This happened to me a few months ago and I had to deal with it for weeks. I thought you’ve fixed the bug but now again?? I spent so much money on my account you are basically stealing money from your customers!!!
Needs New Character Costumes
I’ve been playing for a long time and am past level 4000. Please make some new character costumes. I have all of them which makes doing special challenges kind of pointless and less fun. Thanks.
Disappointed
The game is addictive I give them that, but the higher you go the more challenging it gets and there’s nothing wrong with that, however there are some instances where you know you about to concur a level I.e when you get the fish with only one last move and just one last obstacle to win that board the fish goes completely another direction instead of heading to concurring the last objective. To me I feel the game is skewed to have you lose to get you to buy more lives and other products to win. It’s infuriating and takes away from the excitement of the game. I immediately uninstalled the game. It’s like this on every version of candy crush. They skew it for you to lose in order to make you pay.

I need this game in landscape mode not portrait. I have everything set since I use iPad not iPhone to play. I’m old “80” can’t see that little screen.

Truly enjoy this game but the glitches are ridiculous.
Update
Ever since the recent update, have had problems with the game-short to download, upcoming challenge disappeared. I have shut IPAD down and restarted without changing above issues

I didn’t get to play with friends
I am very dissapointed to say that I downloaded this game in hopes to get to play with my friends as soon as I downloaded it but I was very dissapointed when I did not get to play with them asap.
Gets boring after a while
Candy Crush Friends is fun, but after a while, the levels get boring and impossible to pass. And no, I’m not paying real money for fake gold bars for extra moves. However, the “friends” are really cute and silly, and I like the adorable candy-themed levels. I would recommend getting the game if you want, but be prepared for very hard levels. -chilicheesefrito
Progress lost!!
Today 5/29/2026 I opened my game like EVERY MORNING and was ticked off to see I went from level 3,892 to level 23!!! What did you doooooo?!?!
Sweet Treats
I love playing this game, however recently I have not been getting my sweet treats at the start of each level when they are available. Also the power ups don’t always come up when I match the specific character quantity. Very frustrating. I’ve also had to limit the number of levels I play per day because of under construction puts me at a stop until new levels are added.

THE GAME THAT MAKES ME ANGRY THE MOST
Download this game to have fun but it’s super difficult when you stop playing it for days magically it becomes easy but it’s frustrating and it makes me very angry because I download it to clear my mind but it’s the opposite it leaves you upset.
Favourite Candy Crush Game but missing some features
I love this version way more than any of the others but regret to say I have some complaints can you please add a better social system where we can actually chat & send lives to our own teammates & most of all pick our own friends & send friend requests in game. Right now the only people I can request lives from is random people that show up in the level leaderboard & was paired with automatically by the game & NONE of them are active & I get no lives but yet can’t send or request lives from my own team I joined. Also it needs more events/features to keep it more interesting as it can get a bit boring at times for example we have to wait 3 days in between team events which is way too long & there’s not enough going on in between. I would like to see a season pass, competitive race events & character card/album collections that we can complete for grand prizes & can send/ trade with teammates & earn badges & an actual profile we can earn frames & avatars for & shows player stats with things like first try wins & longest streak like the other Candy Crush games already have which ALL get updates weekly & this game is updated maybe once a month. I feel this version has the potential to be even better & way more popular if devs put as much effort as other versions & implemented the features I suggested that the other games already have. Also it’s really not fair that some people get to watch ads for extra rewards & to get more moves/boosters when failing a level but other people do not get to watch any ads at all myself included & in my opinion that is NOT fair gameplay. I used to play this game literally every day years ago when it was brand new I’m disappointed to see the lack of growth in the game since I recently returned compared to the other versions which is why I originally quit playing but will gladly keep playing long term again & change my rating & review at a later time if I see some speedy improvement & better updates after this review. WORST GAME EVER
Candy Crush is a predatory mess disguised as a puzzle game. It’s engineered to frustrate players on purpose, then shove overpriced boosters and lives in your face the second you fail. The difficulty spikes are ridiculous, skill barely matters, and progress is intentionally throttled unless you hand over money. Every tap is followed by an ad, a pop-up, or some fake “limited time” deal meant to pressure you into spending. What was once a casual game is now a manipulative cash trap that treats its players like walking wallets. It’s greedy, exhausting, and borderline insulting to anyone who just wants to play without being exploited. One star—and that’s generous.
Ups and Downs
I love the game and have enjoyed playing it, but I really hate that there are levels that can break and cause me to lose a streak. Level 2037 started with a streak and it caused a match at the beginning before I could even move. Which in turn caused the top row to stay blocked off and I immediately lose because I have no moves. And now the streak and bonuses I have are gone.
Greed
I understand you want to make money, but to remove ads constantly is cruel. People want a game that can be won. Removing ads so that you believe we will spend money is a bad idea. Most people will move on. Why doesn't anyone care about their customer base anymore? Candy Crush is "giving away" 1 million dollars. We know your owners aren't hurting for cash. Bring back the ads! They should be available to all.
Lots of bugs
I love this game and play very often however there seems to be a lot of issues at the moment. I’m having to replay levels I have already passed as it seems to not be saving my progress? And also the extras you usually get.for winning levels and having a streak don’t appear to be working unless these have now been removed? This is all since the last update also some of the sounds have stopped working!
Awesome and fun
Great game I’m never bored, love the characters you can play on. Love the new costumes and the holiday themes, needs more places where you can bust up board and get extra moves. It cost more to get extra moves on this game
What a joke now!
Got up to level 1811 and CRASHED, again. Then had to delete/reinstall to get it to work, but sadly it started back at level one and CRASHED at level 16! How disappointing!!

