Another dissatisfied player
I just deleted the game after 3 years of mostly enjoyable play. I spent multiple 30 minutes session trying to win a game on multiple occasions, using no help or spending no money, and it has become clear that the time allotted given the difficulty it is not possible unless you spend money or use help icons. Not a lot of generosity from developers once you pass a certain level. Their reply to this review will be the usual piffle they spout so no surprise there either.
Complaint
The club event reward requirement going up by almost 50% is excessive and uncalled for! The difficulty of attaining the goal requires way too much play in the time frame allocated.
Not fun anymore
It was fun at first but after you get to level 125 it becomes so hard that it is just impossible to win without spending tools or Crystal, just sucks the fun out of it. Also, too many ads, whether you spend money or not
Frustrated
This game make my progress futile. It returns back me again again to achieved level. My goodness! Some times it does not open. I could not know how to handle the situation. Speedy delivery has now become impossible to complete in 3 days since they changed it to 80. Also the bakery I have been trying to solve for a month and cannot do it. Refuse to use 100 jewels to do so. Why are bandits showing that don’t have enough points to play them?
Frustrated
I have played this game for quite some time and in the past it had been one of my favorites, however the changes made to the game have slowly caused me to lose interest. The level of difficulty in completing levels including the Bandits has increased significantly to the point that going any further is literally impossible. There is no longer a chance of winning without constantly having to purchase diamonds to hopefully advance the next level. Many of my friends have discontinued playing as well. If you want to keep your fan base going then I suggest you reevaluate how you have structured this game. Won’t be long before even I stop playing. A loyal player for now.
Frustrated
I have been playing this game for a very long time and it has become frustrating when I keep trying to collect item to get a completed collection with no results. Always saying I need apples or a certain item and when I try to retrieve it it gives something else. I am now wondering what I really have to do to get what I need. So much time with so little results.

I just did the latest update. The game gets stuck after I get the Glory Chest. Game won’t progress/open!
Fun but pricey
I have played this game for years. I enjoy the stories but agree with others that it is VERY EXPENSIVE to continue to play. The developers are stingy with their rewards and they keep repeating special events which I only want to play once. I'm currently deciding if I want to continue playing or quit and find another challenge.

Great game lots of fun
Started fun, now just sad - impossible levels
First week or 2 really fun, but I don’t spend money, so already the levels are impossible, no matter how carefully I play or how many attempts. Decided to just play today until I started feeling sad again as I played, and only made it maybe 15 minutes, had to quit the game. I win a round or two, start remembering what a fun game this is, and then it’s just round after round after round of defeat. Your Egyptian match 3 game is the same. I was excited to find G5 because your privacy policy seems decent, and am also trying out the one where you stock the grocery store etc, it seemed really fun but it’s looking like it may become the same deal, just sad for players who won’t spend money.

This is a great game. I’ve played it for several years. The only problem I have with it is the cost. For people on a fixed income, it can be expensive.

It is way too expensive to continue tonplay. In response to the developers who say you can use what they give you. Yes you can. They give you a lot of free time but you are not free to use when you want or can play. You have to play the free time when you earn it. Let’s face it most people cannot sit at a game for hours. It would be a game changer if we could keep our free time for when we are available to play.

Just love all the graphics these team members come up with for all seasons the snow falling is magical it’s like you feel you are right there with the townspeople just live the g5 games

Very good
This is a good game So far it’s not at all difficult - you get more than enough moves to do everything. It passes the time but not (yet) challenging. But THERE ARE NO ADS which is good.
Bad programming!!
This game used to be fun. But now, after multiple updates, it locks up every time I win a level. I am forced to close the app completely and restart it in order to keep playing. This gets old VERY fast. Extremely disappointing.
Cash Grab
The programmers built artistic games, but the pricing structure is excessive if not ridiculous. Games get mathematically impossible after a certain point, which is tedious. It’s a business, just don’t make it so obvious.

Constantly crashes
Game is fun but can’t play because it constantly crashes. Starts to load then black screen and it kicks out of game.

Constantly Increasing Requirements
Although the graphics are great and the theme of the game is addictive, it became clear that as you play, the requirements to use energy constantly increases in each segment as if it is programmed in hopes you’ll spend money for the demand of more energy to complete. The game begins with, as example 19 energy requirements to enter a building game. However, as you continue to play, it will increase to 25 and continue to increase. Bonuses for energy do not. In summary, it’s all about getting you to either buy energy or you won’t play..
Game interruption
I have enjoyed this game for a long time however after a rescent upload i have been getting a white page notification stating that I am not connected to the internet. Sometimes it appears briefly while other times it disrupts the game and it is stalled. Fun fact: it only happens WHEN I am on the internet. I don’t have that notifcation when I am not connected!

Special Events
This game takes way too long to advance to the next Special Event. Other games have a new Event within 2 days of the end of an event. This game takes over a week!

My I phone is not updating to my I pad. Please help.
Energy
I have been playing this game for quite awhile but this last upgrade has me paying with energy on any location I choose to work or any location the game chooses for me. I only had to pay for rubies to keep my turns going. Now I have to pay for energy too because it runs out in no time. Total scam on me!

I love the game, would love to play it more, but it has in game ads that freeze and crash the game. Takes 8-10 reboots for it to work, and then it crashes after 30 minutes or so.
Change user name &
Why can I not delete my user name & email? I also wanted to let my granddaughter play for herself. It won’t let me create a profile for her using my email. She is only 9 and I put all of her games through my email. Safety is my greatest concern

Today I cannot play the game. The game has a few screens before you can play. Today it closes as the playing screen opens. The one time it did open normally, the screen froze.

Great fun. Can be so frustrating when you need one item to complete but that’s what makes it compulsive. Not enough moves for a lot of the games
