I love this game and have been playing for many years. It's addicting, lots of fun, and challenging, but why are there never any updates? I’d like to see it get an update.

I haven’t had any new levels in months so I looked it up and big fish games canceled the game. I’ve been playing this for over 10 years.

Fun game but infuriating at times
I have one HUGE problem with this game. For every level there are always two different goals that must be met. The first is just clearing the level of whatever the primary goal is (clearing cloudy squares, diffusing bombs, flipping switches, etc). The first goal is actually kinda fun but… the second goal is achieving a minimum score. That second goal is absolutely infuriating. There are many levels that the primary goal is hard to reach, and then when you finally do, there’s a very real chance the minimum score isn’t met so you fail the level. Thats maddening and it sucks any enjoyment out of the game. I’m going to uninstall this app for that reason

This Used To Be My Favorite Game…
I’ve been enjoying playing this game for years, but right in the middle of solving a puzzle, an official looking box appeared telling me that my device had run out of memory! I was instructed to hit the blue ‘continue’ button to recover memory in my device before I can continue playing. When I did that, I was led to an advertisement to download an app to “Cleanup Al Duplicate Storage for $9.99 a week”! I didn’t fall for it, but I did offload Cascade as I can no longer trust it. Please look into removing this ‘ad’ that is misleading your customers! It’s a deceptive trick!
Needs update!
Great game, but since the last iOS update it makes horrible screeching sounds. Please update to be compatible!
Game cheats
Once you get to a certain level, the game will change the players colors or the game piece color so that it won’t match. The game makes you use more points or purchase more points to play.

Much more difficult and less fun than I remember Sound is really bad Whatever. Please fix your product. Just tedious and irrelevant now I guess they’re going for the cash grab like everyone else in this stupid world Shame really

I have played this game for years and recently the app just closes. I looked and there isn’t any updates so not quite sure what the issue is.

Fun but it has the same tired match this “cloud” block x amount of times mechanic. Started where you had to get x amount of a color. Then exclusively goes to cloud blocks. Same old candy crush type.

I’m so unhappy lost my progress after iPad issue! I’ve been playing 8 years plus, now I start over!! Really a let down, no way to recover?
Broken
I’ve been playing this game for years. All of a sudden I’ve lost some sound effects and the game frequently shuts off in mid play. There is a lot of computer sounding static in lieu of regular sound. I’m on level 125 so I’m afraid to delete the app and reinstall unless that is the only option.
Love this game but…..
I’ve been playing this game for more than five years. I love it. if you watch a 15 to 30 second ad, you can get free stuff. Lately, you’re stuck on that ad for 2 to 3 minutes. You hit the X button to collect your reward and it takes you to the App Store to whatever it was advertised. You go back to Cascade and hit the exit again and it does the entire xact same thing over and over and over. Sometimes I just shut the game off and go back in. It’s really starting to piss me off. if you want me to watch your ads you better let me out when the ad is over.
Static sound
Your last update is not complete. The sound effects, music and voice on bonus levels sound static. The effects of the jewel launch to the play field is missing. Please fix.
Very fun but there are sound issues
Reading other recent reviews, it seems others are hearing static as well. I can’t concentrate now because I’m too focused on the static and lack of sound effects. Lol! Please correct this soon!

Rest to level one
I thought it was great until it starts resetting me to level. It has been taking a long time to reload and can’t rest password or sign in
What on earth is going on???
UPDATE 11/2023: There have been no new levels for several months now! What’s going on with that?! Not fun playing cave levels over and over. When will we get new levels? It's a fun game, but some instructions are not clear. Not sure what all the bonus things are, or what I can spend my green leaves on, but overall it's a fun and challenging game.
Sounds distorted
After months of communication the sound is still distorted.

My favorite part about this whole game is using all your lives on one level….several times over. I play this game to beat the boredom, but I’m starting to think boredom would be more fun.
Sound problem
I absolutely love this game and have played it for years! But now I have problems with the sound. Not the music while I’m in the game, but the end sound is all screwed up. Deleted the game for now.

How can you have a game that you have to wait for the next land to be downloaded? I’m talking about months. I’m on level 3420 and it says cascade is under construction. It says that at the ends of every land. Why does it take so long for the next level?

Progress lost
I’ve been playing this game for years, so obviously had played a lot of levels (1500+) however the past couple of days I haven’t been able to log into the game. I’ve just managed to log in to the game now, but all my progress has been lost and have started back at level one 😩🤬
Too long between updates!
I love this game but for the last year or so updates with new levels are few and far between. I have been waiting for new levels to be added for months!!! It’s a shame because there aren’t any other games out there like this one. Hopefully it will happen soon if not I’m thinking of just deleting the game altogether.
Love the game but…
I’ve been playing this game for around 10 years and I still love it. It’s challenging enough to keep my interest. I say “but” because the last update ruined the sound and despite sending messages to the developer I have seen no improvement. I have stopped playing the game because the sound is gone and makes a hissing sound instead. Once it is fixed I will happily play again.
Must download every day
I don’t know what’s happened to this game, but for the last month or so (as of April 2, 2024) the app won’t load daily. I have to go to the App Store and download every day to play. I’ve been playing this game for a long time so this new development is exceedingly frustrating.
Lost my progress
I have lost for no reasons all my progress. I was in the 2000 levels. One day I opened my game and had lost everything!

Great game, but now it never loads any new lands, nor can I seem to connect to the server. Keeps telling me I have no internet connection but I know I do. Has this app gone defunct? It certainly appears so. No updates, no connection.
Loved (past tense) this game
This has been my go-to game for years and loved passing time with it; challenging but doable without spending money. But I just bought a new iPhone and now on IOS 15 and the new “land” can’t download. I am going to miss playing. 😔
Fun at first
Once you get to certain levels it’s obvious you cannot move forward without paying for lives etc. it’s not fair that you can buy lives and be on a level where the game keeps showing no possible moves and you cannot even play. How is that even fair?? You would think no matter what you can always have a chance? Nope, some levels they can make it to where you can never win. I am deleting the app because i am on that kind of level now, it’s been almost two weeks and there’s only 3 tries on this level to win, and often times 2 of the 3 times it won’t give you ANY moves so unless you get it on one try (which you cannot) you just lose every time, unless you give them money. What a scam.

Support Nightmare.
I used to think this game was very high on my list. It's lots of fun and challenging. Also very addictive. However, for many, many months the app has to download every time I open it! Extremely frustrating. I sent Support an email that said they would respond within 72 hours. That was 4 days ago and I’ve stopped trying to get the game to download. Most times it would give me a message that the game couldn’t be downloaded but most times I wait and wait and wait as it tries to download and I close the app to move onto other games. I know there are people still working on new levels so there are people supporting the game but not very good customer service!
Glitch
I love this game, but their are a few glitches in every level I play in, otherwise this game is really fun to spend time on!
Fix it
I love this game but for the past 6 weeks there seems to be a problem when you watch the video from Cascade Today. After watching the Video the screen goes black and you have to close the game and reopen it. After watching you are suppose to receive extra points but you DONT.
