download ! Just gives me a blank white screen. My stars were not uploading before the picture disappeared, can anyone help, I love this game and don’t want to loose the work I’ve put into it. 🙏🏻

Fix the glitches
The special event for the chicken eggs causes the game to freeze and then you lose a life. Also ads for gaining an extra move freeze and you lose a life. Advertise more that buying any coin pack will remove ads so people know they have an option to remove ads.

Forgotten Constellations
I’m surprised this is still getting new updates… but why no new Constellations in YEARS? 2 based on Star Gems (and a weird bat), still 5 more Star Gems to go. But then it stopped.

It’s a set up
When you need to get 15 butterflies and they only send out 8 for 50 days and counting - and there is no more accumulation of stars for some reason? Ends the fun.

Can’t earn coins
You can’t earn coins in this game and can only buy them so if you run out of moves and it tells you can continue for 5 or 10 more moves but it will cost you coins. You also don’t get free coins every day for logging in or nothing like that.
Can’t Get Support
The game has an error where there are no pieces to move on the daily puzzle, but there’s no way I can find to get hold of anybody in support to tell them it’s a problem. I just updated so that’s obviously not the problem, unless the update has an error… Maybe they read these reviews.

the app was updated this 07/31 and the progression bug was fixed. however i made it to 984 and now i’m unable to progress again. disappointing.
Levels get ridiculously challenging
You basically have to use boosters every step. They do give you the option to view an ad for an extra move, which is nice if you need it. The emojis are stale and the riddles are repeats. Henrietta’s egg challenge is awesome.
More bonuses
The extras we earn are not enough and when you going introduce more levels. Also the prizes we earn are very repetitive. Make some positive changes.
Fun and limited
This game is fun and I enjoy playing it, however it is limited. At the higher levels it seems near impossible to advance. The goals are not realistic.