The ads
I used to love this game when it wasn't driven by the need for $. I also used to watch ads for extra tries. Now, I'm trapped in frozen glitchy wonky games I don't want to play forever if I want even a remote chance at winning. Do you have to stack the odds against winning at the risk of losing all your players? That's what it looks like
Scam ads
I really like this game. Been playing it for years now lol. The only problem i am having with the game is scammer ads. If you don’t pas a level. At the end it will show you ads for extra moves. But it’s scam ads it shows. It will show you ads claiming to be from Amazon. If you click the little + to claim your move. The fake add force opens your Amazon app and takes you away from the game. It is collecting your Amazon data like phone number. Then the next day you will get hounded by scammers calling you on loads of different numbers. And a bot voice says that someone is trying to change your Amazon password and to press 1 to speak to a scammer. Amazon will never contact you about your password or for any sensitive details. So be careful.

I use to like this game but you have made it impossible to win ! Used to give us extra moves but not any more. I refuse to buy for things anymore. Had over 3,000 gold bars but had to use most of it to make it pass a level. I will play my 5 games and get off of this game now.

Needs Improvement
Difficult to see and quite slow moving in comparison to Candy Crush Saga. I also don’t like the little characters keep throwing objects in the game on the pretence that it helps you. Gets boring very quickly.
Keep getting fault anytimes
After games begin the screen went to small to top left corner and whole screen blank, game was froze after 3x so close this app and restart it it lost live straight away after 3-5live left. Please help to resolve this game, been restart power off on apple device but it keep happening again

I’m on level 2850 but it is because you realize side games to win boosters is a must. I know you must have ads but I was ripped off by daisy bras. I was to get 5 bras for 15.99 but they charged me 15.99 twice and I get 2 bras. When I complained to the company they gave me a 20% refund. No more ad purchased, except Temu.

I used to play this game years ago just started playing again and at one time it was a nice game now. I’m having problems with it. I found out why cause I’m on level 5253. I went on YouTube and found out it used to give you 30 moves now gives you 19 so that’s all they want you to do is watch ads. It’s impossible to do on 19 moves. It’s total garbage now. Time to delete.
Good game but beware
Love the CC games but I think they are designed to easily use your bars if you have them. It too easy to hit the play on button at the end of a game and it automatically deducts the bars. There should be a validation step. Also a lot of games are impossible to win without utilising hammers and play ons

Where are my events?! This is one of my favs. I was supposed to get the valentine event and had it for 1 day then it disappeared. Then I was supposed to have bubblegum levels. Nope. Then I was supposed to get tiffs lunar new year. Nope. I do not know what is going on, but please fix it. Thank you.

The most annoying thing is when the App suddenly decides to start playing annoying music, even though you have the settings on silence. I think this is a really serious bug, because it means you can’t play quietly. If you turn the volume down on your phone, you then can’t listen to radio / music / podcast while you play. So you don’t play. That’s kind of as serious as it can be to completely ruin a game
