I love your game but lately it freezes and that stinks. It lets me play and then when all moves are gone and you click on free moves it freezes and I can’t even x out Fix it
Glitch level 1708
Broke my winning streak, only two spaces while on a 17th level win streak. Reset twice, it has no possible moves!!! Trying again
Frustrating
I really like playing this game but I only get half a screen when I download it. I’ve contacted support a couple of times and it is fixed for a day where I have a full screen on my Ipad. The next day it is back to a half page again. The last time I tried to contact support it wouldn’t send my request so guess they are sick of me at this point! Update - they still haven’t fixed the problem! I have always liked this game, when I have a full screen!! But alas, only a half screen so will delete it again.
My phone is overheating
I love this game. I play it on my iPhone 16 Pro, but I don’t know why my phone overheats every time I play, and I had to stop the game so it could return to a normal temperature.

This would be great except….
I really like this game but every time an ad loads it crashes and I have to reload the game. I don’t lose my progress or my winning streak which is good but I have to sit and wait for it to reload and it’s annoying because I only have a spare moment now and again to play and I don’t want to waste it reloading the game over and over. I’m perfectly happy to watch ads just make it so they don’t crash the game. Thanks.

I’m always having to hard reset my iPad because the game freezes up. I love the game but I will have to delete it.

I’ve been playing this game for years now until recently, the levels have become excruciatingly difficult. Feeding the dog level, I have noticed that if you have more than 5 crackers left to feed the dog, it offers a free booster by giving you 5 extra moves if you watch a video, but it never offers that when you have less than that, especially less than 5 crackers left, which is a manipulative tactic into compelling users to use coins or to buy more so that they pass the level, when they literally need 1-5 more crackers to feed the dog. You’ll never see them offer a free booster if you have less than 5 crackers. Not worth the money and I’ll never play it again for that reason.

Amazing Colorful Game. I would like to ask why this game only gives you a free 5 more moves to watch a video ONLY when you have multiple crackers or multiple items to serve to customers, but when you are only with one more cracker or one more food/drink products, it does not give you a 5 more moves to watch. Shouldn’t it be like the complete opposite? Especially for someone like me who has OCD and perfectionism but it makes no sense why only when you have, for example, 17 crackers left to feed the dog, Mango, it gives you an option for 5 more moves to watch a quick video, but when I have 1 to 3 crackers left, it does NOT give you an option to watch a video for 5 more moves, is like a video game glitch, or is this on purpose, probably not. Noticed this several times, as I have played this game a lot. Please reply Juice Jam creators.
Done with it
I have been playing this game for relaxation for 7 years, and until recently, I would have given it five stars. It was fun, and even when a level was challenging, I knew that I could get through it on my own, without having to buy anything. That all changed this year. Suddenly, I was stuck on an impossible level for two weeks. Out of frustration, I finally bought a package to beat the level, only to to be faced with yet another impossible level. Sorry, but after sticking with this game for 3,053 levels, I’m done! The developers obviously do not value loyal users and are now only after sales

While the game is fun I’m starting to notice when I’m close to beating a hard level, you deliberately make me lose by causing either a glitch or make a booster explode causing me to lose a life. Then this stupid deal wheel pops up. I get tired of it. I don’t care about a discount. Take the thing off before I delete this game
Updated and freezes after winning challenges
Just updated won challenge twice and stays on that challenge, girl doing her gig.
Good but overly frustrating.
I love this game as I used to play it all the time a good few years ago but the game constantly screws you over with useless matches to the point that you continually fail a level. It really pushes you to spend money on the power ups that are already overpriced and it’s getting to the point that I’ll delete the game as I’m that annoyed with it.
Unfortunate downfall
It’s sad to see that a game I once enjoyed in my childhood fall off so much Back in 2016, this game had a lot going for it, interesting characters with lore, a villain, something most match 3 games didn’t have at the time. But then they removed the villain, and replaced them with some pointless character, and turned it into a pay to win game, it was sad watching this game fall They were so ambitious and changed what made their game so good in the first place. Though I love the cute characters

How ?
Please explain HOW to get off a level when the items that are needed does NOT appear. I had about 10 moves left and the game would not drop the needed items to advance to the next level. I’ve been on this same level week after week ( still on this same level ) to get the items I need to move forward. Please explain !

They offer ads for extra moves when they know you will still lose but when you need one or 2 more moves to pass, they NEVER offer an ad. How convenient! Do you guys really think we're dumb and won't notice? Everything has become so scammy lately, these guys are no exception.

it’s a really good game for when you are bored, maybe in long journeys somewhere or when you just generally would want something to do. I don’t really feel that there are any problems with this game except some of the levels can be quite frustrating and challenging. there are also a few ads but there’s literally none. otherwise, good game, will recommend!

What I look for in a match 3
It’s fun when I can unlock so many different characters! And these characters can provide different power ups just cause or completing a quest for them. I wish there were more events happening frequently. Or a place for me to spend my tickets. Now that I have all of the characters, they’re accumulating.

Usually good game, got to level bingo reward screen with only 3 spaces but couldn’t select any and screen has now frozen problems only started since latest update, don't you check updates before you issue them. Good game spoilt.
