Too many annoying ads and audio/sound effects are muted after sitting through said ads. Game would be OK with little too no ads, but an ad after every round is too much. Next!

Ads after EVERY game
It’s an ok match 3 game. I would have rated it higher but way too many ads. They aren’t long but they are incessant. Plus you have to click 4 or 5 times to exit the ad. Not enough pleasure in the game to do this.

Very disappointed with the latest update , every time you lose or finish a round of playing you are forced to watch an ad. I have to kill the ap or the game and go back in. This is why I hadn’t updated it for a whike.

I really like your game a lot, but recently the sponsors of Word search place their add and then you can’t get back to the game for many minutes which is really ridiculous. I don’t want to, but I’m deleting your game because I just can’t sit there forever to wait for the game to come back. I will,spread the word about the other app. So now the ad for “Merge Life” is doing the same thing and won’t let me get back to the game? You’re horrible for letting this happen.

Ok I had to pay to open my piggy bank so I payed then I had to pay again to open the same bank that’s a rip off and it’s not like before it would give u the opportunity to back out of the purchase if it was a mistake but recently that’s not an option so I deleted the game I’m done 8/20/21 well I’m going to give this game another try just not my cash I’m not a social network person anymore so I can’t play with friends this game makes you really think about the moves u make fun .

This latest update ruined the game. It’s no longer fun to play they gave made impossible to win levels I. The first 10 tries. I’m not spending money in a game that does not pay out

Some levels leave me at a loss to know how to hit the target! The one where there are three squares together for the target, I have no clue what to look for!

I downloaded this game and paid for something in the game they said I had a refund but I didn’t receive anything. I have deleted this game and definitely would not recommend this game. Not happy.

Game stuck
Hi Iv reached level 1700 and that’s it it goes no further there isn’t a level 1701 Iv updated game but still nothing I will give it another 24 hours if I can’t move on I will delete the game shame really as I enjoyed it

Good game, no problems with freezing as others mentioned. It’s just the adverts for games that annoy me as they last far too long.
Too many ads
Update to your response: dear, I don’t think you understand the issue here. I literally just had to close the game because one of the adds just kept opening App Store, without giving me the chance to close the ad. This is not a feature, watching that ad won’t give me anything, it just opens my App Store and tries to download another game. Surely you see that this is not how its supposed to work? The game is great, but since the last update you get ads even when playing offline!! So annoying especially because ads are after every single try and you have to wait 10 sec before having the close button, most of the times the close button as well has another 5 sec wait. By then most often than not, instead of closing the ad it opens the App Store to download whatever game is being advertised. Please at least remove the ads when offline. Now while playing the game, a safari page with an advertisement comes up and pauses the game. So you have to exit the game, close the safari page, go back to the game and click play on. This is very annoying. Remove these intrusive ads that interrupt the game while you’re playing it
Rewards are super frustrating
It really bothers me that I lose my daily rewards and am dropped back to Day 1 all the time. All the time! And I play every day. There must be some secret timer, unknown to players, that counts hours instead of days. That’s cheating, in my opinion, especially since it’s called a daily reward. This has been happening for 2 years, and I can’t be the only one who has been ticked off by it. It costs nothing for companies to provide those power-ups, so why cheat your loyal players out of them?

Slight freeze problem!
Like this game! After winning a level an ad appears then it freezes & I have reload the game😩 I must say the music after finishing level sounds like the theme music from sitcom " Frasier " 😃Very colourful time passing game😃🙌🙌🙌
Very disappointing.
I downloaded this app only to find out it doesn't work with my iPad Pro pencil. That is how I play all of my games so I was very surprised and disappointed.

Bait and switch ( prizes)
I was under the impression you could win prizes just using the game in App. However, I find out now, you must use Facebook to do this. I do not do Facebook, so I am unhappy. This should be clarified or at least pointed out in your trailers advertising the App. It remains to be seen if I will continue to play, because I feel I am being penalized due to not using a Facebook. I do not like that, the game is fun, but so are many others.

This game when u get to a certain level from then on its shuffling the candy at least 7/8 times a level. (Not every level. But slot of them) "ALSO I specifically paid to remove ads. But guess what with this new update. The give u in the middle of the level a pop up of a thing of ads. that kepps dancing and it bother in the middle. I'm soo mad at them (FYI i know it's nothing for some but I already spent at least 30/40 $ on extras. Now the lost me!) Fun game but scoring and star rating are seriously flawed. At one level I scored nearly 400 points and the counter never moved, nor did the rating. Losing interest because of this.

Constant crashing
I actually think this is the best match 3 game I've played. Unfortunately it plays an ad after every level-- which then causes the game to freeze or crash altogether!!! What is the problem?? Sort it out or you are going to lose all your gamers!!
